Paul Stamets: Patent Destroys Monanto War On Bugs

In 2006, a patent was granted to a man named Paul Stamets. He Holds The Patent That Could DESTROY Monsanto And Change The World! Though Paul is the world's leading mycologist, his patent has received very little attention and exposure. Why is that? Let It Go

This post is for the emotional health we have to create its environment inside us the best you can. Let it go; all the hate, anger, bad day, divorce, or bad experience. Remember somewhere inside you it will fester as toxins, mucus, poison i.e. and staying there effecting your mental and physical health. It why the scriptures say to forgive. This forgiveness cures you maybe not the one that need it?

"(Thanksgiving or Thanksgiving Day) (in North America) an annual national holiday marked by religious observances and a traditional meal including turkey. The holiday commemorates a harvest festival celebrated by the Pilgrims in 1621, and is held in the US on the fourth Thursday in November. A similar holiday is held in Canada, usually on the second Monday in October. Hmmm. There is no mention about the Native Americans here at all. LOL I am sure they could had say, "Thank you Native Americans for helping us learn how to grown food when we were dying the time we arrived to your land" JACINTO RIVERA
Actually they ate wild game...the turkey came much later.
Anyways I like what this G+ friend of mine said about Thanksgiving. People/readers forget I do blogs to help the poor and needy get through TOUGH TIMES. (That's the name of my blog, remember?)
My Mother, bless her heart, had a rough struggle though this earth life. She was mentally handicap (mentally challenged, haptic whatever,) to about a 9-12 year old level. She did develop before her death to about 16 yr old. Mom was perfect in her religion and her mom too never said a unkind about anything. They never stole; lied, whined, cried or bemoaned anything or any body. I never appreciated these characters until I left home and found everyone else had one or two.
My step-father could not read nor write. But, could fix anything; plumbing, electric work, build house, fix cars and appliances and, move houses. When times got tough we all pitched in went in the fields of Arizona and picked cotton or, in summers, into Oregon fields, orchards and picked fruit or vegetables. All he had was what he had in his pockets, he never gripped or deserted us four kids. During these times we lived in parks and out of the trunk of our car that had all of our passion's.
Holliday was sometimes sparse. When one can't read nor write is limits level of intelligence just as it did in mom.
One year I remember some organization giving Mom her first turkey. She thought it was a big chicken but found out differently when it would never get done. That meat was bloody tough. We couldn't figure out why people like it.
We never had one again. We're now all grown and some have and some are in "Tough Times," and two are single and alone on the holidays. I don't want turkey. Chicken sounds OK. Wish my family would just bring me a holiday plate. (No one to cook for) The holidays can be mean, but I remember my parents ways, no wimping, whining. Buy, if you can something special for yourself. If you don't treat yourself nice no one else will. Happy Holliday's my friend. Tough Times may require a small hen this year. It will all be over soon.

WHAT DID JESUS EAT?

The author A.J. Jacobs was raised in a non-practicing Jewish household, but in the last few years has become interested in religion. He decided to follow teachings of the Bible History for a year. As you can probably imagine, this is not an easy feat. Not only does the author have to adjust to a complex set of rules, but his family also has to endure the results of this quest as the talented writer records his story.
 It was a fairly simple rule, like not being able to shave his beard, but lead to questions at airports, scared kids, and other uncomfortable situations..A.J. Jacobs came up with a list of 800 rules to follow.(Jewish or, scriptural history in the making. Remember the Christian mainly Paul changed some of these dietary laws.)
And, too, if you add to that the fact that there are 7,000 versions of the bible, one of best selling book in history, then the issues becomes much more complicated. It is no surprise that an average person breaks many, many, many rules in our everyday life, because they are the old laws but  some applicable today. Which ones?
(see; W.O. WISDOM for some) "And whosoever among you are sick and have not faith to be healed, but believe, shall be nourished with all tenderness, with herbs and "mild food", and that not at the hand of an enemy" D+C) Mild foods are not animal because we cannot eliminate diseases/toxins.
Here's where I come in on this new posting: with just approaching the purification or fasting laws which should still be done regularly today to rid the body of daily toxin's that invariable enter for everyone.
Remember the pass-over was once a year as the "Levite tribes" in charge of the killing and passing out the sacrament of lamb meat to all worthy members. However, for the most part the meals were  PLANT BASED DIET (TEAS)


 Dr. Colbert interjects Jesus drank wine (...of the pure grape, not as it's made today,) this gave lots of anti oxen's, killed bacteria, germs, parasites, etc. Jesus ate whole foods, whole raw milk, honey, berries, nuts, millet, barley, i.e. (Their food was not full of chemicals, fillers, filthy ingredients as in "aborted cells" in Pepsi Next, and did not eat horse, i.e. as today) Colbert mentions too, they walked a lot, had early dinners and gluttony was a sin.
Vegetable (Plants) slow downs your process of elimination of toxins. Protein halts all elimination to a screeching halt, Fruit speeds up the process and Vegetables slows down this process of eliminating. (consider adding F/V together) (Fasting or (Jewish Purification) eliminates toxins and acts as nature (natural) surgeon. You choose where you are and what you can do now, depending on many factors due to you illness/weaken condition.

FACILITATING DISEASE REVERSALS...

TRY THIS; IF A MIRACLE HASN'T HAPPEN, AND EVEN IF ONE DID HAPPEN; HOW MANY MORE WILL COME TO CURE OTHER SICKNESS OR DISEASES FOR YOU? TRUST ME YOU NEED TO PAY ATTENTION. GOD LOVE ALL, NOT JUST A SAMPLE FEW. That's why I write this blog...for the one's who think they are lost or without hope. Thanks for listening today. And hope of writing this post more clear then yesterday's.

This is one basic assumption toward health and my second basic lesson toward reversing diseases, by using mild foods only. (Plants and grains)
Please let me expound three ways to reverse illness; The first is Mild Food Diet; (mild fast along with foods that build yet doesn’t stop elimination), a second; Semi Fast (explained on this post), then the third; is Fasting, called Natures best surgeon, however some are just too weak (This may let go of many toxins such as drugs, parasites, inflammation etc.)
We all naturally fast at night, or can fast one, two, three meals, or 24 hours etc. Remember this is the way the animals instinctively do in the wild, to renew their health; before you dismiss this method of healing. Throughout the scriptures history mentions these three methods of healing.
The best diet (healing process) for the weaker is semi fasting. How often or long depends on desired results of health. Vegan neither milk nor dairy) or vegetarian diets are maintain for longer periods of time. The great point to this method is it’s easily adjusted to any culture, people or children likes.

A Semi-Fast chips off and will reverse chronic diseases. The following diet is all mild foods that help nature naturally and easily clear the body of toxic wastes. All disease is toxins branching out from stomach and colon. It's a great weight lose tool clearing out fat with fibrous foods.
Nature has her rules which our carnal bodies are subject and predicated (foreordained) and, obedient to her laws (temporal and spiritual.) Only then, will health make an appearance. I must stress a Semi
Fast is also a “mild food fast,” more toward "fasting" because concentrated food that block elimination such as meat is cut out while on the fast. (The “hallways” (blood - liver) are cleared for a slow process to cleaning house.

The only way the body will heal itself is through the following:
1. Fasting, 2. Semi-fasting, 3. Forced elimination. There are no other ways.


…”And whosoever among you are sick and have not faith to be healed, but believe, shall be nourished with all tenderness, with herbs and mild food”… Semi-fast foods are in this category of “mild” because it's not hindering the natural eliminating process of the disease.

Semi-fast:
In the beginning eat as much as desired of more vegetables than fruits. As you feel better, you can begin to eat more fruit. Fruit draws and loosens waste and toxins rapidly. (For Chronic Sickness): A semi-fast sustain they body health and energy at the same time. Vegetable slows down this process of eliminations of buildup toxins; fruit, especially, speeds up the process of eliminations. Too many drugs or toxins eliminated at once can really make some very sick. It’s much faster than a fast. A forced eliminations is when the body is forced to eliminated using an organ as a channel to get an over toxic body clear to save your life. Better than buildup a disease then death. Some; it’s too late because most sick have stopped this force elimination process by halting the flue, fevers, and bowels being plugged to any appropriate daily elimination.

1. *All Fruits and Vegetables (don’t forget to use raw whenever possible, fully ripen...”live foods)! This is first in human and most animal’s food chain.
*Fruit juice, (raw (or fresh), frozen or canned) this can be overdone not enough fiber. Does it come in nature that way? Consider them as nature’s candy … a treat.
Vegetable juices (raw-fresh whenever possible)

*All raw nuts and seeds (Seeds are known parasite destroyers.) They can be roasted if need be, and all nuts are full of omega’s natural oils.
* Raw Honey (Stevia, an herbal sweetener) lastly other natural sweetener’s that is organic grown in whole from nature.
*Sprouts (alfalfa, beans and all grains), sprouted. Not enough can be said on organically grown whole grains...they should be the "staff of life". (However man has ruin the DNA of most of our grain and foods. Be generous with the right grains. breads are found in health food stores and some grocery stores in the frozen sections and can be used here. Example: Ezekiel sprouted grain bread 4:9 (Food For Life) (Found in the frozen sections of stores and Health Food Stores)
*All starch vegetables baked (Potatoes, squash, parsnips and yams i.e.)
Bake potatoes baked at 500 will turn it to glucose that requires no hormonal changes to be easily utilized turning it to glucose to be readily used in the body.
* Grains, and Legumes if sprouted are converted to a glucose sugar)
* Legumes are considered vegetable-fruit, see dictionary, are also a seed, and great gems of nutrition and natures fiber.

Avoid concentrated food when “chronically” sick
Grains, sugar, includes all artificial sweeteners, dairy products, butter, eggs, dried legumes, meats, peanuts, chips, junk foods, etc.; not while on a specific fast cleanse, but can be added later.)
Again: Fruit is a builder, cleanser, healer and a perfect food for man. But it cleanses fast, "it speeds up the process of elimination, moving too much waste into the blood at one time. While vegetables "slows down this clean process, and concentrated foods, such as animal proteins, brings cleaning to a screeching halt. Combine fruits with vegetables to slow down elimination's.

*Your foods should be your medicine, vegetables-herbs, fruit, seeds …"and the leaf there of..." herbal teas are included. Use the bitter herbs for medication such as for parasites. Eat fresh foods (NO GMO FOODS) from healthy plants will make the healing process better and faster.

*Food has to be changed to glucose to be utilized in our bodies. The more the body has to work in changing foods to glucose the harder it is on the body healing. The harder this conversion process the more it will require energy, more hormones and more work on all internal organ, tiring the ill out taking away from healing processes if chronically sick.

+YOUR GAGE IS: Watch your tongue, when your eliminating your tongue will be coated white, THE LIVER IS DUMPING. It shows on fasting days too. Then real health will be forth coming and so will a "healing crisis" in about every 3 months. HEALING CRISIS_OR DISEASE CRISIS?

RE: After using the semi fast, around three months of mild foods you may experience a Healing Crisis a part of the process of cleanse of your body. (See post) This can be brought about by obedience to the rules of nature with cleansing the body through eating differently on organically grown plants or grain. Remember a disease crisis comes only to those with a buildup of toxins as a result of disobedience to natures laws. This is important to pay attention and learn. When we have the flu it's a forced elimination. This will act the same. The only way the body will heal itself through the following:
1. Fasting 2. Semi-fasting (are mild foods) 3. Forced Elimination, as with illnesses.
A. This happens only as the body is naturally cleansed through fasting and/or in a semi-fasting using correct body building foods.
B. This happens only when the body has enough vitality to stand the shock.
C. This happens when a person feels the best.
D. This usually happens about three months of correct eating to bring about a healing crisis.
E. This only lasts two or three days at the most. No need to take an enema or help in any way, except to stop eating.
F. Sometimes, by correct eating, semi-fasting, etc., the body picks off the waste a little at a time, and no crisis is necessary, and depend on the person..
Notice the difference between the healing and disease crisis.................................................................................

DISEASE CRISIS
1. Happens when the body is too full of mucus and clogged to its limit.
2. Happens when enough germs, parasites, funguses i.e. have multiplied and needs to be eliminated.
3. Happens when body strength and vitality are lowest.
4. Happens to save the life. If clogging continues at the rate it is going, the person would die because of injury to body organs. (Poisons are pumping in the blood through-out the heart, and vital organs as in cancer, etc.)
5. Lasts several weeks or more
6. Happens, sometimes when the body becomes extremely cold, causing the body to squeeze like a sponge thus starting elimination.

*Fruit, Loosens, sustains the body and cleanses. Vegetables, Slow down process of elimination somewhat. They sustain the body and cleanses. Protein's on mild food diet, halts any process of elimination. (Meat) Even a little protein with live foods,(herbs vegetables) may not move out toxic wastes which causes obstructions and builds up to chronic disease. It the biggest reason people can't lose weight and keep it off.

*No Vitamin therapy because there’s no such thing as a vitamin within that shown within the body's compositions chemistry, it's a blind study at the most. To understand this statement further study is needed.
*Example: Go to the Internet and type in Keyword: hair analysis there are many companies who do this work or go to your physician for blood work. The test will let you know where you are high in a mineral and your body needs when it comes a mineral. Then use the best plant source high in that specific mineral to balance out the rest. This will aid you immensely toward getting well. If you’re anemic in iron or depleted in minerals you can't lose weight nor get well. Your body is starving for basic nutrition. Careful your source of mineral may hinder you if you choose rock, egg shells, oyster etc. select the plants sources. You need a good balance of minerals. Your body must not be in a starving mode by missing minerals to be healthy.

HYPERTENSION, BLOOD PRESSURE

High Blood Pressure
An Holistic approach will be to treat the whole body. The liver, herbals some would be milk Thistle, Dandelion, Burdock Root or seed, Chaparral (thickening of the blood will overload circulatory system) or Astragalus Root. See also “Liver pages.”
A holistic approach will include watching all the organs such as;
Kidney: Drink lots of pure water (boil water), or distilled water if your normal water has heavy metals in it. Get a juicer and use. Add some Lemons or Pomegranates and other fruit juices with foods or a bit diluted. Take herbs that are diuretic in nature to rid the body in some cases of excess water. Use a green powered drink every day.
No stimulates such as drugs, liquors or tobacco that acerbates this problem.
Nerves or hypertension herbs are helpful, use nerve’s such as Hops, Hyssops or Black Cohosh, Lobelia magnesium (1 morn and night) B complex and B vitamin etc.

Foods: No Meats, use plant base diet if acute or use very little but, never two meals consecutively especially if mild condition of the heart. Mild food plant based diet or Semi Fast no mucus less diet (no cheeses). Use complex fibrous organic foods, Green leafy Vegetables and fruits, tomato juice, lemon juice (mornings), raw organic goats milk (if possible) and very small amount of cheeses with plant based fiber.
Calcium is a problem because most drugs to treat H.B.P. deplete the body of calcium that is needed in most cases) this actually acerbates this problem. Mono oil base margarines or, real butter with no hormones and use mono oils such as olive oil. No “white food or boxed process products. Also use plenty of Apple Cider Vinegar, Tomatoes, V8 juice cabbage family and organic soy etc. Organic Westsoy I use is full of protein 9 grams and 4 fiber. Great for starting the day, or in between meals. Get the unsweetened and add your own style of sugar.
Sugars: Natural raw sugars, Stevia or raw honey, Xylitol, only.

The heart needs mono fats: Lecithin 3 tsp. daily, or Borage oil, Flaxseed oil and cleans out arteries, Fish oil, Wheat germ, Safflower oils, i.e. (every day) 3,6,9 omegas fatty, flaxseed oil, normal pH level foods that will keep the inflammations down. (3 tsp.daily).
Herbal Aid: Cactus liquid, 10 drops daily

Other Herbs: Capsicum, (1 tsp 3 times a day) Lobelia, Hawthorn Berry, Sassafras, Garlic, Chanca Piedra phyllanthus niruri (This herb will aid in plank build up, and increases bile secretions to lower blood cholesterol levels in rat studies.) Fenugreek is a blood thinner but is not be used with pain relievers. It is not to be taken with drug for thinning the blood. Chanca Piedra is for hypertension. Melatonin is another good herb for HBP. And Royal honey.
Treat for parasites and use products such as Duflucan, fluconazol, or Nystatin, i.e. (from doctor) (Parasites are always involved) Black Walnut Hull, good organic Oregano oil, Olive Leaf extract and i.e., change from one parasitic herb to another every three months. A holistic approach will included especially the Colon: Senna or Psyllium and other herbal laxative, Mandrake if very sick will aid colon and liver but it is a laxative but not to be used if pregnant, or going to be. Keep the colon clear everyday. If this is not done it’s like a kinked hose and building up pressure. Fibrous plant based diet is important and/or add to the diet (Gymnema) or such fibrous herbs (foods). So is the bowel flora that is off in this condition.
Add a good yogurt such as Kefir, i.e. 3-10 days. Psyllium will sweep out pockets in colon and grab on to the parasite and toxins. Add 3mg of Senna if you still have constipations, but this is a fast moving herb to deal with and may have to be adjusted to individuals.

  Be sure to use watermelon and its seeds (organic if possible)
