HOW TO INCREASE OXYGEN LEVELS


Low levels of oxygen in your blood, also known as hypoxemia, can be caused by illnesses such as emphysema, pulmonary disease or cardiovascular disease. This condition is characterized by shortness of breath, fatigue and waking up with the sensation of choking, according to MayoClinic.com.

Ginkgo Biloba (see links below for details)
Ginkgo biloba is an herb that is used to treat problems related to circulation of the blood in your body. Since oxygen is carried to various parts of the body via the blood, ginkgo may increase the amount of oxygen that reaches the periphery of your body, including your arms and legs. The University of Maryland Medical Center explains that people who have impaired circulation to the legs, known as intermittent claudication, have experienced relief from the administration of ginkgo biloba. Ginkgo biloba has been found to be as effective as prescription medications in increasing the distance these patients can walk without pain

Cayenne

Ginger
Ginger is a popular culinary herb that is well known for its calming effect on an upset stomach, relieving nausea and treating motion sickness. This herb has been in use for over 4,000 years and its therapeutic benefits are still being revealed. According to UMMC, preliminary research on the ability of ginger to thin the blood has shown promising results, although more studies are needed to confirm this effect. Taking ginger can thin the blood, and caution should be taken if you are already taking blood-thinning medications. For people with circulatory problems, however, this may be a beneficial effect that can decrease the risk of stroke due to blockage by a blood clot.
Motherwort
Motherwort's beneficial heart effect is evident by its Latin name: cardiaca. Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center explains that motherwort has been used for thousands of years to treat cardiac rhythm problems. Some research, the center adds, suggests that motherwort may be an effective treatment for impaired circulation, but more research is needed in order to be definitive. In studies performed on laboratory rats, motherwort was effective in blocking the cardiac stimulation caused by substances such as caffeine. Irregular cardiac rhythms caused by stress or the use of stimulants can temporarily constrict blood vessels and decrease the amount of oxygen that reaches the extremities.

(The caution here is they may effect prescription drugs which you maybe taken them for that purpose in removing them in the brain. Use of Astragulas and/or another brain herbs. Lack of oxygen to the brain is a big part of Alzheimer's, dementia, i.e. Drugs can decrease oxygen to the brain if they begin to collect there.

Keep the right pH balance: Most fruit and vegetables have a pH rating. This will help increase oxygen levels. Too heavy foods are not in balance with the needed flow.

Unfortunately the typical American diet consists largely of toxic and acid-forming foods like refined grains, processed sugars, artificial sweeteners, pasteurized juices, fried foods, meat and dairy -the list goes on. SULFA IN BRAIN AREA OF IRIS (iridology 201)

Which do you want to take the Parma's drug sulfa that is their antibiotic for penicillin or an organic source in plants. Why not enjoy eating your medicine. One, as in this eye is storing in the body tissues, note the blue hue. and at noon in the brain; bad news for Alzheimer's i.e. The other is getting rid of this and other toxins, healing the body naturally.
How to detect sulfa-DRUG, CHEMICALS, of the iris...Especially when older; as seniors have taken in lots of chemical and/or drugs. This color shows a  lack of oxygen and moving into Alzheimer's, i.e This brown iris is actually blue and the brown is toxins. I haven't discussed the phenomenon before in my posts. My daughter Sarah has greenish eyes. She's left home at 16 to live with her dad and then about 4 yrs. later married. Her and her husband has the best diet ever. However they fail in considering parasites and a iridology check of progress. It's all essential oils and that will not do the herbals alone.
 I've always told her -she needs to always take liver herbals. When this green got out of control happened more when she got mono. as lympths shown full bloom in the 7th zone.
That's major clues that the liver is over-loaded.  I'm sure she's still not clean out thoroughly, although the rosary no longer shows up in her circulatory system.
That green will give her major problems when she's older as it settles upon an organ when in reaches full bloom. (Also, the parasites are now feeding, multiplying and decaying an offending organ or tissue.)
 I'm taking time here, with sceptics viewer-readers who will doubt my integrity and thus all my work, to EXPLAIN and show how, (using one of the lost mysteries) to the oldest knowlegde to view within the iris, of how the body get diseases, where it lodges, and how it decays us to a painful life and early grave. BARLEY WATER: DRINK OF THE ANCIENTS

BARLEY WATER IS SAID TO BE; The Drink of the Gods
BACK TO SIMPLE CHEAP BASICS FOR IMPROVING HEALTH: This is an old recipe from ancient times (a bit modernize with its sugar.) A ninety-year-old man who had never had the flue or been sick in his life gave this recipe to me. He called his drink "Food for the Gods". Check: Google images: "barley water" for more recipes
Barley Water
Boil 3/4 cup organically grown barley (not from GMO plant) in 1 quart of water 7-10 minutes, seep and strain.
Save barley for other cooking (like in oatmeal, or soups)
3/4 cup of barley water (about)
1 Tb. apple cider vinegar
1 Tb. molasses (iron)
1 Tb. raw honey Or, agave nectar).
Stir and drink warm every day.
Note: leave out the sweeteners if a diabetic and add Stevia an herb.
*You can use the barley, formed like oatmeal, or cracked and soaked over night, or whole. Buy it from the health food store. (The GMO barley's been alternated and have no anti fungal values) If grains can't kill parasites in our body they are not good for nothing. All strong plants have properties coded in them to kill their parasite or their natural enemy's, that would normally afflict and destroy the plant. Weaker plants are weeded out and die, as they should in nature. Healthy plants in turn pass their anti fungal properties on to us as we digest the plants killing our fungi's too.
*Use raw UN filtered vinegar
Scripture:…”And again, hot drinks are not for the body or belly…” Don’t drink hot, because too hot and too cold foods or drinks kills natural flora in the stomach and bowels. You’ll need to replenish that flora living continually on yogurts and other fermented type foods. Keeping a balance in the bowels in making up for what’s been lost. You can roast whole barley till dark brown, cool; grind it in a coffee grinder the consistency desired for a substitute coffee. Many health food stores sell sub. coffee's with barley in it. It's actually a nice drink. Add real no hormone cream and sweetener.
