Are You Ready For Your Famine?

This is an list of Emergency BULK Food Supply (back to basic's)about home food storage for any disasters for any country; culture or people. Pick one gift from this list to buy your loved one. They already have too many "THINGS."
"…There is a law, irrevocably decreed in heaven before the foundations of the
world, upon which all blessings are predicated-...And when we obtain any

blessing from God, it is by obedience to that law upon which it is Predicated"...Our health has to be and is reflective of OUR OBEDIENCE TO THOSE" laws of nature". There are no exceptions. You are not ever an exception to any of Gods rules/laws.
(PHOTO: REDNECK CELLAR) the idea here is to make use of your environment and recycle.
Remember the were;
10 virgins (meaning 10 righteous virtuous women/men.) Five were obedient and five were not prepared and ready when the time came that comes to us all. Five that was not was left out was by their own laziness. My quest in bogging this page within is to teaching some of these natural nature's laws concerning our health of our earthly body for better improvement of life on earth and to prepare its reader for leaner times. (It's the oil for your lamp today.)
Most of my blog materials has been about being more prepared to survive to the "Millennium."
With this introduction, I do feel a need for a page on some basic "frugal" food supplies needed to sustain life for only one year for your millennium survival. We never know when a "Tsunami" will be our trial. However, I will only do only the basic's, but at the end is a link where you can go to someone that has gone to a lot of work to supply more than what is on this list. The poor generally haven't need of their out-of-touch and dated lists unless if you have more money, can, and want to do more please go there. Their is POLITICAL disaster too much more than a variety crisis involving weather, earthquakes, volcanoes, and such disasters as well as economics’, sickness, or even unemployment that will affect our circumstances differently your future relief during these bad times. What's the predicted problem your area? What’s your financial problem? Think of what could happen and prepare a backup for those weaknesses’.
What's new: Happening in California
Home Storage for about a year (Per Person)Grains 300 lbs per person (Stores better in sealed smaller cans) there's is no rotation involved. (? Mix/Match with other organic grains such as wheat (spring), corn, oatmeal, rice i.e.)
Salt about 10 lbs per person. (How much do you use? Keep track)
Water 30 gallons (1-2 gallons a day- Rotate or store distilled water in good
containers. Remember water can be boiled for 20 minutes to rid any bacteria.
Oil: 4 gallons (Keep track of how much you actually use) Or, Canned Vegetable
Shortening.
Sugar or Honey about 60 lbs. (If you store honey be sure to get in containers
that you can re-heat it in the container and smaller to melt it as needed.
Vegetables about 30 lbs. (Record- how much per week, month and then year)
Herbs about 20 lbs
Milk, especially for babies is about 50 lbs (dairy-soy or formula source of protein)
Legumes 75 lbs
Rice 100 lbs or/and potatoes this depends on cultures
Baking items about 10 lbs 2-3 baking powders, 3-4 corn starch etc.
*Other items might be medications and such as 12 bottles of H202 Hydrogen Peroxide (see post; (learn how to use this product...it's so basic and can do many kinds of healing and disinfecting. And 12 bottles of rubbing alcohol. The H202 can be used as a rug cleaner when getting outdated.
Remember the storage containers are just as important as the food, do your research get the best for your probable disaster.
Some styles of storage is way "over-done," but it's list maybe for the rich and/or of others out there who have gobs of money. I don't I need only basic's now. Try buying one can a week or month.
However, for right now stick to "basic." and do it now.
...Remember the 10 virgins only 5 were prepared the rest perished and were left.
(They're all good folks-virgins) The rule was about the "light" it prepared them for "this dreaded day. “Our governments and churches can't aid everybody all the time or at the same time. It only for a very short season, and unfortunately some not at all, they are the poorer churches etc. Bless them for what they can do.
This is a supply need for everyone in all parts of our earth not limited to any one religion, sex, creed, race etc., You got the idea. We are all from Adam, Eve, brothers, and sister. All our genealogy lines connect somewhere in time- so, lets act like it and help one another. I thought that was showing your faith. Start with the first four that's basic for now, and then design a monthly budget to get the rest.
To get a better idea for your own households needs keep a monthly grocery record on a calendar of how much of a basic item is used in one month then multiply that times one year. Be sure to store wisely, organically grown food such as grain or the best quality and make it can be easily rotated.
Emergency 72 Hr. Food Supply (lists)Disclaimer: Consult your health professional for any medical advice. This is a Journal/blog, meant to educate, entertain, and only voices my experienced herbalist opinions at the best. see in my post for the other list.

Here's the causes of famine: MAN
GMO Bill Updater
On C2Cam was a constitutional lawyer specializing in food and drug law, Jonathan Emord. He talked about efforts to quash the first GMO labeling bill, which passed in Vermont. Emord, a co-author of the Vermont legislation, reported that Rep. Mike Pompeo with the encouragement of Monsanto has created a bill (H.R. 1599) that would pre-empt all state laws that require disclosure of GMOs. If it passes the Senate, it will mean that Monsanto and its GMO buyers will be free to include GMOs in almost all foods without ever having to disclose which foods contain them, Emord warned.
Emord suggested that people contact their congressional representatives to vote against this bill. www.emord.com/

Add in Honey and here's the link that says why to do so...you need not to buy his book. LOL

FREE OPEN SEEDS INITIATIVE

A group of scientists and food activists is launching a campaign Thursday to change the rules that govern seeds. They're releasing 29 new varieties of crops under a new "open source pledge" that's intended to safeguard the ability of farmers, gardeners and plant breeders to share those seeds freely.

It's inspired by the example of open source software, which is freely available for anyone to use but cannot legally be converted into anyone's proprietary product.
At an event on the campus of the University of Wisconsin, Madison, backers of the new Open Source Seed Initiative will pass out 29 new varieties of 14 different crops, including carrots, kale, broccoli and quinoa. Anyone receiving the seeds must pledge not to restrict their use by means of patents, licenses or any other kind of intellectual property. In fact, any future plant that's derived from these open source seeds also has to remain freely available as well.
Irwin Goldman, a vegetable breeder at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, helped organize the campaign. It's an attempt to restore the practice of open sharing that was the rule among plant breeders when he entered the profession more than 20 years ago.
"If other breeders asked for our materials, we would send them a packet of seed, and they would do the same for us," he says. "That was a wonderful way to work, and that way of working is no longer with us."
These days, seeds are intellectual property. Some are patented as inventions. You need permission from the patent holder to use them, and you're not supposed to harvest seeds for replanting the next year.
Even university breeders operate under these rules. When Goldwin creates a new variety of onions, carrots or table beets, a technology-transfer arm of the university licenses it to seed companies.
This brings in money that helps pay for Goldman's work, but he still doesn't like the consequences of restricting access to plant genes — what he calls germplasm. "If we don't share germplasm and freely exchange it, then we will limit our ability to improve the crop," he says.
Sociologist Jack Kloppenburg, also at the University of Wisconsin, has been campaigning against seed patents for 30 years. His reasons go beyond
Goldman's.
He says turning seeds into private property has contributed to the rise of big seed companies that in turn promote ever-bigger, more specialized farms. "The problem is concentration, and the narrow set of uses to which the technology and the breeding are being put," he says.
Kloppenburg says one important goal for this initiative is simply to get people thinking and talking about how seeds are controlled. "It's to open people's minds," he says. "It's kind of a biological meme, you might say: Free seed! Seed that can be used by anyone!"
The practical impact of the Open Source Seed Initiative on farmers and gardeners, however, may be limited. Even though anyone can use such seed, most people probably won't be able to find it.
The companies that dominate the seed business probably will keep selling their own proprietary varieties or hybrids. There's more money to be made with those seeds.
Most commercial vegetable seeds are hybrids, which come with a kind of built-in security lock; if you replant seed from a hybrid, you won't get exactly the same kind of plant. (For this reason, some seed companies don't bother getting patents on their hybrids.)
John Shoenecker, director of intellectual property for the seed company HM Clause and the incoming president of the American Seed Trade Association, says his company may avoid using open source seed to breed new commercial varieties "because then we'd ... have limited potential to recoup the investment." That's because the offspring of open source seeds would have to be shared as well, and any other seed company could immediately sell the same variety.
The initiative is probably more significant for plant breeders, especially at universities. Goldman says he expects many plant breeders at universities to join the open source effort.
Meanwhile, two small seed companies that specialize in selling to organic farmers — High Mowing Organic Seeds in Hardwick, Vt., and Wild Garden Seed in Philomath, Ore., are adding some open source seeds to their catalogs this year.

BABYFOOD HOMEMADE W/O CHEMICALS

UPDATED: From store markets, jar baby foodS are not as nutritious as home made. Watch out for too much sugar, filler and GMO's foods; if not organic mom can create many food addiction's, and allergies if using sugar and from process foods at an early age. If boughten, baby-foods don't contain enough fiber (fiber means real food content, or too filter) can hurt digestions. Another clue is that it lacks nutrients. If too young for fiber, than add organic cornstarch or, cereals yourself then freeze any left-overs for the next meals. If you read labels and are educated mom= you'd never buy formula. It's full of sugar and antibiotics given to the cows. Goat milk has less problems if you cannot breast feed. If using grains/seeds/nuts such as coconut/almond milk; you'll need to supplements and do some more researcher, but most of all use only organic whole rice i.e. Use a bit of pear juice or other fruits for sugars. If it's hard to fine in season make your own and store.
Careful, when too young adding meats or adding extra proteins (only bal. within a plant itself) for children are too young. This will produce less ADD and ADHD population as it starts here.
Mom's don't take older children off a balanced Omega's (by using fatless diets) from bad advice of commercials from fads that have produced this ADHD epidemic.Updates:

Caution on what chemicals are in baby's food and environments
Formulas contain high levels of sugar/corn-syrups and some are promoted for use from four months of age – a time when babies should still be on a diet of breast or a better formula of no hormone milk's. It's no wonder children are over-weight and this problem is growing.

"Babies would need to eat twice as much store-bought food to get the same energy and protein as a nutritious meals cooked at home," some researchers found. That holds true for all of us eating any GMO foods.

This study, from the department of human
nutrition at the University of Glasgow, said many weaning foods "would not serve the intended purpose" of giving a baby extra nutrients or a range of tastes and textures. continue to read the link provide above. INTERVIEW OF A 14 YR OLD GIRL (GMO:LAB RATS)

This is an interview with Leary who lost corrosive debate to a 14 yr old girl on his GMO theory's. She won every argument and it's funny. In this case ignorance isn't bliss. Note; how Monsanto side kick manipulate the more educated kids of today.

Kellogg's isn't SPECIAL anymore

This material has been updated: The rainforests of Indonesia are an ecological treasure: They’re home to critically endangered species like the orangutan and the Sumatran tiger, and they also store more carbon than the entire world emits in 9 years. Now snack and cereal giant Kellogg's has made a huge deal with a company that’s wiping these forests off the map.

http://naturalsociety.com/list-politicians-paid-off-by-monsanto/#ixzz2V1gQSSOA

Kellogg's has just launched a partnership with Wilmar International, the world’s largest palm oil trader. The palm oil industry has had a devastating impact on the forests of Southeast Asia, wiping out millions of hectares of forest and releasing hundreds of millions of tons of carbon into the atmosphere every year. And even among palm oil companies, Wilmar is especially terrible: Satellite evidence recently proved that it's been illegally logging on protected forests for decades.

Wilmar’s record is so bad that Newsweek named it the least sustainable corporation in the world -- worse than Exxon Mobil, TransCanada, and even Monsanto. We need to let Kellogg's know that this deal is unacceptable.

Tell Kellogg's: Cut ties with Wilmar, the world’s least sustainable corporation, unless it agrees to clean up its act now!

Palm oil has been popular in Asia for years, but it’s increasingly being imported to the West, largely because it’s slightly cheaper than other vegetable oils -- but it also has huge health and environmental costs! Lots of food companies in North America, Australia, and Europe are buying up cheap palm oil to save a few cents, but Kellogg's is going further than anyone else. It’s teaming up with Wilmar to try to dominate the Chinese snack market.

It’s easy to produce deforestation-free palm oil, but companies like Wilmar are cutting corners to avoid basic sustainability standards (and they’re getting away with it due to widespread corruption). Under intense consumer pressure, Kellogg's agreed to some sustainability guidelines for its palm oil purchases. But now it’s giving billions of dollars worth of business to Wilmar, a company that has cut down natural parks for palm oil. If Kellogg's can’t reign in its business partner, this deal could wipe away the impact of all its sustainability initiatives.

Wilmar just announced a small step that shows it may be open to change. In response to anger over massive forest fires in Indonesia, it said that it would stop sourcing palm oil from companies connected to illegal burning. But that’s not enough: We can’t allow it to replace deforestation-by-burning with deforestation-by-bulldozer. Kellogg's needs to insist that its business partner stop cutting down the rainforest altogether.

Sign our petition to Kellogg's: End your partnership with Wilmar International unless it agrees to end deforestation.
Kellogg's corn is AN "AMERICAN MADE" GMO, YOU WILL NEVER FIND IT ORGANICALLY GROWN. SO, IT'S NEVER  s p e c i a l in any food form.

FDA AND GMO'S (labeling i.e.)

FDA and GMOs: The spoilings of America
Attorney Jonathan Emord offered updates on FDA issues, Monsanto and; GMOs, and various controversies involving the Obama administration.

In May, Senator Dick Durban tried to amend the Food and Drug Administration Safety and Innovation Act to include sweeping new powers for the FDA to regulate supplement companies, and potentially reduce consumers' access to supplements. (Be sure to vote him back!)
At least for the short term, opposition appears to be strong for Durbin's proposal, Emord reported. The Senator has been an advocate for regulation across the board, "except when it comes to hammering the drug industry for its undue influence over the FDA," he noted, adding that pharmaceutical companies likely feel threatened by the supplement industry.
At the same time, the FDA continues to approve drugs that may be unsafe such as Brisdelle, a menopause treatment, he remarked.

Emord drafted the first GMO labeling bill to become law in the US, in the state of Connecticut. While he's pleased with this breakthrough, an amendment to the law pushes back the start of the food labeling, until at least four other states pass a similar bill.
Monsanto is fighting against such efforts, calling it a first amendment violation.

Politicization of the IRS in targeting conservative groups, NSA surveillance, and the poor record of President Obama in fulfilling transparency and honesty in government. Emord announced he'll be hosting a new radio show on the Genesis Communication Network starting July 22nd.

ANGRY COUNTRIES TAKE CONTROL OF MONSANTO CROPS

We are not going to allow Monsanto to destroy all the vegetation on this planet making TOXIC food to all forms of life? Many, now, are fighting here and abroad to stop their destruction's. They may control the politician's in Washington but, not the world. Some of their examples here are the many that are now destroying their seeds and these crops and are only a few examples of destroying this new pestilences it's causing.

Robotic Bees to Pollinate Monsanto Crops (Why? these crops kill-off bees.
Now, can you afford the robot bees and the their fake food too...?

More than 80 percent of all foods found in a typical American grocery store contain modified ingredients. Efforts to push for regulations that would require companies like biotech giants, Monsanto and DuPont, to label items that contain genetically modified ingredients have failed in the wake of fierce lobbying by the pro-GMOs big agricultural industry, which spent more than $4.7 million in 2012 on lobbying alone.

In Europe, GMOs are banned in nine countries, including Poland, where the law went into effect in January. Other countries include Austria, France, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, Greece and Bulgaria and Russia's Puttin spoke out against the signing of Obama's bill. Wake up America!

RE: Monsanto/GMO Protest Update: Coast to Coast AM
In the first hour, analyst Craig B. Hulet commented on issues related to Monsanto and GMOs. He lamented that Obama signed off on the HR 933 bill, which says that federal courts cannot stop biotech companies from planting or selling GMO goods to the public, even if testing shows they are hazardous. He was followed by food expert Jeffrey Smith who talked about the success of the recent worldwide March Against Monsanto, in which more than two-million participated, in some 52 countries. The topic is also starting to receive more mainstream coverage, as was noted, on CNN covering about the protest (video report). (other wise you heard nothing but small blimps.)

We will have a war because of Monsanto world take-over with these GMO's; he is buy up Africa's land and other countries too. Why isn't all this on main stream News in America?

ARE WE EATING PRODUCING ALIEN FOOD?

DNA in its Whopper or, "A taste that's out of this world!" Are we producing alien foods?

What Burger King didn't expect to find was all the other DNA in its burger meat. DNA tests showed meat derived from flesh containing 56 chromosomes. Humans only have 23 pairs of chromosomes, or 46 total
Joyce Jeepers said "If we could genetically modify humans with these genetic sequences found in the burgers, we could theoretically grow our own aliens right here on Earth!"
or, from plum ISLAND, deadly virus, animal disease center.
john Gresham (where's it coming from?)
How and where's it being cloned?

In a similar way, Monsanto has said it is interested in growing "self-aware soybeans that can run from superweeds" and thinks alien DNA might result in a "scientific breakthrough" in GE agriculture.

PRESIDENT OBAMA CHANGES HIS MIND

Ninety percent of mothers and 88 percent of fathers are in favor of labeling GE foods, according to a recent survey by the Mellman Group. But two key persons are holding out: President and Mrs. Obama.

More than 185,000 people have already signed on. We need to reach 200,000 signatures by Oct. 1, so we can deliver the petition to the White House.

Just last week, an important new study raised even more questions about the health consequences of GMOs. Given Michelle Obama's stance on organic gardens and healthy school lunches, we have to ask: Would she let her children choose food from a grocery store without knowing whether that food item contained GMO ingredients?
When her family sits down to dinner, does the menu include GMO foods?

On the campaign trail in 2007, then-candidate Obama promised to support the right to know what's in our food. But President Obama has since sided with Monsanto - not the voters who elected him, not the 90% of people in this country who want GMOs labeled.

We are at a critical point in the battle to label GMOs. On Nov. 6, California voters will vote YES or NO on what could become this country's first mandatory GMO labeling bill. We must win this basic right - a right that citizens in nearly 50 other countries already have.

Mrs. Obama is the President's closest confidante. So we're calling on her to tell President Obama: Keep your word. Listen to the people, not the corporations.

We may not be able to change the President's mind with a petition. But we promise we'll get his attention and hold him accountable - in an election year - for what he promised us four years ago.

Please help us pressure the White House to side with the more than 90% of Americans who want the basic right to know which foods on their grocery shelves contain GMOs, and which don't.

GMO WEIGHT ISSUE

WHAT IF THEIR'S NO LABELS?
Farmed salmon treated with GMO injections experience growth at twice the normal rate. Is it passed onto human? Weight issues have not been solved by these geniuses. In some form's of life bigger is not better. Remember these hormones don't belong in anyone-thing.
Experts tell us that GMO* Foods are dangerous to our health and the environment. We want them to be LABELED so that shoppers will be able to make our informed choices. We have a RIGHT to know what is in our food with our money.

Many European countries have legislated the outright ban of GMOs. Entire crops of GMO corn have been destroyed to eradicate their ability to pollute crops of Real Food.

There has been success in having milk labeled – look for milk that says that it contains NO GE hormone rBGH/rBST. Look for foods that are 100% organic. Just because something says ‘organic’ is not enough. For example, eggs labeled "free-range", "natural", or "cage-free" are not necessarily GE-free; look for eggs to be 100% organic.
