Heal Youselves by Hypnosis

                 Heal yourselves by hypnosis maybe especially good for behavior changes.
I was in a group hypnotic group for weight but,  I never did go under.(no trust issues). (Only sheep can be hypnotized successfully and I don't believe many "black sheep" who are the most independent bohemians' will not let you program/control/brain-wash them.)
Going back to my story: my son and husband came into the back of the dark room where the sessions were and came close into the room in back of me. I became aware they came in and were there. My son listening to the Dr. giving relaxing hypnotic suggestions almost fall down as he was going under standing up. LOL. I started chuckling and was concerned about disturbing the group so we left early.

Later, I got into another group session where he taught us how to hypnotize others but mostly ourselves and learned how.


The keys to a hypnotic trance is the trust needed for the suggestions and to relaxation completely. I began to  practiced on myself and later on, my daughter Kate and got her under. I made some suggestion but allowed her to make her own free will choices on any suggestions or decisions i.e. I made. If you lift their arm and it is completely goes limped like a rag doll they're under and she was. (I've been cautious to not to continue ever since. I was afraid of that much influence on anyone.)  I believe in it this as it can be a good healing art and have made some suggestion below. My suggestion is to make sure to investigate the guy who's doing this on you and anyone else.
The Dr. I went to did hypnosis for Jack Nicolson, the famous golfer, he's in his 70's and still on tops in his game. WOW

Self-hypnosis is applicable for all. I'm suggesting the use of this right before bed time or nap when relaxed. Note too, the "power of suggestion'' in self-hypnosis works in place and this is a hypnotic suggestion.
Their use to be tapes that used ocean etc. (subliminal-tapes suggested topics of needs i.e.) sewn with hypnotic a suggestions that had to be played every day. They started using it on commercial's i.e. and abused their intent, people got mad etc so now not used. (surpassingly?,,, also in music)
Could he make a subliminal tape of your sessions suggesting what you need that you could use later with his suggested trigger to go into a state to refresh how to quit smoking, drinking, golfing, weight or pain i.e.?

Natural Remedy For Stress; Panic Attacks; Sleep


This is a homeopathic remedy and a natural product that I really like. I use the tablet and my recommendation, although herbal works different on different people, is to not use it at bed time unless your ready to sleep.

Herbal Coffee A Cure-All?

 Coffee, is an herb, should be used with more skill and purpose because it is an herb. The purpose of this page is to be more informed or educated on Coffee with or with out Caffeine. Different parts berry and stages of grounds brings out potions different for medicine uses.
Since the coffee bean is an herb and acts different with each type of roasting or in it whole raw state? Some of the herbal benefits lies with the use of it’s caffeine which everyone knows makes us more alert, but it can be used as a powerful HERBAL drug with remarkable healing powers. (5-6 hours before bed) I once got into a suicidal bad depression state before bedtime. It was really a bad time for me and I knew coffee would keep me awake which bipolar have a problem with anyway. I finally decided to take about 1/4 cup of coffee and went right to sleep. Remember when a bipolar normal is too low it will bring them up to a normal high because thy came from a lower place than normal population.

There is caffeine pills, and NoDoz. The chemical in coffee and tea chlorogenic acid partially dampens the effect of caffeine and so does cream. (Even with coffee) This may not be the route to go for most, but it is knowledge in case of emergency needs. (Milk always effects drug of any kind and will neutralizes the acid effect. Speaking of which; stay away from if you have any acid conditions such as arthritis - gout i.e.)

Many over-the-counter drugs have caffeine in them ever wonder why? Anacin, Excedrin and prescription painkillers, such as Darvon Compound-65 and diet products are some that you maybe already using.

The point in doing this post on coffee (caffeine) is to make persons who are now taking drugs for mood disorders that caffeine may be a more natural remedy for depression if not using mood disorder drugs. Use it like a drug with much care and caution as you would any drug or herb treating it as such. You can use this herb with SKILL, but be reckoned with for the correct disorder and not to abused. Pay attention to these symptoms, if it doesn't make you better stay off. Is it overdone? Would you take medication like taking this beverage?
Poisons: ALL Soda Pops have nothing nutritional of any value in them. Nothing but poisons from its chemical drugs, such as sugar, artificial isolated caffeine’s, sodium, and all other such chemical that leech out minerals of the body.
