We told you recently about a new whistleblower inside the CDC. Now, we know his name: Doctor William Thompson.
Doctor Thompson shared his story with Doctor Brian Hooker. Thompson says he stayed quiet for over 10 years after finding a link between vaccines in young black children and autism. Thompson says the CDC knew about this link, and purposely manipulated the evidence removing “Black Babies without birth certificates” from the study to justify their own multi-billion dollar vaccination operation.
Belsie González, Senior Public Affairs Specialist for the CDC responded to our inquiry admitting the omission of the data based on the children’s birth certificates, here’s the statement:
“Access to the information on the birth certificates allowed researchers to assess more complete information on race as well as other important characteristics, including possible risk factors for autism such as the child’s birth weight, mother’s age, and education. This information was not available for the children without birth certificates; hence CDC study did not present data by race on black, white, or other race children from the whole study sample. It presented the results on black and white/other race children from the group with birth certificates.”
That’s a pretty telling statement - worded very carefully - but a clear admission that the CDC DID NOT present data because the children without Birth Certificates lacked meta data on risk factors - including Race.

Contributing factors to Candida overgrowth

The problem with the typical approach to Candida
Thankfully I found this blog post from Lauren at Empowered Sustenance
first.
She pokes holes in the typical Candida Diet approach,
pointing out that it doesn't affect the root causes of the Candida overgrowth,
which are essentially:
leaky gut
poor digestion
and therefore a compromised immune system and systemic
inflammation
Lauren also points out that
A Candida Diet impairs metabolism and hormone function. A sugar free diet
will elevate stress hormones, which exhausts the adrenals, reduces thyroid

This includes developing an armoured shell called chitin, building a bio-film, burrowing deeper and deeper into tissues, or casting out
long filaments in search of the fuel it needs to survive.
It's important to keep in mind that Candida is supposed to exist in a certain
amount in a healthy human, and completely choking it out is (clearly a losing
battle and) actually not healthy.

A new approach to cure Candida overgrowth naturally
Thanks to Lauren's article, I decided to shift away from the KILL
CHOKE KILL approach, and toward a self-love, health-supporting mode of
overcoming Candida overgrowth. The theory here is to support the immune
system, metabolism and digestion so that the body can naturally re-balance the
microbiome.
Here are some suggestions:
support digestion by drinking lemon juice and/or raw apple cider vinegar a few times a day (juice of 1/2 a
fresh lemon, or 1 tsp ACV in a glass of water)
support
metabolism with generous doses of pink salt on my food (always be sure to have some in the
morning to support the adrenals), plenty of healthy traditional fats (such as grass-fed butter, coconut oil, red palm oil, avocados, oily fish, etc) and moderate amounts
of sugars like raw honey, dark chocolate, fruits and starchy veg (max 3 small
servings/day)
consuming fresh garlic, turmeric, cayenne, ginger in cooking whenever I can
(yum!)
I've also found that making capsules of powdered turmeric, ginger and cayenne (TCG)
helps (take 1-3 capsules of each, 1-3 times a day) I recommend using your own organic spices rather than buying extract supplements,
because you never know what's actually in those or how good-quality they
are.

A new diabetes discovery may one day help people with this disease avoid frequent insulin shots. Scientists have identified a hormone, dubbed "betatrophin," that can sharply boost the number of cells that make insulin in mice. The discovery may someday lead to a treatment for Type 2 diabetes, the most common form of the disease. People have their own version of this hormone, and the new work suggests that giving diabetics more of it might remove the need to be treated with insulin injections.

An estimated 371 million people worldwide have diabetes, in which insulin fails to control blood sugar levels. In the United States, an estimated 25.8 million people have the disease -- about 8.3 percent of the country, according to the American Diabetes Association.
Obese children showing symptoms of adult illnesses
High blood sugar can lead to other medical problems, including heart disease, stroke and damage to kidneys, eyes and the nervous system. At least 90 percent of diabetes is "Type 2," and some of these patients have to inject insulin.
Insulin is produced by beta cells in the pancreas. The researchers found when they made the liver in mice secrete more of the betatrophin hormone by inserting extra copies of a gene, the size of the beta cell population tripled in comparison to untreated mice. Tests indicated the new cells worked normally.
Melton said it's not known how the hormone works. Now the researchers want to create an injectable form that they can test on diabetic mice, he said. If all goes well, tests in people could follow fairly quickly. Diabetes-hormone-discovery
Melton hopes the newly identified hormone might someday also help patients with the other form of diabetes -- Type 1 -- avoid insulin. He called that a "long shot" because of differences in the biology of that disease.
