Caffeine Raises Blood Sugar

In one study or hypothesis of the effects of caffeine on diabetes, it was found that after a meal, those who had been given caffeine had a 21% increase in their glucose levels and their insulin levels rose 48%. (2004) (Coffee, tea or Coke, Pepsi?) Caffeine makes a fog in the brain and will throw off the normal pH balance, leaving us step table to pH diseases. (see bottom of page for more) Bi Polar, ADHD  and etc should not go near coffee nor any other brain disorder. To have good health, no cancers i.e. a balanced pH is needed. Use hot lemon water in the morning instead.

This was in the Dr. James Lane, professor of psychiatry at Duke University, who led this study, said; “in a healthy person, glucose is metabolized within an hour or so after eating. Diabetics, however, do not metabolize glucose as efficiently. It appears that diabetics who consume caffeine are likely having a harder time regulating their insulin and glucose levels than those who don't take in caffeine.”
Avoiding caffeine might be another way to better manage their disease.
Remember to note that this person is a psychiatrist, no data on the study was noted here. For instance was the coffee black, sugar, cream or was the study done in decaf and the results. I use a health food brand of Carbonated beverage called STEVIA, whatever flavor i.e. although it  no chemicals and sugars it has caffeine, which I noticed it made me hungry...Careful if you have a weight problem (diabetes.)

The main reason this issue is here is; one, its news to me and two, I am watching when I drink caffeine teas of coffee to see if it effect my blood sugars. Three, its wise for readers who are diabetic to do the same.

What Is Hemp and Its Benefits

I like hemp and think it should be legal in all states, but not for smoking. Smoking is smoking and bad for the lungs. I've used the oil and seeds, but, cut back on the protein powder because it too much protein for the kidneys or liver to handle. Their must be a balance in, even, plant foods. However, you don't need to use the 3 scoops i.e. simply cut back on the dosage.

(the star white star burst is the electric system of the body, nervous system or autonomic nerve wreath, which is not suppose to show up at all. It does indicate a major problem. (Hemp is indicated for an herb to use)


Note the differences in Hemp oil's. I buy mine from different sources. Its too much money for my budget. Vitacoast, Swanson vitamin and Amazon all have good prices and one is no shipping charges or, taxes.

Natural Treatments For Sciatic Pain

You can powder this with a coffee grinder then cap it or make a tincture of it using ACV or Vodka i.e. and use it this way. This herb is found readily in the wild everywhere. A great herbal walk plant. Do not gather near a road. Chanca Piedra link below can take the place of Ibuprofen, an herb not widely used in USA, but can be bought over the Internet then added as equal parts to this formula.

SCIATIC NERVE PAIN

Sciatic Nerve (Hip or Leg): These remedies will help to relieve this problem completely. Healing and getting rid of the abnormal, enormous pain load and is one of the biggest pain problem to deal with. Second, stay off the hip i.e. and rest it, to exercise the area seems to aggravate and cause more pain ... longer. A good chiropractor could help, but a bad one will make it worse. Use a cushion on the afflicted hip, keep elevated slightly to keep the pressure off the hip-and as much of the spine as possible.
Thirdly, Because this involve the "nerve" of the autonomic nervous system...stress is a big factor. The second time I had this problem my foot, leg numb and hip were all involved for 4 weeks. It turned out to be mostly about a awful neighbor who stayed up nights knocking on my walls and I couldn't get my needed rest. She was relentless and persistent even during the days and followed me room to room. Through the thin apt walls I could hear the walls creak as the got close to listen to see what room I was in to hit next. She was on mental meds for obsessive, compulsive personality and I was her obsession. It turned out that nothing worked in solving this issue. She evolved into my privacy by stealing my key to my apt and coming in when I was not home. After 6 month it finely got to me. Finely she move at least across the street in the same apt however and is coming into the locked empty apt but less evasive.
Surprising to me the very next day after her move most of the sciatic problem magically disappeared. The relief factors of stress was the only contributing factor that was different. I had used the same herbs and medication before for the enormous pain but nothing worked till I remove most of the stress. (Remove the stress-factors when possible)
First: Clear toxin's build up from the liver; Take liver herbs such as Comfrey Root tea, Yellow Dock, Burr Dock, Dandelion, Milk Thistle, Astragulas, Red Clover Blossom (thins blood to increase circulation), i.e. It's important to keep the liver cleansed and to remove pain and toxin build up on that nerve. Lobelia use correctly will calm these nerve endings. If you don't know how to use Lobelia just get the tincture and follow direction.  (Kava Kava and Ashwagandha extract i.e. is also calming these nerve endings)

Second: The key herb is taking a steroid such as, Licorice Root, (or Yucca ie. see steroid pge) until problem ceases because of its natural ability to create cortisone and steroid substitute. see: The Licorice Rt. post which is a key herb to always have on hand. It great for adrenal exhaustion too.
You can also, + Make a Balm or salve with the base of coconut or any good lotion and add in about 6-8 opened Turmeric capsules and stir. Balm: Macerate this for 3-4 days and apply to the painful area. Don't forget to take Turmeric in a paste internally too, as it receives pain, + Cold compress whenever necessary.
+Rest: Keep off the hip, leg for a while.
+Watch what you are eating when in pain as your diet can cause more pain. Notice animal will not eat in pain. When necessary eat a organic plant base diet. Eating meat _high proteins, will cause more pain increasing longer duration of time to heal as it is the wrong pH. (See post: Plant based diet)

This product is very pricey but worth every penny because of the organic quality and results in quality of healing with the whole herbals.
+Lobelia Root tincture dropped in a nervine tea is to calm the area down is a great relief. And gets rid of any poison associated with this problem. (Chamomile teas is an excellent ph tea, not all teas are the same. Avoid teas with tannic acids.) I also used a tea called CALM, take right before you go to bed.
+Another is Kava, a must at night: Try (Yogi tea...+ Kava Stress Relief.) It also has Licorice Root in the tea. Never use a stimulate as this will be detrimental to healing. (Yogi brand has a good one I use for stress, sleep, pain i.e. It's name is Kava Stress Relief, use the two bags in the directions. http://www.yogitea.com/ , however, It's usually in the health food section at big grocery markets. I stock up when on sale. Another is called "Calm." (The key word...if you haven't gotten it yet is CALMING.)
Actually I've sipped on Apple Cider Vinegar with the added in the Lobelia tincture (nervine) which also helpful for pain. (Uric Acid, pH, and sitting incorrectly on the hip are probably the root causes. Remember like drugs the ACV has to be taken with every meal. They have this in a table form if you can't handle ACV. (It's drug is Allopurinol, only take half of the tablet, it very hard on the stomach.) You can add in the diet, Yogurt with the bacillus.
Ibuprofen when necessary to relieve inflammation's. You can crush one up to add into your balm. or Aleve, and Aspirins Creams may give some relief.
+Flaxseed oil (reliefs pain) two every meal? or, 1000 mg ea meal unless it give you diarrhea then cut back. (ESSENTIAL oils from Young Living) mixed into youe balm, They should be all organically grown whenever possible.) SwansonVitamin.com  has one very reasonable. Flaxseed is for all pain...cross out Flaxseed with a marking pen, and write PAIN. It's what I had to do as I couldn't believe it was this helping me every time. This will also aide weight problems.
It's very important to keep the body in the alkaline ph balance or it will come back if not in balanced or stress on the hip nerves where the pain is coming from.


Soda pops and caffeine's drinks will acerbates this problem because you need "nervine" herbals to direct your autonomic nevious system or electrical system (see iridology chart to this zone.) of the body which is causing the pain. (Stress effects this area too.)
Drink lots of water to flush the kidney of the blocked toxins and bowel unplugged. It takes time and will not happen overnight. If it's really troublesome it may take three months as this seems to be the duration of sciatic problems.
Taking drugs for high uric acid (gout i.e.) may also cause this problem when first taking the meds. It's also a problem of having too much uric acid in the system, that your electrical system doesn't and won't cope with at certain levels. When too high for your system this problem will come back. Get this level down.

Herbal Coffee A Cure-All?

 Coffee, is an herb, should be used with more skill and purpose because it is an herb. The purpose of this page is to be more informed or educated on Coffee with or with out Caffeine. Different parts berry and stages of grounds brings out potions different for medicine uses.
Since the coffee bean is an herb and acts different with each type of roasting or in it whole raw state? Some of the herbal benefits lies with the use of it’s caffeine which everyone knows makes us more alert, but it can be used as a powerful HERBAL drug with remarkable healing powers. Too much coffee fogs up the brain and should not be used for ADD, ADHD and, most mental problems. as it is too much stimulation. On weight caution should be added as it will hold on to water in your fat cells. Keep reading....

It also can boost moods. It is not all the villain it has made out to be. For example, it does not cause or exacerbate hypertension or heart problems that were there in the first place.


The insomnia and jitters will actually disappear when consumed regularly or in smaller amounts.
It works from its effects on neurotransmitters, the chemicals that regulate communication between nerve cells. Caffeine boosts the effects of the neurotransmitter dopamine and serotonin that improve moods used on THE LOW CURVE. These are the same isolated drug use while treating mental disorders! It also boosts levels of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that improves short - term memory. Seniors are you listening! It can be used but not "over-kill" by the elderly. However, do not use in gout or arthritic conditions as it will cause more uric acid and pain will follow especially if its too strong.

Bipolar drugs work on these neurotransmitters. Here is the drug for those bad depressions, replacing the drug using dopamine and serotonin. However, don't do a "double duty" with Coffee...It's not a drug to be used along with dopamine and serotonin drugs for treating mental disorders you may now be using. That is why they say not to use this natural drug...coffee. It will only cause an over-dose you.

(I have use this, after gradually coming off the many drugs used for bi polar) I noticed even melatonin and some nervine herbs and even St. John's Wort bothered me while still on "chemicals drugs" that Doctors prescribed to help bipolar. They cause overdoses also making it impossible to take both herb and medications with the same components. Remember doctors are not educated in knowing the natural end of herbs. They only parrot what was in a book or taught to them about what to take and not. Do not do both, prescriptions and herbs, and with coffee! It will give you an agitated feeling when trying to combine herbs and psychic drugs.

To determine you personal "caffeine cut off point." in which caffeine interferes with your sleep is different for each person. (5-6 hours before bed) I once got into a suicidal bad depression state before bedtime. It was really a bad time for me and I knew coffee would keep me awake which bipolar have a problem with anyway. I finally decided to take about 1/4 cup of coffee and went right to sleep. Remember when a bipolar normal is too low it will bring them up to a normal high because thy came from a lower place than normal population.

There is caffeine pills, and NoDoz. The chemical in coffee and tea chlorogenic acid partially dampens the effect of caffeine and so does cream. (Even with coffee) This may not be the route to go for most, but it is knowledge in case of emergency needs. (Milk always effects drug of any kind and will neutralizes the acid effect. Speaking of which; stay away from if you have any acid conditions such as arthritis - gout i.e.)

Many over-the-counter drugs have caffeine in them ever wonder why? Anacin, Excedrin and prescription painkillers, such as Darvon Compound-65 and diet products are some that you maybe already using.
Caffeine Rx: goes like this, 200 mg of caffeine at the first sign of a tension headache or migraine (every 2-3 hours) also you can use 200 mg to 400 mg of ibuprofen which increases the analgesic effects, without risk.
