Meal team is mined in Oregon where I live. You didn't give the actual dose you take you take. I heard 1 teaspoon in 1 liter of water, and then take 2 teaspoons of that water in another 8 oz. of water or juice. Is that what you do? I don't have herpes, but I was told it actual kills the virus because Boric Acid gets into the nervous system where the virus hides in the spinal cord. I was only understanding it is great for capillaries cleanse for heart patients, and ED people which isn't the reason I am doing this. I am doing it because I have colon issues, and always trying to fight off Bacteria, and Yeast.

I have taken a Tablespoon full on many occasions and I ain’t dead yet. It is safer in double the quantity of the amount of salt that will kill you.
Do not be afraid.
A pinch a day is enough, so pinch away. I put it in a dollar store salt shaker and add a sprinkle to my cooking, as well, I take it in my health water mixture that I sip throughout the day.
It and Xylitol has given me extremely strong bones, according to a facial X-ray a new dentist exclaimed, over and over during the preliminary examination.
Namaste and care,

Not sure how borax is good for you when I use that stuff to kill ants and roaches. Kill me once with fluoride and then kill me twice with roach poison. Now, that is taking self infliction to the next level.

I noted when I was putting lime-away (expensive kind) I had a knife wound scar on my thumb. Some of the lime-away spilt on the scar and it burn like hell. The next day I notice the scar was gone.
My son had run through a barbwire fence and, the metal thorns scared his stomach. It looked like he had surgery. I told him to put the lime-away and his stomach, again it just sopped up immediately the old scars natural calcium deposits.' I was going to write the company but never did. The has a sting to it as it melts these deposits. (not taken internal)

The Poop Button

The Poop Button I borrowed this from a blogger that didn't have a face book, or tweet button.
It's a funny and potentially helpful story, "in an effort to do my part to make the world a better place. You're welcome."
[To warn the squeamish, it involves bodily functions. To protect the innocent, all names have been changed.]

Don't say I didn't warn you.

One day, Freddie, who was a small child, was sitting on the toilet, trying to go. He was really uncomfortable. His mother, noticing his anguish, checked one of her many natural remedy books (Natural Healing For Children: An Essential Handbook for Parents), thinking maybe she should give him some Vitamin C to get things moving. The book, however, suggested using acupressure to ease his constipation. As soon as she pushed the spot described in the book (which will forever be known as the Poop Button in their household- yes it deserves the capitalization), he immediately shouted, “I’m pooping.” As, indeed, he was.
Later, Freddie’s mother was recounting the harrowing tale to a friend and proceeded to demonstrate the acupressure spot on herself. Within 5 minutes, she, too, was running toward the bathroom.

Though the names have been changed, this story is 100% true.

So, you wanna know the spot that helps with constipation?

P5020185 copy

It's called the Sea of Energy (aka Conception Vessel 6) and is located three fingerwidths directly below the bellybutton.

A couple of tips to remember for acupressure
-Always measure any ‘fingerwidths’ with the fingers of the person being acupressured. That keeps the ratios the same.
-Don’t push on the spot if you have long fingernails. You can use the eraser on the end of a pencil.
-Use firm pressure, but not super hard.
-Back off if this causes pain. If this happens, retry it very gently, slowly and steadily increasing the pressure. Also, focus on the breath if this happens, as it can help to release stress and pain.
-Sometimes this works in as little as 5 or 10 seconds. If it doesn't, feel free to continue applying pressure for 1 to 3 minutes. Don't hold it for more than 5 minutes, though.
-I would also like to add that, in our house, we don't have problems with chronic constipation and this method has consistently worked within a minute or two. For cases of chronic constipation, it might require more frequent (and maybe shorter) sessions of acupressure.

Personally, I think there should be public service announcements about it.

It could be sponsored by "The Committee that Doesn’t Want to Sell You Anything or Make Money Off of You in Any Way, but Just Hopes that You Have a Pleasant Afternoon. Because the World is a Much Nicer Place when It’s Inhabitants Aren’t Constipated." She said to;

Pass it on. And, you do it too

Lead Contamination of Tea

Lead Contamination of Tea (Even if it says Organic if from China think twice and do your research first.  This knowledge is not published much.

China burns about half of the world’s coal, spewing heavy metals, such as mercury and lead, into the atmosphere and affecting the development of neighboring children. But what if you don’t live in China or eat anything produced in China?
You could still be exposed to mercury that settles in the oceans if you eat fish and seafood, but some people drink something from China: tea. China is one of the biggest exporters, but their rapid industrialization has raised concerns about lead contamination. Lead is a toxin that can affect almost every organ in the body, and the more lead in the soil, the more that ends up in the tea leaves, and the closer the tea is grown to the highway, the higher the levels, suggesting leaded gas, which wasn’t banned until the year 2000, may also be playing a role.
And just like larger longer-living fish accumulate more mercury, longer living leaves accumulate more lead. Young tea leaves appear to have two to six times less lead than mature leaves; so, not only do the young leaves that are used to make green tea and white tea have significantly less lead than the older leaves used to make black and oolong tea, the lead in black and oolong tea appears to be released much more readily into the tea water when brewed. And so, the health risk from lead may be 100 times lower for green tea compared to oolong and black.

Since certain fungicides may have heavy metal impurities, one might assume organic teas would be less contaminated, but in a study of 30 common teas off North American store shelves, there did not seem to be less toxic element contamination than regular tea, though presumably organic tea would have much less pesticide contamination. In terms of lead, the source of the tea, the country of origin, appears to be the most important factor. So, bottom line, how much tea is safe to drink?
It seems it matters where the manufacture brought the tea from,
container's used and don't forget the pots/cups you brew it in.
Based on the most stringent safety limits in the world—like California’s Prop 65 parameters—and the largest studies of tea lead contamination from around the world, this is what I was able to come up with.

If you’re not pregnant, and just drinking green tea, it doesn’t matter where you get your tea from. You can drink as much as you want, but given the average levels of lead in Chinese black tea samples, more than three cups a day would exceed the daily safety limit for lead.

Now that’s if you’re drinking tea, throwing the tea leaves or tea bag away. If you’re eating the leaves, like drinking Matcha tea, which is powdered green tea, or throwing tea leaves in your smoothie like I like to do, I wouldn’t add more than two or three heaping teaspoons unless, you’re using Japanese green tea, which is so low in lead that you can safely eat 15 spoonfuls a day—the only reason I would caution no more than eight is that could exceed the daily recommended limit for caffeine for adults.

What about children? If you’re a 70 pound 10-year-old, lead still isn’t a problem drinking green tea, but the safe caffeine intake for children is probably only down around three mg per kg, which would limit you to about four cups a day, though I wouldn’t add more than two spoonfuls of Japanese green tea to a child’s smoothie for caffeine reasons and more than one of Chinese green tea for lead reasons. Similarly, I wouldn’t like to see children drinking more than one cup of black tea a day and wouldn’t want them eating the leaves at all.

Pregnant women should be able to drink a cup a day of green tea throughout pregnancy, regardless of source, based on average tea lead levels, and the limit for Japanese tea is really just the caffeine limit, above four cups a day. I wouldn’t recommend drinking black tea during pregnancy, though, or eating any kind of tea leaves, unless you know you’re getting tea from a low lead source.

To see any graphs, charts, graphics, images, and quotes to which Dr. Greger may be referring, watch the above video. This is just an approximation of the audio contributed by Katie Schloer.

Lead in black Chinese tea is 100 times the level in Green tea. I don't drink tea, but if you do, this video will help you select the best tea.  Japanese tea has much less lead than Chinese one.  Chinese tea and produce is often super loaded with heavy metals due to lack of environmental laws enforcement.  So if you eat garlic or ginger or other things Made in China, don't overeat them or try get those from less polluted
countries... http://nutritionfacts.org/video/lead-contamination-of-tea

Caffeine Raises Blood Sugar, pH and Brain Disorders.

http://player.mashpedia.com/player.php?q=IG4D0uqsAEs Check out the mushrooms for brain disorders here.
Caffeine Raises Blood Sugar
If you use the drug metformin you'll need to add more B12 (B) vitamins
as this drug and other will deplete the body of Bs
In one study or hypothesis of the effects of caffeine on diabetes, it was found that after a meal, those who had been given caffeine had a 21% increase in their glucose levels and their insulin levels rose 48%. (2004) (Coffee, tea or Coke, Pepsi?) Caffeine makes a fog in the brain and will throw off the normal pH balance, leaving us step table to pH diseases. (see bottom of page for more) Bi Polar, ADHD  and etc should not go near coffee nor any other brain disorder. To have good health, no cancers i.e. a balanced pH is needed. Use hot lemon water in the morning instead.

This was in the Dr. James Lane, professor of psychiatry at Duke University, who led this study, said; “in a healthy person, glucose is metabolized within an hour or so after eating. Diabetics, however, do not metabolize glucose as efficiently. It appears that diabetics who consume caffeine are likely having a harder time regulating their insulin and glucose levels than those who don't take in caffeine.”
Avoiding caffeine might be another way to better manage their disease.
Remember to note that this person is a psychiatrist, no data on the study was noted here. For instance was the coffee black, sugar, cream or was the study done in decaf and the results. This was published by the http://http://www.teeccino.com//ArticleDetails.aspx?ArticleID=13  is a Tea Company (found on the Internet.) They sell decaf teas etc., was it bias? Is all caffeine the same for raising blood sugars?
I use a health food brand of Carbonated beverage called STEVIA, whatever flavor i.e. although it  no chemicals and sugars it has caffeine, which I noticed it made me hungry...Careful if you have a weight problem (diabetes.)
Was is the chlorogenic found in coffee instead of it's caffeine as some suspect? More research needs to me needed.Anti Cancer "Brain" Fungus
Mushroom for brain disorders

DON'T use if any brain including mental disorders.
The main reason this issue is here is; one, its news to me and two, I am watching when I drink caffeine teas of coffee to see if it effect my blood sugars. Three, its wise for readers who are diabetic to do the same.
In this link are many other opposite findings of the study of caffeine effect on diabetes.
http://healthpsych.psy.vanderbilt.edu/CoffeeDiabetes.htm Do check blood sugars after using caffeine products (that day)...stop and another day don't use these products to see if there's a change. Obviously, research differs.

*My favorite tea is the no caffeine Rooibos (red tea) use to be called red bush tea. Lots of research has been done on the large amounts of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants contents with very little tannic acid. http://www.africanredtea.com/ Also, found in bigger health food stores.
Please for others let us know of your findings on the subject....
