Caffeine Raises Blood Sugar
If you use the drug metformin you'll need to add more B12 (B) vitamins
as this drug and other will deplete the body of Bs
In one study or hypothesis of the effects of caffeine on diabetes, it was found that after a meal, those who had been given caffeine had a 21% increase in their glucose levels and their insulin levels rose 48%. (2004) (Coffee, tea or Coke, Pepsi?) Caffeine makes a fog in the brain and will throw off the normal pH balance, leaving us step table to pH diseases. (see bottom of page for more) Bi Polar, ADHD  and etc should not go near coffee nor any other brain disorder. To have good health, no cancers i.e. a balanced pH is needed. Use hot lemon water in the morning instead.

Diabetics, however, do not metabolize glucose as efficiently. It appears that diabetics who consume caffeine are likely having a harder time regulating their insulin and glucose levels than those who don't take in caffeine.”
Avoiding caffeine might be another way to better manage their disease.
Remember to note that this person is a psychiatrist, no data on the study was noted here. For instance was the coffee black, sugar, cream or was the study done in decaf and the results. I use a health food brand of Carbonated beverage called STEVIA, whatever flavor i.e. although it  no chemicals and sugars it has caffeine, which I noticed it made me hungry...Careful if you have a weight problem (diabetes.)

The main reason this issue is here is; one, its news to me and two, I am watching when I drink caffeine teas of coffee to see if it effect my blood sugars. Three, its wise for readers who are diabetic to do the same.

HOW TO INCREASE OXYGEN LEVELS


Low levels of oxygen in your blood, also known as hypoxemia, can be caused by illnesses such as emphysema, pulmonary disease or cardiovascular disease. This condition is characterized by shortness of breath, fatigue and waking up with the sensation of choking, according to MayoClinic.com.

Ginkgo Biloba (see links below for details)

Ginkgo biloba has been found to be as effective as prescription medications in increasing the distance these patients can walk without pain

According to UMMC, preliminary research on the ability of ginger to thin the blood has shown promising results, although more studies are needed to confirm this effect. Taking ginger can thin the blood, and caution should be taken if you are already taking blood-thinning medications. For people with circulatory problems, however, this may be a beneficial effect that can decrease the risk of stroke due to blockage by a blood clot.
Motherwort
Motherwort's beneficial heart effect is evident by its Latin name: cardiaca. Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center explains that motherwort has been used for thousands of years to treat cardiac rhythm problems. Some research, the center adds, suggests that motherwort may be an effective treatment for impaired circulation, but more research is needed in order to be definitive. In studies performed on laboratory rats, motherwort was effective in blocking the cardiac stimulation caused by substances such as caffeine. Irregular cardiac rhythms caused by stress or the use of stimulants can temporarily constrict blood vessels and decrease the amount of oxygen that reaches the extremities.

Keep the right pH balance: Most fruit and vegetables have a pH rating. This will help increase oxygen levels. Too heavy foods are not in balance with the needed flow.

Unfortunately the typical American diet consists largely of toxic and acid-forming foods like refined grains, processed sugars, artificial sweeteners, pasteurized juices, fried foods, meat and dairy -the list goes on. It’s our blood pH. When the pH is balanced, the body is in line and healthy.
Most disease states can’t exist when the body’s pH is alkaline. Bacteria, viruses and fungi can’t reproduce. So what’s a body full of fast foods, drugs, GMOs, and non-organic food to do?

· Choose only organic foods that are GMO-free to avoid pesticides, chemicals and other contaminants
· Eat alkaline foods like most fruits and vegetables. They sustain the body’s pH on a daily basis.
· Reduce all kinds of meats, fowl and refined sugars and flours. Protein intake should be approximately 40-50 grams daily.  (I think this is too high) And, it these foods contribute to an acidic state.
· Combine highly alkaline foods in a meal with foods that are acidic to create better balance and maintain alkaline pH.
· Drink one or two glasses of organic apple cider vinegar and water daily. Mix one to two tablespoons of vinegar in eight ounces of water.
· Make a pH drink by combining two tablespoons lemon or lime juice with half a teaspoon of baking soda. After foaming has subsided, add 8-12 ounces of water and drink immediately.


· Add one to two teaspoons of baking soda mixed with an eight ounce glass of water daily. If you have hypertension or edema, this may not be a good choice for you.
 Speak to your health practitioner.


· Consume foods high in potassium like lemons, bananas and honey.


· Lemonade or lemon water helps to clear the body of excess acids and create an alkaline-forming state. Mix the juice of half an organic lemon with two teaspoons of raw honey and eight ounces of warm water. Drink first thing in the morning to flush the system. Do not warm water in microwave oven.


· Mix one to two teaspoons cream of tartar with eight ounces of water. Cream of tartar is very acidic, like lemons, and helps to create an alkaline-forming state. It is especially good to use in an emergency, to quell nausea, relieve a headache or overcome shock. It has a light, sour taste and is very refreshing mixed with room temperature water. Do not sweeten.


· Drink lots of water daily to flush the system of waste. Consume in ounces, 50 percent of your weight in water every day. In other words, if you weigh 150 pounds, drink 75 ounces of water daily.
· Supplement with digestive enzymes to help balance the body’s pH and overcome acidosis. The pancreas is responsible for producing most digestive enzymes, including bicarbonate. If your pancreas is not functioning properly, the quantities of natural enzymes can be less than optimal.

Arthritis, Neuropathy Pain with using some simple natural remedies (I do worry that you will think you have to use everything on a post. SO DON'T DO THE WHOLE PAGE ALL AT ONCE. HOW WOULD YOU KNOW WHICH ONE WORKED OR DIDN'T? Here are some I've used:  Here are two recipes specifically for arthritis given on this page plus a few good links for those who need more knowledge to other herbs that my work for you. We are all at different stages of arthritis. (ACID AND ITS CRYSTALLIZATION CONDITIONS) Having arthritis (lupus),and gout; I’ve decided to summit my few simple natural remedies that works for me. Some, I no longer do, or all the time, but refer back to when needed (juicing). Don’t do all of these suggestions at once, and do more research to see if every herb taken in, if it will interfere with what your are already taking.
In the past it use to be long horrible every day nagging pain that eventually could wear anyone down. I couldn’t walk for the pain in my left hip, which was so unbearable to the point of finally a wheel chair existence.
These suggestions managed my disability. I still have one some my major problems weight and with pain from neuropathy diabetic problems. life's not easy, but it was worse on drugs.

Herbal for pain: (Sub for Ibuprofen) If I take Chanca Piedra every day this pain no longer bothers me. I’m a so much better, not in constant pain. And no longer takes pain drugs as they acerbate arthritic and neuropathy problems. Sites are given at the bottom for herbal suggestion that are not included here, but may be more valid for some readers. One of the herbal co. now carry it in pill form.
I like licorice root too. A must, it natural cortisone.

This page includes all types of arthritis, gout, i.e. and is the researched result to my trying many products on the market and drugs that made my health worse plus didn’t work. These suggestions are what I’ve found that works the best. If you need to add any natural remedy please do so. Some remedies work for some and not for others. Many sell product and push drugs but don’t have any real experience with pain for these disabilities at all. Pay attention and listen to your body, it will give you signal.

Start toward a goal of a Semi Fast Diet or to milder simpler foods, which I named "mild food" (This is a plant based diet-vegan or vegetarian will work too.) helps to minimize pain, and keep the colon so it can eliminate a toxin process. Maintain the mild food diet (plant based) will keep your body at a normal Ph. (Meat creates an acid condition in the body, if the arthritis it too bad/painful its best to cut meat.)
Foods: Some may have to take the dairy out of your diet because of inflammation that is involved in arthritis. There is non-dairy probiotics products on the market. This totally depends on the amount of pain or arthritis you have.
The concentrated animal based protein makes pain worse. Remember, animals, intuitively don’t eat when in pain. . Watch how you feel when you eat a food. Log it in your journal. This is so basic to maintain that food diary. Write down how you feel that day, even if your brain feels foggy record the foods you are. Keep in that daily diary not only a list of foods eaten every day, but what supplements, drugs, i.e. you’ve taking and how you feel after taking them. This can teach you so much about how to treat your own disease or illness. If this is not working move on to another herb or supplement. (Keep a journal of herbs, pain, drug, and food...be your own doctor. This will show up your mistakes that's not working and why.) You’re your own white rat and you have entitlement to inspiration from the Spirit for your own body.

ALLERGIES: Certain allergies to foods "set off" arthritic pain reactions. If you are taking aspartame or any of the other names this chemical hide by...this page can’t help you...These fake sugars and parasites cause this condition and pain. Herbs Substitutes Natural corticosteroids; Licorice Root (natural corticosteroid) when the adrenal is the root cause, and it can be. Yucca 1-3 capsules a day is a steroid saponins compound to cortisone. Even Wild Mexican Yams has steroid properties and many other such herbs rather than harmful drug. Why not try them first if they don’t work go to something else. Flaxseed oil, or another oil is a must.
* Astragulas root for the liver, and use fibrous food base diet for the colon. You have to treat the whole body not just a specific area as the medical profession who cannot cure any disease! A great herb for the elderly.


The best remedy, and cheapest is chlorophyll which will neutralizes uric acid. Chlorophyll's such as Chlorella, wheat grass, alfalfa or spirillia-kelp i.e. will also work. If allergic to fish stay away from the latter, sea weeds or fish oils (small fish is better). You'll notice immediately, and will be able to move without much pain (every meal, or food). Chlorophyll for a normal Ph in pill or anyform will be a healing plant for these conditions.

*This Formula is also For any pain: My Chanca Piedra herbal formula is; Chanca Piedra:
_ part Chanca Piedra to
_ounces Comfrey root; this herb will have to be bought or raise to use in this formula.
_ ounces Lobelia (This will get out the poisons and chemicals in tissues, and about
_ ounces of Cayenne. Every 3-4 hours in 00 capsules.)


This will take place of Ibuprofen or Motrin and other type of such medicines (NSAID). Order on Internet the Chanca Piedra by bulk. (You can leave out the Comfrey leaves or root (for liver too) and it will still work, but will not have building new cell properties.) I believe all herbal formulas need to be individualized.
Some foods specifically targeted arthritis such as Artichoke or cherry’s, celery i.e.
*Add the B Complex’s, and Calcium gluconate if needed. Strong natural calcium such as Alfalfa (hormonal) try it rather than inorganically calcium from rock or shells.

*HOLISTIC VIEW: Treat the stomach first, Colon, Autonomic nervous system, then out to specific organs such as liver and kidneys. Keeping these organs clear and clean of toxins, as it will aid pain with minimal back up to more built up toxins to cause more pain.

*Omega’s for pain: Smaller fish, or Flaxseed oil about 1000 mg to 1300 a day up to 3-5 grams a day as needed. When you stop or are out of these you’ll note a difference in the pain threshold. You can try triple omega’s 3 especially. If you use fish oils or cod liver oil get it from good northern waters. The smaller fish has less mercury and from a good reputable company.
*Caprylic acid (coconut oil) for parasites, nuts and seeds oils are especially good .too

Watch your Ph balance or acid forming foods and don’t drink acids soda pops they will make this condition worse with some with their acid forming chemical sugars, which are causing this condition. (Aspartame can be the culprit to your pain. Take it out for 3 months and see).

Natural Juice Formula For Arthritis1. 1 quart of raw carrot juice ( parasites) This is approximate measurements:
2. 1 quart of raw celery juice (this breaks down the uric acids involved in arthritis.
Drink approximately, 1 quart of carrot juice to 1 quart of celery juice raw for two weeks.

When I have pain I've used baking soda in water and it takes the uric acid away with the pain. (APV will work too on uric acid) Stay away from all sodas, coffee, tannic acids and teas as they are too acidy for arthritic/gout conditions.
Don't try all this a once...Just keep the post and start with what you already have in the cupboard, then expand; one at a time.

*Other Herbals: Marsh mellow Root (The herb for the acid when in pain), Yellow dock, Milk thistle for the liver or Turmeric for inflammations and there are many other good herbs. Acids in any foods can be followed by pain. (Slippery Elm, Broken Cell Chlorella, many their are many other Cox 2 products, Chanca Piedra, Comfrey root, for pain and baking soda.) These are the one's I've used after weeding through many other that were too costly for what the end results turned out. These were just as good and cheaper.

*Sugars: The other real problems is Aspartame, fructose or high corn syrups (fake sugars i.e.) causes inflammations. If you are taking any of these product close this page. I cannot help you nor can anyone else. It’s that simple. Write down what sugars you are taking and only take one type at a time. Fructose, corn syrup and diet sugars will cause acute pain and makes body acid because of the large amount of fruit involved. It’s too concentrated and too harsh for diabetic and arthritic condition. 
Fruit makes the body eliminate faster than vegetables or proteins. This faster elimination will be a big problem here. Some may not be able to handle fruit juices at all. Some my mix them with a lot more vegetables that cushions the fruit or use them with organic complex whole grains. That’s what keeping a daily food journal is all about in aiding the findings of your acid food levels. It's best to eat fruit with a vegetable not alone.

*Meat causes lots too much uri c acid, and it stops the process of eliminating, and adds the wrong kind of fat, parasites, chemicals and heavy metal from their fed and are sources all all diseases. If you are a meat eater make a note on the days you eat meat and the days you go without. This will show how your feeling, and what did it turning out to be a wiser guide than a doctors visit and less costly. Or, just starts the day off with fresh lemonade sweetened with some pear juice.

*Cabbage Juice: Not only for cancer but raw cabbage juice relieves joint pain and swelling fast. It was an old poultice application for a cancer remedy of the breast. (...not heated, sour kraut)

Do exercise your muscles even if it’s yoga, or light weight lifting each day. Keep the circulation going even if it’s some sort of electric massage therapy, and heat lamps or an electric heat pad on your feet at night. Keeps that blood flowing to the area to mock a fever. A fever is nature’s way of adding heat to kill parasites.

A Vinegar or  a Clorox feet and leg soak and water to the area works wonders to killing parasites along with the pain.
· Watch your water intake making sure it clean and drinking lots of it instead of other liquids. This will dilute all poisons and toxins carrying them out of the body. If the urine is yellow, drink room temperature water not juices, teas, coffee, pops etc.

IBS, NATURAL REMEDYS; TREAT THE COLON FOR ALL DISEASES

Colon Care Using Natural Remedies
The colon is the most important system in the body in treating any disease. It's the largest organ in the body. If the colons out of whack so is your health. All disease start and end here. Mild organic plant fibrous foods are essentials to feed the hub of body that as this iris is showing feed every organ.
Sixty percent of your immune system is your colon. Drugs (chemicals) strip the terrain of the bowels. To regain health start with what goes into through the stomach and for the colon to process it all. To heal with herbs today will mean a change to “organic herbs,” others have lost anti fungal properties and in most cases ½ their healing and nutrient properties. Some have even been sprayed or chemicals used in the plant or soil altering healing powers of herbs. (Rebuild) Note: Parasite bloom in the colon (see parasite herb page) Hormones, Wild Yam The colon needs nutritious fibrous, complex foods, and herbs such as Glucomannin (fiber) i.e. However, choose from the grains not fruit. Some Bowel problems cannot take bran etc and others cannot take too much fruit fiber. Eating at least 3 g. of fibrous food each snack and meal. If not enough fiber in the meal or snack then take a supplement that equals three grams of fiber if necessary. This will give bulk to the runs. This will make up the fiber not in the meals or snacks that make this condition worse. This is most important if you have missing parts of your colon/bowel. It works

Constipation: 3 prunes a day (Great for children or prune juice and, Cod Liver oil (Vit. D) that used to be used for D-Rickets) All fruits are mildly laxatives Tamarine (Tamarindus indicia) mild Pumpkin jam i.e. Bran and other grain fibrous cereal
Hemorrhoids, (no cheese) Fenugreek, Aloes, Vitamin C and Slippery Elm or glycerin or cocoa butter suppositories and baby wipe or wet tissues. Garlic clove up the rectum lube with coconut butter.
Formula: 1 part golden seal 2 parts bayberry and chickweed ¼ part witch hazel bark ¼ part catnip. A fruit diet for a few days then switch to mild foods high in potassium. Impacted Bowel can be relieved by a warm enema with added herbs and specific oil E O for the colon terrain, colonic's or hydrotherapy. ("Ice," Zink oxide, all over the counter remedy)

Lots of natural B-12 in Comfrey is a good plant for B-12 (Mucilaginous) for the colon. Banana is another source of B-12 and many other foods especially for vegetarians to know these plants. This is especially for good for Senior, Vegan’s or Vegetarians and those who strip their colon with acid types of drugs. Diarrhea- Plantain Plantago Major, P. BARLEY WATER: DRINK OF THE ANCIENTS

BARLEY WATER IS SAID TO BE; The Drink of the Gods
BACK TO SIMPLE CHEAP BASICS FOR IMPROVING HEALTH: This is an old recipe from ancient times (a bit modernize with its sugar.) A ninety-year-old man who had never had the flue or been sick in his life gave this recipe to me. He called his drink "Food for the Gods". Check: Google images: "barley water" for more recipes
Barley Water
Boil 3/4 cup organically grown barley (not from GMO plant) in 1 quart of water 7-10 minutes, seep and strain.
Save barley for other cooking (like in oatmeal, or soups)
3/4 cup of barley water (about)
1 Tb. apple cider vinegar
1 Tb. molasses (iron)
1 Tb. raw honey Or, agave nectar).
Stir and drink warm every day.
Note: leave out the sweeteners if a diabetic and add Stevia an herb.
*You can use the barley, formed like oatmeal, or cracked and soaked over night, or whole. Buy it from the health food store. (The GMO barley's been alternated and have no anti fungal values) If grains can't kill parasites in our body they are not good for nothing. All strong plants have properties coded in them to kill their parasite or their natural enemy's, that would normally afflict and destroy the plant. Weaker plants are weeded out and die, as they should in nature. Healthy plants in turn pass their anti fungal properties on to us as we digest the plants killing our fungi's too.
*Use raw UN filtered vinegar
Scripture:…”And again, hot drinks are not for the body or belly…” Don’t drink hot, because too hot and too cold foods or drinks kills natural flora in the stomach and bowels. You’ll need to replenish that flora living continually on yogurts and other fermented type foods. Keeping a balance in the bowels in making up for what’s been lost. What happens to yogurt when you freeze or heat it? The natural pro biotic is then lost. So it is when you cook cheeses and sauerkraut.

You can roast whole barley till dark brown, cool; grind it in a coffee grinder the consistency desired for a substitute coffee. Many health food stores sell sub. coffee's with barley in it. It's actually a nice drink. Add real no hormone cream and sweetener.
