CURRY/ Saffron STOPS BLINDNESS

I've heard of Saffron (Curry, has added some Saffron in the pure spice? That's the no GMO, and the best quality.) In the below example to a weight formula, which turn out to be too costly to reproduce. Plus, it has Mandrake Root in the formula which messed up it up for women. I suggest women stay away from Mandrake, exception would be if they are pass child bearing years.

LaDean suggests in herb book IS ANY SICK AMONG YOU to use Eyebright. Her other uses of Curry and or Saffon is in the follow;
LaDean's book, No Side Effects, one could use the formula by just substituting Mandrake for Senna or etc. (Laxative), and Saffron for the Curry or Safflower herb. It was never too big for weight because of the cost and involvement with Mandrake... who would market it? It's main herb is a another liver herb called Chickweed i..e. (Cheap and grows wild)
Note other countries use Saffron more than America: It's a nervine used in a tea that has it in is "TAZO," called "CALM." (Sweetened with Licorice Root) which is one of my basic teas.
La Dean's Griffin's original WEIGHT formula was;
OBESITY-FORMULA, " 5 parts Chickweed (dissolves fat), 2 parts Licorice (adrenal hormone), 2 parts Saffron (uric acid build-up), 2 parts Gotu-Kola (energy, glands) 1/2 parts Fennel, (parasite, kills appetite) one part Hawthorn Berry (heart, edema), 2 parts Mandrake, (laxative), 2 parts Echinacea (glands), and 2 parts Black Walnut Hull." (sub. another parasite herb if you know your herbs.
(My suggestions would be to add Lobelia, Cayenne or Ginger root, increase Fennel and add another anti-fungal herb, then use another laxative for women.) GMO plants (herbs) are not good quality, and will not produce the best results as organically grown in any formula. The ratio of laxative maybe off for some, especially with Senna.

NATURAL REMEDIES 4 CHRONIC FATIGUE

Chronic Fatigue (These photos are metaphorically speaking, a view into your body's showing the root cause of chronic fatigue.) Note the spokes showing infected parasitical areas of the body stemming from the center of the iris next to the black pupil. This 1st zone represent the stomach (brown is chronic) and 2nd zone, colon areas. The Seventh zone is the skin and limps (rosary-round spots yellow.) The outer edge of this eye. Name the disease...is used for a description to insurance and doctors uses. The real problem is the body is toxic and has become chronic with parasite that rob their host of energy. Parasite and liver herbs are indicated. Every iris is different effecting different organs, so no one disease can be healed the exact same way for all. Also the texture of the iris will tell how easy the recovery will accure (RE:texture-density of body). These three zone are the basic cause of their problems. You don't need to be an expert to read eyes...Most will never get past 3-4 zones and nothing will be healed until the spokes (parasites) disappear then you can began to see what's underneath and where and what their holding on to.
I had this disease (its only a name) in an acute stage for nine years and it was completely
debilitating. All my goals came to a screeching halt and my life has never been the same since. I was a model, "Miss runner up," and a trophy wife i.e.
It all, sent me to new direction and for the most part is why I’m here teaching what I’ve experienced.
My doctor (1970’s) name it low blood sugar and complete exhaustion. They later re-named it. I couldn’t do anything except poop, eat, and lay on the couch. My marriage was failing and I couldn't’t keep up with my growing family. I finally ran across a doctor that own a health food store and hired a nutritionist at $50.00 every time I visited him to treat me and plus the costs
of B-12 shots. But he was great and innovative for his time.
This date in history doctors went too far with the advice to eat very little carbs and much more protein, which made me worse by bringing my blood sugar too low. I know that’s the worse advice for a hypo-glycemic person. They need the complex grains to keep their sugars level though out the day and eat every 3 hours eat small balance meals. It’s very sad this animal protein type of advice given to the sick making other conditions to come on, especially because they’ve been on this kind of diet for too long as is.
The good part of this doctor innovative treatment was the vitamin therapy. I took lots of B-s and multiples vitamin and later got into minerals etc. I got better because indirectly we're eating vegetables. That’s really why this kind of therapy will always somewhat blind work without blood work and needs more in most cases to heal completely. It was also too costly. Health authors, manufactures, stores, i.e. play on our hopes and fears.
However, it just didn’t do the rest of the needed healing. I had a hard time keeping up with the
children and pregnancy’s that ended up in c-sections, then hernia's and it seemed like I had to
start over again.
Fortunately I moved from Oregon to another area of the country that introduced me to herbs. I took 12 different herbal classes, iridology classes and an herb logy from Canada. And began trying to add better concepts into my regimen. The iridology class taught me what areas and where to zero in. It was clear I needed to update my directions eating more a plant-based healing diet rather than a protein based diet. So, I resorted to taking cooking classes from vegetarian church that own a health food store in the area. (Seventh-Day Adventist)
I’ve had a great library on anything to do with health and really fine-tuned it even more. I had a free Ginny pig to practice on. My X could never keep a job so our children didn’t have insurance and access to medications. I had to make do with what I had or could research.
I notice each part of the country has its “pet hobby horses” of healing. Lots of these works, but not all. Too many so called experts are with no experiences give out advice for a fee they copy from others.
I do have enough information in my posts to get rid of Chronic Fatigue but I’m not going to write it all out on one post. So the reader needs to dig the answers throughout my blog and needs to be researched and studied. Treat all illnesses with the view of the whole (holistic) body.
Spot healing a "symptom" will never work.
Chronic Fatigue has a virus link. Another is a big yeast problem. However, first check out the page on parasites and watch the iris change. The healing plant based diet is a must the body if too weak. It’s like an over-worked horse that can’t move no matter how you push. Be fussy and eat as directed on these pages. Treat the colon and watch for the "dumps" as this over burdening liver. When using a liver cleanses (herb) with those cleaning parasitical herbs (see page). Lots of pure water (lemon and vinegar waters to flush all the toxins and when breaking the fast in the mornings. Remember its all slowly cleaning however you also need to build for energy too.
Read the Chlorella poar, or add such green plant tablets to your diet. Chlorophyll neutralises the body pH. Lots of green leafy vegetables!

I got better when I moved onto the correct directions the the eyes markings and body began to change as you use herbs and foods correctly.

Chronic Disease can go away. My daughter suffered with it too, she fights for energy. Most of it is because she’s a professional ballerina teach and dancer and tried to keep her weight down that she cut out fats and went too far to the RIGHT. (Her liver and rosary was over burden and her blue eyes had a greenish color. Green is not normal. She’s now added in complex carbs into her diet. She has her own style of eating healthy food (lots of raw = to carbs amounts) and owns a colonic machine in her home that I feel is a bit too much. She does massage therapy and is very religious about her style of healthy living. The point here is she’s coming out of this chronic fatigue and doing well.

Chronic Fatigue starts in the colon, over burdening the liver spreading out to the 7th zone into all the lympths.
Start with the parasite cleanse, see page, if your not on antibiotics use probiotic's instead. Antibiotics are farmed parasites. Germ war- fare that manufactures more parasite that will resist former strain and finally win by killing its host. The photo is a good example of fatigue, drugs and parasites which is very chronic. The photos show a strong constitution and health could be reverse with a change of attitudes.

You can whip a tired horse. These liver and parasite herbs will cleanse and detox as they bleed out of the liver through the blood stream. You, at first, may be tire as the body's die off. Some time is necessary to build (diet) and another time use the cleansing herbs. If this becomes to much stop then begin to build again then back to cleansing. CLEANSING FORMULA NO. 2;

In most cases sub the laxative Mandrake for it maybe too strong AND TOO CLEANSING. This formula is not to be used if young enough to be pregnant, pregnant or nursing.
Comfrey is to rebuild the cells, buy it in cut - root or grow it, dry it then use a coffee grinder to put in this formula. If you don't have all the herbs you can substitute or use what you have. For instance, Yellow dock could be sub, with Burdock, Red clover blossom, i.e. or another liver blood purifier. See the liver page. This herbal formula for cancer or the type of eyes above is one of the best.
This is a very strong cleansing formula, CHRONIC FATIGUE IS A BODY OVER RUN WITH PARASITES AND TOXINS THAT RICOCHETS differently in each person. CINNAMONUM VERUM FOR DIABETES, KILLS YEAST

Cinnamon has quite a history as a traded commodity used instead of money. Today we are beginning to understand why this herb was so valuable, not only as a added wonderful flavor but also as medicinal herb. Cinnamon is an excellent Anti Microbial (kill virus, parasites i.e.) properties and is used to disinfect just as good a vinegar for this purpose, but more expensive. There is many varieties of cinnamon some are better for spice and another for medicine.
Most Cinnamon on the market and in herbal formulas for diabetes is not the right kind of cinnamon. This will give you an idea of which is for what. The one found in the kitchen cupboard is not the correct medicine for a diabetic.
I. A new cinnamon-infused wrapper that keep anti microbial or mold away got me thinking about just adding a few sticks in my storage of fresh fruits and vegetables when storing them in the refrigerator, after of course washing them off. I have already used paper towel dip in vinegar in some of my plastic storage of veggies too, and that works fine by killing any bacteria.
II. Vinegar (soaked,) macerated meat is essential these days for e coli prevention and other microbial. Meat does not come clean and develops bacteria by the time it gets to the grocery stores and on the dinner table. I have worked in the deli, meat department and have wrapped meat and seen how it is handled. Trust me always wash off your meat with vinegar. It will not taste different and will rid any bacteria and tenderize the meat at the same time. Other countries use the same basic idea adding citrus, lemons, lime, oranges i.e. as a macerate before cooking meat thus adding flavor at the same time.
III. Cinnamon also has a history of a great fighter of bacteria, funguss and including yeast Candida, that is why, is good to add to any diabetic regime. It kills the yeast, one of the causes of diabetes, and results to blood sugar problems. This will take some time to kill all the parasites involved, so be patient and faithful to built up into the system. (The Egyptians and others have used Cinnamon to embalm the body for its scent and disinfecting of the corpses)
Also, It can disinfect the air so put a pot of water and orange peel on to boil when anyone is having flue i.e. to disinfect the home. Cinnamon is use in some hospitals to prevent the spread of infectious diseases. Some house keeping business use a spray of cinnamon to refresh, and sanitized the homes they've cleaned.
DON'T GET THE WRONG CINNAMON!!!
Cinnamon, "Cinnamonum Verum" (not Cassia) that is grown in Sri Lanka (formerly Ceylon.) Cinnamon’s good for digestion, blood sugar levels (Cinnamtannin B1,) especially when used along with Fenugreek seed*, cholesterol relieves congestion, pain, stiffness of muscles and joints, an anti-inflammatory for arthritis. Aids in urinary tract infections, tooth decay and gum disease. It is maybe used in menstrual discomfort and needs to be watched whenever necessary, as it is blood-thinning compounds that stimulate circulation when needed. The quality and the correct Organic Cinnamon is essential if using for medicine. GMO is too altered but maybe the only kind available. Our food is being altered and ravaged of its nutrients that heal. Cinnamon and many other herb thins the blood, check what med your are taking and tell you doctor if going in for any surgery.
Note: Did you know it is reported to be better to kill mosquitoes than deet? In addition, use cinnamon in muslin bags along with other herbs & spices to hang in your closets and put in your drawers, to keep clothes fresh and safe. It's been reported to rid mildew.

Another Comments: “Caution should be exercised when using the Cassia form of Cinnamon (which is what you'll get at the supermarket) as it has relatively high amounts of Coumarin. Coumarin is toxic and is what is used to make Warfarin (AKA Coumadin).” “German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment only cautions against high daily intakes of foods containing coumarin. Several companies began selling MHCP cinnamon for diabetics products in 2001 - MHCP is NOT the correct cinnamon and diabetes substance that improves blood sugar levels in Type 2 diabetics.” The problem I wanted to point out is the correct cinnamon seems to be a key to diabetic issues, and the weight of the person. (1 tsp to 135 lbs?) In addition, some cinnamon may increase hunger, maybe, because... any rise in blood sugar will actually increase appetite. This herb reported to be given to bulimic’s and eating disorder persons to increase their appetites. The wrong cinnamon would definitely be a problem here.
More helpful herb for the diabetic:
*1.Fenugreek/Cinnamon combo: Never use Fenugreek on an empty stomach!!! The right cinnamon is hard to find in combo's. (formulas so beware)
2. It will lessen frequent urination. If you have edema don't use. Never use this herb at night till you find the mg. You'll need to bring down blood sugars. It can cause LOW blood sugars. So, nights are not a good time for a trial test. Only, when you get MORE familiar with Fenugreek in using it at night.



3. Use Fenugreek as you use a diabetic pill (meds) every day same time etc., and in some cases each meal or, just on the heaviest meat. It clearly individual and consider weight in dosage. Dosage and faithfulness is essential in using diabetic herbals.



*Alpha Lipoic Acid will get rid of the parasites involved. (Every meal, and some case will vary with dosage for at least 3 months.) Check your insulin too, the carrier or, how it is timed, is either yeast, ecol or chemicals, in any case, this will be a constant problem for you diabetics may have to be on Alpha Lipoic Acid regular basis. Yeast multiplies every 20 minutes....

However, is it the correct Cinnamon? Check Google's, "images," to see for yourselves that no company actually have this particular botany name. A health food market is full of dummy's who don't do there research, but concentrates on sales!



Lastly, Use probiotic remedy if you have yeast and all diabetic do. The more insulin you take the more hatch out. Get the kind of yogurt that has 10 different strains of live timed bacteria. Each (of the 10) strain should have at least 1 billion each. Dosage is 10 billion in one serving in your yogurt tablet to kill off all the built up yeast.



I 've always said: A little bit of knowledge is not enough, especially when using herbs as medication.

HYDROGEN PEROXIDE, H202

I bought a small book on Hydrogen Peroxide from the HFS because my neighbor in his ninety's removed cataract's from his eyes, and told me of other benefits. I've used it ever since. It's one of my most simple, economical remedies. It wipes out the flue symptoms, whitens teeth and gives me energy if used first thing in the morning. I also use it in a spray bottle to disinfect my sink and clean veggies, alternating it with white vinegar. See pg for more details. The proxide H202 spoke of here is the higher grades found on the Internet and HFS.



H202 works wonders on a multitude of health problems. No medicine cupboard should be without it. It does so by increasing tissue oxygen levels. A closer look at how we have decreased the availability of external and internal oxygen, will show how important this can be. Our science courses tell us our atmosphere contains about 20% oxygen. That is under ideal circumstances. It has recently been reported that in many of our more polluted cities, there levels have dropped to around 10%! But now less hydrogen peroxide-containing rain is reaching the earth's surface. With increased pollution it is reacting with airborne toxins before it even reaches the ground.) And everyone, by now, knows the oxygen-generating rain forests are being destroyed worldwide, which further reduces available oxygen. New York is planting trees because of this knowledge.

Internal oxygen availability is also under attack. Chlorination of drinking water removes oxygen. Cooking and over-processing of our foods lowers their oxygen content. Unrestrained antibiotic use destroys beneficial oxygen-creating bacteria in the intestinal tract. Dr. Johanna

Hydrogen peroxide is available in various strengths and grades. A) 3.5% Pharmaceutical Grade: This is the grade sold at your local drugstore or supermarket. This product is not recommended for internal use. It contains an assortment of stabilizers which shouldn't be ingested. Various stabilizers include: acetanilide, phenol, sodium stanate and tertrasodium phosphate.
B) 6% Beautician Grade: This is used in beauty shops to color hair and is not recommended for internal use.
C) 30% Reagent Grade: This is used for various scientific experimentation and also contains stabilizers. It is also not for internal use.
D) 30% to 32% Electronic Grade: This is used to clean electronic parts and not for internal use.
E) 35% Technical Grade: This is a more concentrated product than the Reagent Grade and differs slightly in that phosphorus is added to help neutralize any chlorine from the water used to dilute it.
F) 35% Food Grade: This is used in the production of foods like cheese, eggs, and whey-containing products. It is also sprayed on the foil lining of aseptic packages containing fruit juices and milk products. THIS IS THE ONLY GRADE RECOMMENDED FOR INTERNAL USE. It is available in pints, quarts, gallons or even drums. Various suppliers are mentioned later in this article.
G) 90%: This is used as an oxygen source for rocket fuel. Only 35% Food Grade hydrogen peroxide is recommended for internal use. At this concentration, however, hydrogen peroxide is a very strong oxidizer and if not diluted, it can be extremely dangerous or even fatal. Any concentrations over 10% can cause neurological reactions and damage to the upper gastrointestinal tract. There have been two known fatalities in children who ingested 27% and
40% concentrations of H202. Recently, a 26 month old female swallowed one mouthful of 35% H202. She immediately began vomiting, followed by fainting and respiratory arrest. Fortunately, she was under emergency room care and although she experienced erosion and bleeding of the stomach and esophagus, she survived the incident. When she was re-examined 12 days later, the areas involved had healed (J Toxicol Clin Toxicol 90;28(1):95-100).
35% Food Grade H202 must be
1) handled carefully (direct contact will burn the skin--immediate flushing with water is recommended).
2) diluted properly before use. 3) stored safely and properly (after making
a dilution the remainder should be stored tightly sealed in the freezer).
One of the most convenient methods of dispensing 35% H202 is from a small glass eye dropper bottle. These can be purchased at your local drugstore. Fill this with the 35% H202 and store the larger container in the freezer compartment of your refrigerator until more is needed. Store the eye dropper bottle in the refrigerator. The generally recommended dosage is outlined in
the chart below. The drops are mixed with either 6 to 8 ounces of distilled water, juice, milk or even aloe vera juice or gel. (Don't use chlorinated tap water to dilute the peroxide!) Suggested Protocol
The program outlined is only a suggestion, but it is based on years of experience, and reports from thousands of users. Those who choose to go at a slower pace can expect to progress more slowly, but that certainly is an option. The program is not carved in stone and keep in mind that it can be adapted to fit individual needs. Individuals who have had transplants should
not undertake an H202 program. H202 stimulates the immune system and could
possibly cause a rejection of the organ.
Maintenance Dosage
In most situations after the above 21 day program, the amount of H202 can be
tapered off gradually as follows:
25 drops once every other day for 1 week
25 drops once every third day for 2 weeks
25 drops once every fourth day for 3 weeks
This can then be reduced to between 5 and 15 drops per week based on how one feels. Those with more serious problems will often benefit from staying on 25 drops three times a day for one to three weeks, then tapering down to 25 drops two times daily until the problem is resolved (possibly as long as six months). Those with chronic systemic Candidiasis may need to start with 1 drop three times a day, then 2 drops three times a day before starting the above
schedule. It is important that H202 be taken on an empty stomach. This is best accomplished by taking it either one hour before meals or three hours after meals. If there is food in the stomach, the reaction of H202 on any bacteria present may cause excess foaming, indigestion, and possibly even vomiting.
Additionally, some animal research indicates that when H202 given orally combines with iron and small amounts of vitamin C in the stomach, hydroxyl radicals are created (J Inorg Biochem 89;35(1):55-69). The bleach-like after taste of H202 can be lessened by chewing one of the cinnamon gums. Some individuals taking H202 immediately before bedtime have a difficult time getting to sleep. This is probably due to a sense of alertness triggered by an increase of oxygen at the cellular level. The oral dosage schedule is basically the same for all conditions. There are several points to keep in mind, however. Some individuals may experience upset stomach. If this occurs it is recommended that one not stop the program, but rather remain at the current dosage level or reduce it to the previous level until the problem stops. (Some patients have been able to solve the nausea problem by taking three or four lecithin capsules at the same time they take the H202.) During the program it's not uncommon to experience what is known as a healing crisis. As dead bacteria and toxins are released from your body it may temporarily exceed your capacity to eliminate them quickly enough. In some individuals this overload may cause fatigue, diarrhea, headaches, skin eruptions, cold or flu-like symptoms, and/or nausea. One should not discontinue using the peroxide to stop this cleansing. By continuing the program, toxins will clear the body sooner and this healing crisis will pass rather quickly. If you are not already taking Vitamin E and an acidophilus product, It's recommend starting them before going on H202. Vitamin E can make more efficient use of any oxygen available and acidophilus will help re-establish the beneficial bacterial flora in the lower bowel and also help in the internal production of hydrogen peroxide.
