GINGER IS MORE POWERFUL HERB THAN ONCE THOUGHT

Ginger Destroys Cancer More Effectively Than Death-Linked Cancer Drugs

I learned to like ginger using it in my wonton recipe. Theirs a candy they make of dried ginger/sugar, it's fantastic for stomach and keeping pH levels. (found at HFS) I use to make herbal formula's; never left out  ginger as it pads any stomach problems when used with any other herbs (catalyst) and help them to go where they need to go in the body. Great for children and nauseated mother's to be and headaches. If you have pain from arthritis, etc Ginger will bring the body back to a natural pH and kill the pain. I use the health food stores candied ginger and it works every time or, Baking Soda

Try the lemon, cuke and ginger beverage for weight. Dr. Oz i.e. It the root that makes it powerful. If using this herb for healing purposes be sure it hasn't been grown in bad soil where they've used chemicals. This will damage the healing properties.

Ginger, a cousin spice of super anti-cancer substance turmeric, is known for its ability to shrink tumors. Astoundingly, it is even more effective than many cancer drugs, which have been shown to be completely ineffective and actually accelerate the death of cancer patients. Commonly consumed across the world in small doses among food and beverage products, the medicinal properties of ginger far surpass even advanced pharmaceutical inventions.
*The subject of one study based out of Georgia State University, whole ginger extract was revealed to shrink prostate tumor size by a whopping 56% in mice. The anticancer properties were observed in addition to ginger’s role in reducing inflammation as well as being a rich source of life-enhancing antioxidants. But what about cancer drugs? Could this simple spice really topple the advanced pharmaceuticals that are often touted as the ‘only option’ for cancer patients by medical doctors?

It turns out that cancer drugs are not only severely ineffective at permanently shrinking tumors, but they actually make tumors larger and kill the patient more quickly. More specifically, the tumors have been found to ‘metasize’, meaning they come back bigger and more stronger than their original size. What’s more, the ‘metasizing’ was found to be very aggressive. According to scientists Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, the premium priced drugs were little more than death sentences for many patients.
“Whatever manipulations we’re doing to tumors can inadvertently do something to increase the tumor numbers to become more metastatic, which is what kills patients at the end of the day,” said study author Dr. Raghu Kalluri.
These are the very drugs considered to be the scientifically proven solution by mainstream health officials.

Meanwhile, ginger presents virtually no side effects and has been used as a food product by many cultures for countless centuries. Instead of creating super tumors, whole ginger extract was shown to exert significant growth-inhibiting and death-inductory effects in a spectrum of prostate cancer cells. (Ginger should be in all prostate cancer formulas)
ANOTHER USE FOR GINGER:

"Over 17 other studies have also reached similar conclusions on ginger’s anticancer benefits, with the spice being shown by peer-reviewed research to positively impact beyond 101 diseases.
Given that drug companies aren’t even close to finding an Alzheimer’s disease prevention treatment and there are no approved drugs to stop the disease progressing, McGeer said there’s evidence for people trying some safe and simple measures in their own kitchens.
Along with ginger, try blackberries, rhubarb, cinnamon, turmeric, cranberries, pomegranate and blueberries. Those foods contain enzymes that block plaque buildup, McGeer told delegates at the American Association for the Advancement of Science  in Vancouver.
Plaque is made up of beta amyloid (A-beta) protein. Studies have shown A-beta deposits, sometimes called senile plaques, are in the brain many years before memory loss and other dementia symptoms appear."
More News From Our Kitchen:
Garlic will also help you to control your stress, and thus stop the production of stomach acid that your body produces every time you get nervous.
Garlic is popular for its health benefits in every part of the world. That is the main reason why people started calling it “a healing food” long ago.
Garlic And Alternative Medicine
In alternative medicine garlic is considered to be one of the most efficient foods when it comes to detoxification. Medical practitioners in this branch say that garlic is so powerful that it cleanses the body from parasites and worms, prevents diseases like diabetes, typhus, depression, and even some cancer types.
If you are allergic to garlic, take two important things into consideration: never eat it raw, and if you still get any skin outbreak, high body temperature, or a headache, stop consuming it.
Some studies have shown that the consumption of garlic can sometimes have side-effects in patients that take medications for HIV/AIDS. Pay special attention to this health conditions and be extremely careful. Make sure garlic is safe for you before you start consuming it.
Its strong smell and taste should not stop you from using all its health benefits. Garlic supplements are a great substitute for raw garlic and even in that form you can still take advantage of its benefits.
Other Health Benefits of Garlic
Garlic is good for the respiratory tract: it is amazingly efficient in preventing and curing tuberculosis, asthma, pneumonia, catarrh, bronchitis, chronic bronchial catarrh, lung congestion, and cough.
In cases of tuberculosis, try this garlic-based treatment. Eat the whole garlic bulb during the day. Split it in a few portions, and consume it in any way you find preferable. The best results are obtained if you eat it raw or lightly roasted in the oven.

Make a special infusion if you need to treat any type of bronchial disease.
Use 7 oz / 200 grams of garlic, 24 oz / 700 grams of brown sugar, and 33 oz / 1l of water. Boil the water together with the garlic, then add the sugar. Take three tablespoons a day.
Garlic extract is really efficient in treating chronic bronchitis.
You need 1.5 oz / 40 grams of garlic and 3.5 oz / 100 ml of 90 proof alcohol (45% alcohol). Chop the garlic and put it in a bottle, then pour in the alcohol. Seal well. Leave it for five or six days, and strain. Take a cup of this remedy every day. It also lasts for a long time.
You can use the same remedy to treat catarrh and asthma. For this health conditions, add 15-30 drops in some hot water. If you can not stand its taste and smell, add some mint extract. In this way you will also change its power.
Garlic can be also used for external applications. Use it as a poultice over the abdomen to relieve cold. Apply it directly on an insect or poisonous animal bite. Small amounts of garlic will help you to remove warts, and these skin growths will fall of without any pain. You can use it to relieve toothache. All you have to do is put a small piece on the aching tooth.
The list of its health properties seems to be never ending. Garlic also cures hemorrhoids, constipation, and earache. If you want to treat hemorrhoids and constipation, boil some water and add a good amount of garlic.
Keep the infusion in a container that will allow you to inhale the steam. Inhale until the water gets cold. To treat an earache, squeeze out some of the garlic juice and put one or two drops in the aching ear. (for children us garlic oil, pinch with pin and squeeze)
What Should You Remember
Garlic provides a great number of health benefits and protects your health as long as you eat it regularly. Use its healing properties every day, and you will sure see some improvement in your overall health.

ARNICA, BONESET, CALENDULA, CATNIP, CATNIP_MEDICINE

PREPPER LIST OF WILD HERBS OF NATIVE AMERICAN'S
(Arnica), Arnica Montana used throughout Europe and North
Arnica Montana
America since the 1500’s as a cream or ointment, effective for soothing muscles, reducing inflammation and healing wounds. When brewed as a tea, this amazing herb has been used for stress, sleeping problems, emotional trauma making it an excellent “meltdown herb.”
I've been using herbs that are collectable from your back yards for medicine cupboards in rough times as North America Indians have always used.

................

Eupatorium Perfoliatum (Boneset), an herb traditionally used by
Eupatorium Perfoliatum
Native Americans, who called it “Ague Weed,” now commonly called “#boneset.” It’s a great remedy for treating the symptoms of influenza, and helpful for treating aches and pains and fever. Occasional use of boneset leaves brewed as tea helps detoxify the body, removing excess uric acid. It also acts as to expulse other toxins. In a survival instance, this herb can mean the difference between life and death in high fever or poisoning.
............
Calendula Officinalis (Calendula), is one of the most widely used herbs for relieving an upset stomach, ulcers, menstrual cramps and is known for having anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antibacterial effects. A boutique soap and cosmetic maker charges upwards of $40 per bottle of skin toner made from calendula extract. You can make this at home. Calendula OfficinalisThe most helpful use of calendula is as a tincture made from leaves or flowers, used as soak for poultices to help heal wounds. It is a great, natural antibacterial agent.
....................
5) Nepeta Cataria (Catnip), Nepeta Catariahas a long history of being used as a digestive aid. It’s a natural sedative that also helps to ease digestion, colic and diarrhea. Dehydration caused by diarrhea, and high body temperatures caused by fevers can be life-threatening. A tea brewed from its leaves may help alleviate these symptoms. Catmint is also a mild sedative that naturally helps calm the nerves during stressful situations.
..............

6) Capsicum Annuum (Red Pepper),
Capsicum Annuum
is a powerful pain reliever when applied topically, and is used to treat osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis and shingles. Use this pepper to help with everything from seasickness to a fever. It is easy to grow, and versatile in use, which means it should be a staple of your survival medicine cabinet.

FOR YEAST INFECTIONS:
..................................................
Medicinal Herbs to Grow at Home
From echinacea to lemon balm, growing medicinal herbs in your home garden can provide convenient access to many natural remedies.

To make echinacea tea, use 2 to 4 teaspoons of fresh echinacea flowers per cup of water. Enjoy!

Even urban dwellers with little more than a balcony, tiny backyard or windowsill can grow their own food. In the following excerpt, learn how to add six medicinal herbs to your garden for easy access to natural remedies for everything from headaches to sore throats.

 Echinacea

(Echinacea purpurea)
This native perennial, also known as the purple coneflower, is a glorious garden plant that grows 24 to 36 inches tall, and sometimes even taller. It has a long blooming period, starting in the summertime. Echinacea grows large purple flowers that look similar to daisies. This drought-tolerant herb is a must in a summertime bouquet. Echinacea flowers attract wildlife like bees, butterflies, and other essential garden pollinators.
Echinacea boosts the immune system to prevent the common cold or flu. Make it into a tea, as described below.

Making Echinacea Tea

To make echinacea tea, use 1 to 2 teaspoons of dried or 2 to 4 teaspoons of fresh echinacea flowers, leaves, stems, or roots per cup of water. Allow whatever part of the plant you’re using to steep in a teapot in boiling water for 15 to 20 minutes. Then strain the echinacea and pour the tea into a cup. You can sweeten the tea, if you like, with honey, fresh stevia leaves or raw agave nectar.

Feverfew

(Tanacetum parthenium)
This perennial medicinal herb is part of the chrysanthemum family. It’s easy to grow, and once it blooms in spring, it doesn’t stop. You can use the versatile leaves and flowers of this prolific plant to make a healing tea or a fragrant summertime bouquet. Feverfew has been used in Chinese medicine for millennia to reduce fevers and help with headaches and digestive ailments. A bushy, popular herb, feverfew was used as a filler plant in cottage-style Victorian flower beds and gardens.
Feverfew can be at your service at any time throughout the growing season. Simply prune off enough flowers and leaves to make tea for immediate consumption, or harvest more to dry and use later in the winter. During the growing season you can chew on a few leaves to relieve a headache, or steep 4 tablespoons of fresh feverfew (leaves, stem, and flower) per cup of boiling water for 10 minutes. Then strain and drink the tea.
You can also dry the entire plant and use it to make tea. Steep 2 tablespoons of dried feverfew per cup of boiling water for 10 minutes. Strain and drink the tea.
Feverfew helps relieve migraines as well as fevers, minor pain and inflammation.

 Lemon Balm

(Melissa officinalis)
Of the many herbs in the mint family, one of my favorites is lemon balm because it is fragrant, easy to grow, and makes a delicious hot or iced tea with a lemony twist by itself or mixed with mint and other herbs. You can also add cool lemon balm tea to ice-cold lemonade for a particularly refreshing drink.
Medicinally, lemon balm helps with insomnia or an upset stomach; it promotes longevity and reduces anxiety, and if you crush a few fresh leaves and apply them to your skin, it is effective as a mosquito repellent. It also has antiviral and antibacterial properties and is great for an all-natural lip balm; oil made from lemon balm is popular in aromatherapy. Commercially, lemon balm is used in toothpaste. It’s a great perennial to grow in containers and has many culinary uses, especially as a seasoning for meats and fish. It’s also delicious in ice cream and fruit salads.
Lemon balm is one of my first go-to herbs when it starts growing every spring. You’ll have plenty of lemon balm in no time. Small flowers grow throughout the stem, rather than at the top; trim them often and you’ll still get plenty of flowers and seeds to save for later use.
Lemon balm is great for soothing upset stomachs and as a mosquito repellent. Helps relieve minor cuts, burns, and mosquito bites. Make it into a tea or poultice.

 Hyssop Blue

(Hyssopus officinalis)
This perennial medicinal herb is a big help during flu season. The plants yield beautiful blue, small, edible flower spikes that grow to about 2 feet tall. I love the way they look in the garden. The medicinal properties of hyssop blue, when it’s used as a tea, include relief of indigestion and lung congestion. When it is used externally, hyssop blue is thought to speed up the healing of skin ailments because of its antibacterial properties. A member of the mint family, hyssop blue makes a relaxing tea, combined with lemon balm, to help ease a cough or cold. Even though it is a perennial plant, you’ll need to re-seed every few years for a continuous harvest. Hyssop blue seeds can take up to 30 days to germinate from seed, so it’s a good idea to use transplants from a local nursery or garden center.
Hyssop blue helps with digestion and lung congestion associated with a cold or cough and helps to heal skin. Make it into a tea or poultice.

Yarrow

(Achillea millefolium)
This medicinal perennial herb is easy to grow and comes in many different varieties. It is a drought-tolerant native of North America, and its flowers come in an amazing array of hues. Yarrow is a fragrant addition to summertime bouquets and dried-flower arrangements. It is easy to start in your own garden, from either seed or transplants, and it will thrive if you frequently cut off clusters of 10 to 20 tiny flowers.
Native Americans used yarrow to help with headaches, reduce fevers, and get to sleep. It is most commonly available with yellow or white flowers; its foliage can vary from lime-green to silvery gray, fernlike leaves.
Yarrow helps reduce fevers, headache, and menstrual symptoms, and can be used as an astringent and sleep aid. Make it into a tea or poultice.

Lavender Bergamot

(Monarda fistulosa)
This prolific medicinal herb is a fragrant perennial used for aromatherapy; its citrus scent is said to soothe the soul. A member of the mint family, lavender bergamot can be used in refreshing summertime drinks, sprinkled in salads, and used medicinally in teas to relieve a sore throat.
The lovely lavender leaves can be used fresh or dried in teas to ease a winter cold, and the flowers make a beautiful addition to bouquets and other floral arrangements.
Lavender bergamot is at its strongest and tastiest—and it is best to use it—before the herb flowers. And it will flower, as it should be allowed to do, all summer long.
Lavender bergamot helps to soothe a sore throat. Make it into a tea.

A Oregon Company, "Oregon’s Wild Harvest," grows, harvests and produces their own medicinal herbal products, many of which use the herbs grown on their certified Biodynamic® and Organic farm in Sandy, Oregon. I'm from Oregon and love their fresh plants grown near lava beds, however, I do not do free ads for anyone, and have never boughten from this company, so your own you own here. www.oregonswildharvest.com
Since Oregon grape (Mahonia spp.) is the state flower of Oregon, I thought it would be nice to spend a little time telling you about the Pacific Northwest's best kept secret.
This evergreen thrives here in the Great Northwest and grows deep in the coniferous forest. It likes shade and gets very little sun. Growing close to the ground, the conditions are very damp, where bacteria and fungus thrive. The leaves are sharp and very bitter. So, you would not find the deer eating them. The bark is yellow to yellow-green, and the roots are almost orange. Right under the bark, you will find a very yellow alkaloid, the primary bioactive agent of Oregon grape, called berberine. Berberine is the same alkaloid found in goldenseal, which is what also gives goldenseal its yellow color. Berberine has been traditionally used as an antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory.Oregon grape also contains the alkaloids oxyacanthine and oxyberberine, which function similarly to berberine.
It has a long history of traditional use as a bitter, and helps to flush out the liver by stimulating the production of digestive enzymes and bile.
Oregon Grape Roots a nauseously bitter taste. This is an herb that can take place of Golden Seal, which was over picked in the wild,...exception is the diabetic part.
Oregon Grape Root can cure upset stomach, prevent and cure skin disorders, behave as a drying and warming agent, cure delirium, sanitize the internals by producing bile, manage Psoriasis and Syphilis, tonic Irritable Bowel Syndrome, clean up blood, cure depression and bad temper, cleanse the intestines, stimulate the thyroid glands and act as an astringent. They also have alternative, diuretic and emetic properties separated from being good for the stomach, gall-bladder and spleen. Patients suffering from diarrhoea and bacterial dysentery have nearly continually been talked about to have considerably benefit ted from consuming Oregon Grape Root for Constipation.
Oregon grape is considered the northwest's golden seal, having very similar qualities but at 25 percent the price. And, since golden seal is an endangered species (over-picked in the wild), Oregon grape is a secondary choice, in some instances as it can be found in good supply in the wild.

COLON problems: HERBAL REMEDYS

COLON REMEDIES (link from Colon Care Using Natural Remedies): 11/april/2008 and updated
Our colon is the most important system in the body in treating any disease. It's the largest organ in the body. If the colons out of whack so is your health. Sixty percent of your immune system is your colon. Drugs or, (Chemicals are just refine down drugs, some have carbon copies of herbs.) strip the terrain of the bowels. To regain health start with what goes into through the stomach and colon to process it all. It's the hub of the whole body. To heal with herbs today will mean a change to “organic herbs,” others have lost anti fungal properties and in most cases ½ their healing and nutrient properties. Some have even been sprayed or chemicals used in the plant or soil altering their healing powers.

Metaphorically speaking if you so choose to view it as such...The brown colored part of this iris represents the colon. It's showing how it's effects the whole system. The main idea here is that the colon is responsible for feeding and keeping every organ in the body healthy and functioning normal. The chart show how the colon is feeding the other organs, and where it ends is the appendix.
Some examples herbs for the colon are the following; "Cathartic" herbs. (Not all plants (herbs), are listed) These plants functions is to evacuating to the bowels in different ways. How each one works takes years of training.
Choose the ones right for you...many will work.
Aloe’s (International Aloe Science Council Gastrointestinal Health) Aloe Vera aids in the alkalizing the system. Great after any _rays i.e. Caution: Avoid during pregnancy, as with any cathartic herb.
Bearsfoot, Bitter root, Boneset, Butternut Bark,
Caster Oil (See formula below) Cascara Bark,
Hydrangea, Mandrake (A big caution here: Not if pregnant, going to be or lactating Moms,)(It's also a "Deobstruent") This means it removes most obstructions from bowels. (Should not be used by novices.) (Laxatives may not be the answer for most)
Poke Root (Is another "Deobstruents"), Rhubarb Root, Salts
**Senna Leaves (also get rid of biliousness, worms), Demulcent herbs functions are soothing and relieves inflamed areas internal or external.
**Herbs such as Flaxseed, or Psyllium, act like a broom and cleans out pocket in the colon. (And are "Mucilaginous",) Caution: must be taken with lots of water to be more effect and not to swell in the throat i.e., read the directions. Fibrous foods, and fiber therapys. (not with aspartames it will make this disease worse)
Marshmellow, and/or Slippery Elm (For congested bowels, pain, Gastritis, colitis i.e.), (and is a "Mucilaginous" herb)… I cannot give examples of all but did give you keys of where to do more research for other such herbs that maybe in your area.
(Prune Juice, Castor Oil (kills parasites) will works wonders on children or, soak four figs over night, sit in salt hot water for about 15 minutes for immediate relief of piles, frozen coconut butter as suppository, or, glycerin suppositories) Don't feed children too concentrated foods for their bodies like cheese and meat. (Meat is not for children, use milder forms of protein like beans etc.)
Another laxative that increases bowel action is Apple Tree Bark
(Gastritis) Amaranth, Alfalfa (One of nature’s finest herbs. Is highly nutritive and alkalizes the colon quickly.) Detoxifies the body. IBS: Comfrey Root (B-12, cobalt). IBS needs B-12 and B-complex. A water-soluble vitamin, can store up to 5 years, but can easily be depleted with the use of acid type of drugs i.e..
Cascara Sagrada Bark: darrhea
http://www.drchristophersherbshop.com/search.phpzoom_query=lower+bowel+formula He has some nice formulas handed down from his dad, however, they are not organically grown like his competitor in the same area, the Young Living company and its "Comfort Tone" formula. The "Young Living CT formula" is rated an "excellent" because they only use the best organic herbs, but has too much ginger that can create a feeling of hunger in some.
{Young Living rep: (sale-782910359@craigslist.org or Sarah at 1 425 827 3863 ) query's.}
Cascara is an aperient, laxative that works more gently without griping or irritation of evacuations and produces more a normal stool function that act primary on the large intestines. lIVER: Cascara will tone and strengthen the bowel. It increases secretions of the stomach liver pancreas and lower bowels. It benefits the gall ducts and enlarged liver.
Others, are Barberry, Buckwheat, Black Walnut Hull, Blue Violet, and Burdock may help and usually in formulas.
Coconut Flour.
Chicory, Chlorophyll in any formula will neutralizing the body, Chlorella (neutralizing), Elder, Gentian root, Goldenseal (acts as an antibiotic and good when bleeding ac cures, but not with pain medications. Goldenseal removes chemicals-drugs from the body.), Guinoa, Ginger, Motherwart, Mullein, Mustard, Peach, Pumpkin Seeds, Saffron, White Oak Bark, Vervain, White Ash etc.,
Excellent Formula’s but too powerful for many:
Laxative use 1 part Mandrake ¼ part Cayenne and ¼ part Myrrh gum (Not to be used if pregnant or going to be or lactating) (For any blockages including polyps, parasites, and tumors)
Gastritis: Equal parts Slippery Elm, Raspberry Leaves, ½ part Marshmellow, and Agrimony.
Constipation: Senna leaves, and many other herbal laxative are on the market.
Diarrhea: Sunflower leaves or raw seeds in hulls as a tea for babies and small children who have diarrhea. Cautions do not collect near roadside. Also Clay is great for diarrhea, when some of the colon is removed. Try, coconut, even in animals and they love it as a treat.
IBS disorders, (Including people who had some of the colon removed.) Use Organic Acacia Senegal, a tummy pre-biotic soluble fiber. This is also good for relief of IBS symptoms, including diarrhea, constipation and abdominal pain.
Peppermint tea is best to use with the other herbs. Works faster and harsher than most herbs listed here.
Yogurt therapy (live cultures no sugars. Goat milk, breast milk i.e.
Note: PC parasite bloom in the colon (see parasite herb page) For needed hormones. Use Wild Yam
The colon needs nutritious fibrous, complex foods, and herbs such as Glucomannin (fiber) i.e. The exception, is if their is any blockage of the colon or stomach. (The 30-5 grams a day of fiber is far too much!) I'm not going to list all the different fiber product abundant on the market. Not insoluble to soluble fiber because they do not feeding or repairing the colon tract and only act as a broom to move out the toxins. Remember the correct food/herb will reverse colon health. This extra products are too abusive, in some cases. However some may need them for a period of time until they change their diet permanently with natural fiber from foods and their colon get back into shape if possible. In other words we need to get away from supplements and eating the correct foods that heal.
*There are many good bowel cleansers on the market today to keep the bowels open and moving at least once a day. Find the one just right for your health problems.
Gas: Anise, Bearsfoot Root, Blue Violet, Boneset, Calamus Root, Chamomile Tea, Cascara Sagrada bark, Catnip, Cedron, Evening Primrose, Fennel, Gentian, Horsetail, Juniper, Plantain, Poke Root, Sarsaparilla, Thyme, Wild Yam, etc…. (Add the herb in your area of the world…God takes care of us all)
Foods For the Bowel: Constipation: 3 prunes a day (Great for children or prune juice),All fruits are mildly laxatives, Tamarine (Tamarindus indicia) mild Pumpkin jam i.e., Bran and other grain fibrous cereals.
Hemorrhoids, (no cheese) Fenugreek, Aloes, Vitamin C and Slippery Elm or glycerin or cocoa butter suppositories and baby wipe or wet tissues. Garlic clove up the rectum lube with coconut butter. Vitaman D for the colon.
Formula: 1 part Goldenseal 2 parts bayberry and chickweed ¼ part witch Hazel Bark ¼ part catnip. A fruit diet for a few days then switch to mild foods high in potassium.
Impacted Bowel can be relieved by a warm enema with added herbs and specific oil EO for the colon terrain, colonic's or hydrotherapy. Caution: Too many enemas’ can also strip the bowels of natural terrain. Glycerin suppositories are a good idea to keep handy for emergencies for especially for children. Watch the intake of foods like cheese and even almonds are constipating i.e. And don't forget the enema bags are useful to have on hand in an emergency and learn the correct way of giving one. (left side, to back and roll over on the last to right side, i.e.) Colonic's will take a fever down.
Polyps: Lack of calcium, eat more legumes, natural fibrous foods, 100% whole wheat, vitamin D, C, and B-12. Comfrey is a good plant for B-12 (Mucilaginous) for the colon. Especially for Senior, Vegan’s or Vegetarians and those who strip their colon with acid types of drugs. Can cause a leaking gut... no gas pop
Diarrhea- Plantain Plantago Major, P. Lanceola, Centuary Erythraea minimum: C. gastigeatum, Sunflower leaves, Peppermint, Wormwood, i.e. Raw sunflower seed, shell and all may be too constipating for some. Almond nuts tend to be constipating. Clay is in popular over the counter drug remedies and their guarded secret.
Coconut (shredded) works for many.
http://roosterpolitics.blogspot.com/2010/02/cookies-for-diarrhea.html
**1 tablespoon Psyllium in warm glass of water Or 1 tablespoon Chia Seed (ground) in warm glass of water. Omega’s oil will slow down digestions and complex foods
Crone s disease: No Laxatives food or herbs, treat for parasite-yeast (see Parasite page) Probiotic therapy 10 different strains of 1 billion in each dose. (one a day, timed releases is best)(Plain, no low fat, no sugar, add in fresh fruits to sweeten.) Buy the yogurt that has at least 10 active cultures or more, and continue until symptoms are gone and the colon terrain has to be rebuild. Try the great tablets out there, but has to be the most powerful ones.
Chlorophyll's, Goat Milk and soft white cheeses or fermented foods, Green Chlorella, or any "green" will rebuild the colon terrain. Shredded coconut with every evacuation will relieve diarrhea completely. (nightly too) It is also an anti fungal. Clay in water will work. Magnesium citrate or aspartate is important to rebuild the colon and is now available in a gel. (not magnesium oxide which would work as a laxative.)
*Vitamin D (1,000 units)
Colostrum's products can also rebuild and boost the immune system
CHLOROPHYLL: Will eliminates all colon order's (smells) as greens neutralizes the body feces and body.
................
The Natural Colon Cleanse: 1 whole lemon, 1-tablespoon black strap molasses (raw unprocessed)1-tablespoon Castor oil, 1-tablespoon Cayenne pepper.

*****Left Side View
