Low-carb’s breakfasts

This I found on YouTube I am actually made the last one myself but I made it into a pancake I think I’m going to do the biscuit next. In fact I’m going to do it tomorrow. These are keto friendly and anyone who is limiting their intake of carbohydrates I could not believe this was on the net.
Yes I’m on this kind of diet I do butter our Bob’s riggs Diet because it’s more insulin friendly I am a diabetic and I have to watch the carbs but I like the oils that he puts into his plan Plus it’s working for me.
The keto diet is a little much for me I found some problems with it it’s just a glorified protein diet. The other diet that’s me no that’s only for a short time until I get my A1 C down and then I can add other things in my diet makes more sense.
Yes as long as I’m losing weight on this I’m going to take you along with me if you don’t want to lose weight don’t  maybe you just want to add foods that her blood sugar friendly.
 She gives you her site if you’ll write it down I did not do that because I figured you’d get it off ther YouTube site so you can hit liked and follow.  After all she’s so talented we need to support her.  It’s only good manners.

 I’ve been studying this for a long time I keep going off that and then I return because as predicted my insulin goes up not down after you listen to everything they say. Why are we hungry is it because our blood sugar is up or another reason. This is well documented and if you’re interested in losing weight  it may take you a lot of times of viewing.
So why are fat people hungry and gaining weight?

POP CORN FOR SNACKING (dieters delightful)

Great Pop Corn Snack (a fibrous Snack for dieters)
It’s all about adding more fiber and relieving hunger for between meals to compliment any good diet. This will help you to be prepared for those hungry times when you could get into wrong things. And beside the vegetable and fruit with dips we rotate from now and then for variety add in some needed grains with lots of fiber. One suggestion is to include popcorn in your diet every day. Have it plain and you'll never tire as easily.

Nibble all day or/and carry it with you during the day as a pre-breakfast, pre-dinner, pre-lunch your appetite controller and as a mid-evening mini-meal, i.e.
"Pop corn" is already organic (I read?) however I buy the orgainic kind, just in case they've used pesticide in the soil, or irrigation. I guess they're talking about the seeds planted for pop corn.
This will satisfy your hunger and prevent any panicky, impulsive eating’s. (I eat when I am hungry, small snacks during the day. Don't let your body starve; we, now,  know this puts on weight.)



One of my favorites reads was Diane Thornocks diet book, 2000+ calories. She was correct about her basic  dieting ideas but she got carried away with fads, "Low Fat" and her ideas about too much meats in every meal...by the way she died of cancer (young too) Her books and all those fads diet books are available at thrift stores. Low fat proven out to harm to children’s brain mentally abilities.

Then comes along the zone diet proving by adding the right fats to your diet your mind actually becomes un-fogged and by adding the right fats (omegas) the dieter can actually lose weight better. However, I'm not going to do your research in this area today.



The point I wanted to make with this in mind is its OK to eat, eat, eat, but watch out that it's quality, fibrous, complex organically grown whole grain foods i.e.. That means lots of legumes, fresh fruits and vegetables in all varieties and no chemicals. Even dairy shouldn’t have hormones and etc.


 You can eat a lot more quality foods, but not in the incorrect areas such as pre-boxed, packaged, pre-prepared and chemically treated, fake sugars, and sodas are all out. Because they don’t meet the first criteria of quality. Fresh and seasonal foods then balance it all out with variety. It’s not quantity so much but the quality. One person said not boxed nor packaged, well it make sense to me for the most part if you want to be a successful dieter.



Try different brands of popcorn but better if no GMO corn. It's all accumulative and chemicals and lack of nutrition adds up in our bodies. Bad nutrition, chemicals will catch up with us all and put on weight because it put the body in a starving mode. It lacks the essentials nutrients. So, eat, and be choosy! You not a garbage can.

Carry popcorn in your purse, in your car, to work, school, movie, sporting events and keep it with you at all times. A plastic zip bag is great and it keeps it fresh and tasty. Add raisins, nuts, darker chocolate +such if you need a change. If your popcorn doesn't look good and tasty, you're probably not hungry. Therefore you shouldn't eat popcorn or anything else for that matter until you are hungry.

Use Air-Poppers or on top of the stove in a two quart pan with a good tight lid. Make sure the coconut oil is hot before adding the popcorn. Or, use enough olive oil just covering one layer of popcorn then shake it once in a while then add sea salt. When using sea salt you’ll not need much and in add organic butter (no fat hormones which would defeats the whole purpose, or use Pam butter spray on top.



Get a paper bag add ¼ cup Organic popcorn, salt and a bit of oil and bingo you have microwave popcorn. Same directions as the store brand bag style, but with no chemicals.

Store in a plastic zip locked bag to keep it fresh. Make up enough to last the week, or day. NEVER use the microwave popcorn with too many added chemicals.



Add 1-2 Tb. of water in old UN popped/cooked corn and place in fridge to put back its moisture. I prefer the white popcorn with no kernels. Watch out; don't choke on the “old maids.”



This will facilitate clearing out your gastrointestinal tract through healthy regular bowel movements. Take advantage of the dry salty taste in taking of plenty drinking of good reverse osmosis lemon water while eating a rich  fiber-rich popcorn.
Evenings are weak times for snacks eating and maybe a good time to add some protein in (with 11 g protein in organic soymilk) to your evening . I always loose lots lbs my popcorn weeks.



You can add cut up veggies and fresh fruit with the organically grown popcorn. If faithful they will begin to say, You’re too thin!

Heal Youselves by Hypnosis

                 Heal yourselves by hypnosis maybe especially good for behavior changes.
I was in a group hypnotic group for weight but,  I never did go under.(no trust issues). (Only sheep can be hypnotized successfully and I don't believe many "black sheep" who are the most independent bohemians' will not let you program/control/brain-wash them.)
Going back to my story: my son and husband came into the back of the dark room where the sessions were and came close into the room in back of me. I became aware they came in and were there. My son listening to the Dr. giving relaxing hypnotic suggestions almost fall down as he was going under standing up. LOL. I started chuckling and was concerned about disturbing the group so we left early.

Later, I got into another group session where he taught us how to hypnotize others but mostly ourselves and learned how.


The keys to a hypnotic trance is the trust needed for the suggestions and to relaxation completely. I began to  practiced on myself and later on, my daughter Kate and got her under. I made some suggestion but allowed her to make her own free will choices on any suggestions or decisions i.e. I made. If you lift their arm and it is completely goes limped like a rag doll they're under and she was. (I've been cautious to not to continue ever since. I was afraid of that much influence on anyone.)  I believe in it this as it can be a good healing art and have made some suggestion below. My suggestion is to make sure to investigate the guy who's doing this on you and anyone else.

Self-hypnosis is applicable for all. I'm suggesting the use of this right before bed time or nap when relaxed. Note too, the "power of suggestion'' in self-hypnosis works in place and this is a hypnotic suggestion.
Their use to be tapes that used ocean etc. (subliminal-tapes suggested topics of needs i.e.) sewn with hypnotic a suggestions that had to be played every day. They started using it on commercial's i.e. and abused their intent, people got mad etc so now not used. (surpassingly?,,, also in music)
Could he make a subliminal tape of your sessions suggesting what you need that you could use later with his suggested trigger to go into a state to refresh how to quit smoking, drinking, golfing, weight or pain i.e.?

CAYENNE PEPPER TO STOP HEART ATTACTS

February 13, 2015 - Did you know that you can actually stop a heart attack in its tracts with the simple but amazing and awesome power of cayenne pepper? It’s true. Cayenne pepper can actually stop a heart attack in about 60 seconds flat!

How To Use Cayenne Pepper To Stop A Heart Attack Fast!



Famed healers such as Dr. John Christopher, N.D., and Dr. Richard Schulze, N.D., sang the praises of Cayenne pepper. For instance Dr. John Christopher declared: “In 35 years of practice, and working with the people and teaching, I have never on house calls lost one heart attack patient and the reason is, whenever I go in–if they are still breathing–I pour down them a cup of cayenne tea (a teaspoon of cayenne in a cup of hot water, and within minutes they are up and around).”

It should be noted that these men, and many other healers like them, were speaking from personal experience and not speculation when referring to this powerful plant.

So what are the best practices in using Cayenne pepper based upon the voice and experiences of those that have actually used it?

First the Cayenne pepper must be at least 90,000 heat units or 90,000(H.U.) to be able to stop a heart attack. If the cayenne is at least 90,000 H.U. and the person is still conscious, the recommendation is to mix 1 teaspoon of cayenne powder in a glass of warm water (this is essentially a “cayenne tea”), and give it to the person to drink.

If the person is unconscious then the recommendation is to use a cayenne tincture or extract, again of at least 90,000 H.U., and put a couple of full droppers underneath their tongue full strength. As noted above by Dr. Christopher, in 35 years of practice he never lost even 1 heart attack case if the person was still breathing when he arrived, and he attributed this to the prudent use of the cayenne pepper.

One of the most profitable uses of cayenne pepper is as a catalyst in other herbal combinations. As a general rule it should be added to almost all herbal combinations with the exception of those classified as nervines (combinations made specifically for nerve issues). Because it has a stimulating effect upon the body, it speeds the circulation thereby causing it to enhance digestion as well as absorption. Therefore it can enhance or increase the effectiveness of practically any herbal formula.

In fact it is often used this way in formulas for arthritis, various female complaints, infections, heart or circulatory issues, laxatives, diuretics, ulcers, thyroid issues etc.

Cayenne has at least 26 different nutrients! It contains minerals such as Zinc, Selenium, Calcium, and Magnesium. It also contains vitamins such as Vitamin A and Vitamin C. Additionally it boasts both “crude fiber” and “dietary fiber”, as well as Carbohydrates.

Cayenne certainly appears to be God’s “Nitro-Glycerin” when it comes to heart attacks and one would be unwise to leave home without it.

So this remedy of straight strength dandelion root could be problem. Today, there are many ways to reduce cholesterol and fats in the blood and very often people choose natural ways. Here is a recipe for natural drink that cleanses blood vessels and improves blood circulation:
Ingredients:
  • 3 liters of water
  • 1 kg of lemons
  • 1 packet of baking soda
  • 5-6 parsley bunches
Preparation:
First, wash the lemons in cold water and then soak them in warm water. Pour the packet of baking soda and let it sit for about an hour (this will clean all pesticides from lemon peel). It sounding more correct to me as I noticed on a vegan diet my insulin's numbers came down and the starch and potatoes were OK. But, because of the pressure of our so called experts I was unable to write about it yet even though I did lose 50 pound and ate a lot?  I now eat more vegetarian, but cut back on sugar/dairy and no sodas.

The resistance, in this case, comes in the form of so-called resistant starches, certain kinds of carbohydrates that resist digestion in the small intestine and enter into the large intestine, or colon, mostly in the same form they entered your mouth.
These starches — found in seed hulls, parts of corn and beans, and in room-temperature rice and pasta — can ferment in the colon to promote the growth of "good" bacteria and have many other beneficial effects.
Researchers at the University of Colorado Denver summarize these benefits in a review paper in the current issue of the journal Current Opinion in Gastroenterology. Starch vs. fiber
The word "starch" often is confused with fiber. Both are complex carbohydrates, and both are important for good health. But starch, for the most part, is highly digestible; and fiber is not. Starches are found in root vegetables, tubers, winter squashes, grains and legumes. Your body starts digesting these starches from the moment you start chewing, extracting nutrients and energy.


Fiber is more like the natural packaging for fruits and vegetables, such as the skin or the rigid cellular walls of plants. The human body does not absorb nutrients or energy from them. Soluble fiber dissolves in water, making food more viscous, slowing digestion, and prolonging the feeling of fullness. Insoluble fiber absorbs water and promotes regular and firm bowel movements.
Resistant starch has properties of both soluble and insoluble fiber, said Janine Higgins, lead author on the review paper and associate professor of Pediatrics at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. There are five different forms of resistant starch, she said, and each kind reaches the colon largely unscathed to do its handiwork.
Cures what ails you

Resistant starch might sound like some kind of miracle cure-all, but independent studies have found this substance, more so than ordinary dietary fiber, can help: kill precancerous polyps in the colon; prevent diabetes by improving insulin sensitivity and regulating blood sugar; maintain healthy body weight; reduce inflammation; prevent or treat inflammatory bowel disease; and help promote the growth of beneficial bacteria in the gut.
In 2010, scientists at Virginia Polytechnic and State University reported that resistant starch might also protect against breast cancer.
So, how can a bit of indigestible starch do all this?

"Resistant starch is a very good substrate for fermentation," Higgins told Live Science. "Instead of being digested by amylases in the upper digestive tract, it passes to the bowel, where it is fermented by bacteria into short chain fatty acids (SCFA). SCFA are acidic, so they lower bowel pH, which facilitates proliferation of good bugs and inhibits growth of pathogenic bacteria. All of this extra fermentation and availability of SCFA provides fuel or energy for the colonocytes [cells lining the colon], which are a barrier against infection."

"Therefore, the lining of the bowel thickens and becomes healthier, and more good bugs colonize and thrive," Higgins added. "In this way, resistant starch acts as a probiotic. Resistant starch also has some of the properties of insoluble fiber, so it increases stool bulk and decreases transit time, both of which are indicators of bowel health."
Also, butyrate, a type of SCFA, seems to be involved in the prevention of bowel cancer, Higgins said. (Surgery's: If some of the bowl/stomach is removed this would be beneficial to slow the digestive process down.)
Most plant based, high-fiber, vegetable-based diets will be rich in resistant starches, but some extra care is needed to get them into your diet. For example, pasta and rice have resistant starch, but only at room temperature. So, pasta salad and sushi are better sources of resistant starch. Whole grains, peas, and beans have a form of resistant starch that maintains its structure even when hot.


Green banana flour is another source of resistant starch, and it is gluten free.
Not just resistant-starch... but starch in general. Walter Kempner cured type-2 diabetics long ago with his infamous rice-diet, which consisted of white-rice and fruit.

NO NEED TO INJECT INSULIN? (Diabetic News)

A new diabetes discovery may one day help people with this disease avoid frequent insulin shots. Scientists have identified a hormone, dubbed "betatrophin," that can sharply boost the number of cells that make insulin in mice. The discovery may someday lead to a treatment for Type 2 diabetes, the most common form of the disease. People have their own version of this hormone, and the new work suggests that giving diabetics more of it might remove the need to be treated with insulin injections.

Insulin Resistance:

Injections cause weight gain, (it's a hormone) and robs the body of Vitamins, +D and mineral. Try the ascorbic acid form of Vitamin C (1000 mg 3 x a day with a glass of water with meals. Can't hurt, is works on certain types of diabetes. Also in childhood diabetes I read an article that I'm still pondering, because my son-in-law has this same problem.

"If this could be used in people," said study author Dr. Douglas Melton, in a press release, "it could eventually mean that instead of taking insulin injections three times a day, you might take an injection of this hormone once a week or once a month, or in the best case maybe even once a year."
That would give them better control of their blood sugar levels, said Melton, a professor at Harvard University's department of molecular and cellular biology. His study was published April 25 in the journal Cell.

An estimated 371 million people worldwide have diabetes, in which insulin fails to control blood sugar levels. In the United States, an estimated 25.8 million people have the disease -- about 8.3 percent of the country, according to the American Diabetes Association.

High blood sugar can lead to other medical problems, including heart disease, stroke and damage to kidneys, eyes and the nervous system. At least 90 percent of diabetes is "Type 2," and some of these patients have to inject insulin.

Insulin is produced by beta cells in the pancreas. The researchers found when they made the liver in mice secrete more of the betatrophin hormone by inserting extra copies of a gene, the size of the beta cell population tripled in comparison to untreated mice. Tests indicated the new cells worked normally.

Melton said it's not known how the hormone works. Now the researchers want to create an injectable form that they can test on diabetic mice, he said. If all goes well, tests in people could follow fairly quickly.

Melton hopes the newly identified hormone might someday also help patients with the other form of diabetes -- Type 1 -- avoid insulin. He called that a "long shot" because of differences in the biology of that disease. Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune disease, but Melton said the hormone might boost the number of beta cells when a patient is first diagnosed, slowing disease progression.

Bulk up your weight with Tyson beef (meats)

Don't believe what you read on their labels, no chemicals, natural and no hormone. Did it say no steroids? New studies show antibiotic kill gut flora. Killing cut bacteria will come to gaining weight. Skinny people have better gut flora's.
It's what they don't say on today's labels we need to worry about. Organic potato chips, say "all natural, no chemicals," yet may have bad oils, salt ... but, organic what? This adding drugs just isn't happening only in Tyson meats...all it's tainted meats; (beef, pork, chichen and fish.) This would include all dairy from these cattle, double whammy and wash it all down with sugars.

Let's go back to basic foods. Here is a meat that just before it put in the holding pen are shot with a weight gain steroid which is passed onto you. It doesn't have time to get out of the cow but is in the meat you just ate  that's causing major WEIGHT problems today and you may not know why that gain came about, however other countries don't use Tyson's animals.

Surprising many in the industry, Tyson sent out letters to cattle feeders saying that as of Sept. 6, the company would no longer buy animals that had been treated with Zilmax, 'a drug that bulks up cattle by as much as 30 pounds just before slaughter. Tyson controls 26 percent of the U.S. beef supply and is the first company in the industry to make this change.

A letter cited recent reports of cattle being delivered for processing that couldn't walk or move. The question is how much of this is pass onto our health problms today. It's not so easy to get back out of the cattle once in. So, how many cattle are now carrying this drug.

"We do not know the specific cause of these problems, but some animal health experts have suggested that the use of the feed supplement Zilmax, also known as zilpaterol, is one possible cause," the letter said, adding that that it wasn't a food safety issue. (Is obesity in humans?)

Zilmax, approved by the FDA for use in livestock, is a beta-agonist, and acts as a steroid, turning fat into muscle. As the Chronicle of Higher Education reported in 2012, the drug can make meat tough and tasteless. But new reports have surfaced recently suggesting that cattle are growing so large – up to 1,300 pounds — that they can't walk. Feedstuffs

China, Russia and many countries in the European Union have banned the use of these drugs "It's  unfortunate that it takes other countries having good standards to make an improvement in the U.S. marketplace," Who has the worst obesity problem of all the countries?

This is also animal abuse!


 
It would be better to let the animal treated with this drug to "die off" or destroyed and not these cattle and dairy until the meat is tested before marketing it for traces of this drug. I wouldn't feed this corrupt, tainted meat to my dog.
Go vegetarian...and save the animal...whenever possible.
