BABYFOOD HOMEMADE W/O CHEMICALS

UPDATED: From store markets, jar baby foodS are not as nutritious as home made. Watch out for too much sugar, filler and GMO's foods; if not organic mom can create many food addiction's, and allergies if using sugar and from process foods at an early age. If boughten, baby-foods don't contain enough fiber (fiber means real food content, or too filter) can hurt digestions. Another clue is that it lacks nutrients. If too young for fiber, than add organic cornstarch or, cereals yourself then freeze any left-overs for the next meals. If you read labels and are educated mom= you'd never buy formula. It's full of sugar and antibiotics given to the cows. Goat milk has less problems if you cannot breast feed. If using grains/seeds/nuts such as coconut/almond milk; you'll need to supplements and do some more researcher, but most of all use only organic whole rice i.e. Use a bit of pear juice or other fruits for sugars. If it's hard to fine in season make your own and store.
Careful, when too young adding meats or adding extra proteins (only bal. within a plant itself) for children are too young. This will produce less ADD and ADHD population as it starts here.
Mom's don't take older children off a balanced Omega's (by using fatless diets) from bad advice of commercials from fads that have produced this ADHD epidemic.Updates:

URIC ACID IS CAUSED BY ALL SUGARS

CBS -RE: 60 Minutes had a 20 min. YouTube on the toxin's of any sugar showing this much better. They found out the excessive fructose consumption leads to insulin resistance, which appears to be the root of many if not most chronic diseases. Fructose also raises your uric acid levels—it typically generates uric acid within minutes of ingestion—which in turn can wreak havoc on your blood pressure, insulin production, and kidney function.  I have done some basic post on sweeteners but they are not my popular one and rarely visited, so I don't do them anymore. I try to incorporate the less sugar in recipes, but that's not worth my time spent .

The most popular posts are the 'quick get well posts" of a herb featured. We want a pill to cure it all not going back to basics by changing diets,  sugar, nor getting off meds and their side effects, stop drinking soda of any kind, cutting of chemical hormonally, antibiotic ally fed meat, (now fish,) nor the hormones in our dairy. The chemically produce of fruit and vegetables will only be solve by
 growing our own and supporting locally grown organic producers.

 We are producing diseases. We are producing chemicals. We are good at producing drugs, We are destroying the earth's water supply, soil and environment. We are good at destroying and poisoning. We are stupid!

But, most of all by letting these devils manufactures connections with wall street and government win and ruin our foods is the people's fault. How can they take over and ruin our health then up the cost of health care, all of which ruin our children's lives for the future?
These children are sensitive to all drugs and drugs are glorified chemicals and pesticide's are a more crude form. That be in food, shots or environments. Stay away from MSG'S, and food colors.

JUST REMEMBER: I'm a senior and live in it jail (another story) and their are things that happen to us in life that is worse than death...(Slowly dying is one of them, being out of control of your life, in pain daily, being prey upon...because of illness, no funds to fight, being a vegetable, and I've seen worse than this. How you go out is a blessing if killed quickly, and even early in too many cases today.
Never use any aspartame product on children they were made as a pesticide and for killing rats. Too strong for youth.
They in the end here they will do the rest in forms of poisoning with drugs which make you linger longer in a Alzheimer's-dementia's condition or worse. Do the Ade's take care of you...ha ha ha...

CANCER FOODS To Avoid

Cancer Foods (Super-foods or the best ones) (Only if they are not generically modified) The Scriptures say: use the "leaf" and seeds as medicine, but use the whole plant too. In other pages are more cancer foods. (Most fruits and vegetables (herbals) have the same properties, but these have been more researched.)
Organically grown Papaya (prevents cervical cancers) Postnote: I heard papaya is GMO? If so don't go here. No GMO foods if you have cancer. No corn, soy or canola oils, these foods in the USA are all genetically modified! GMO foods cannot heal.

Not only good as a digestive aid, but if your taking water pill that will rob the body of stored potassium and cause night leg cramps, keep a package of dried papaya on your night stand by your bed. Sucralose is Splenda, STEVIA A DRUG?

BUYERS BEWARE: Splenda (sucralose) in sugar free product is the latest fad or fake sugars. Always do more research on the Internet for more details about the sugar you choose to use. My objections, is that many are believing the marketing tactics that this sugar is natural, healthy, good for you, a organic food i.e. It is not! They are planting this chemical in healthy foods like soda pop (diet) and ice cream etc. and ruining normally healthy foods. Add Image
Authorities are beginning to report their findings of Splenda. It may have more in common with DDT, and a chemical pesticiside, than a food. It's white powdered form may not a good natural food source. That is why I call them, and they are many such sugars, FAKE SUGARS. This is from what food? It a FAKE SUGAR TO FOOL YOUR BODY, BUT THE BODY CANNOT BE FOOLed in the long run. For your health and your family's just use organic sugars, maple syrup, date sugar, the good molasses, Sucranat (raw cane sugar) or raw honey, RAW AGAVE NECTAR, etc. (Note: Xilitol is an alcohol a non natural sugar.)
There are side effects to Splenda, including skin rashes/flushing, panic-like agitation, dizziness and numbness, diarrhea, muscle aches, headaches, intestinal cramping, bladder issues, and stomach pain. These show up at one end of the spectrum — in the people who have an allergy or sensitivity to the sucralose molecule. The Fake sugar actually raise blood sugars and cause weight gain.
If the herb becomes white its become another drug and other herbals if STEVIA is not in its original whole state it may cause problems in the stomach and colon (cramp off or cut off symptom etc. ) I had to stop using the drops of Stevia in my teas. It took me forever to find out where the pain was coming from as it cramping off and block or bind-up of my small intestine when I used drops of Stevia. (Much like your wind pipe does when you eat fish, or peanut butter in an allergic reaction.) It also has a side effect of lowering blood pressure, which may be a good use of the herb for some effected with hyper-tension. This herb is not a upper, in fact its calming.
(Eurythritol ?) Try the green whole herb that is not turn into a man made a chemical such like some drugs are done from herbs. That is, in most parts, are made like in medications-drug (part chemical and part bleached herbals. Do recognize your symptoms after ingesting these new sugars on market. The bottom line is Splenda or Sucralose is not natural product and that should be any health conscious cue to leave it alone especially if your already sick.
That Coke and Pepsi is going to use is Stevia in place of aspartame, corn syrup, high fructose (?) is saying a lot, but remember the whole story is not all in yet. Don't get carried away soda pop is robbing you of calcium and minerals every time you drink. Notice it does have a "calming" effect on the nervous system.

Corn Syrups Makes Kids Fat, Hungry and Sassy

Wonderful...Good Work! Pop Sales are coming down! Foods that triggering uncontrollable hunger? One product is "corn syrups" or corn dextrose i.e. Try noticing the next time you are out of control to see if you just consumed a product had corn syrup added. (This is not on the MSG as a its subject, but it does the same acting in the brain area.) More research is coming out to link corn syrup to high blood sugars.

(320) It is an awful plague and caused by "evil designing men in the last days," not God and we all buy into it. He knows we must get at the root of the problem "man's greed" and ours along with stupidity for listening. We are expected to solve our problem we have created...that is one of the reasons for coming to earth. We are going to report to our Father on all our reasoning's, actions, results and be responsible for our health and others along with the earths environment i.e. as we've polluted it all. Have you ever got to the point where you cannot be filled up? You have just eaten but still ...your hunger growls for even more. It is madding when you are out of control. It results from any food product with added " corn syrup" added to the food will cause an uncontrollable hunger! Moreover, it is in everything packaged.

I had someone do my grocery shopping and she purchased frozen Minute Maid Lemon Aide, which I drank on an empty stomach and nothing else to blame for the hunger. I was out of control with hunger quickly and became suspicious, as I have noted it before in the "store" brand whole wheat bread too.

Start looking in your garbage can. I found the reason why by reading its list of ingredients on the can. I was trying it keep stones with one of my short cuts. Obviously, I need to go back to real fresh lemons and old time beet sugar or with pear juice added from the health food store.
This "brand name" product was also loaded with high fructose sugars that also spikes sugar too fast and cause much the same.
When blood sugars get too high, any diabetic with experience will tell you, you become overly hungry that is a sure sign of high blood sugar. Corn syrups have been refined seven times (Its much too refined and it's one of the biggest cause of the highest uncontrolled, insulin resistant, blood sugar problems in our world today.)

They are far worse for you than other products taken off the market like "trans fats." This should be taken off the market too, if we want to get control of weight and blood sugar problems plague in our children. Corn syrups should be taken out of schools foods and out of their candies. It would be better to go back to plan vegetable sugar that at least releases more slowly and does not store in the brain, joints like aspartame.

Why do they feed corn to pigs...to make them fat? This can make you seven times fatter faster than any product on the market.
You can do this will other sugars, chemical medications, chemicals such as MSG etc. too. (I found out I actually gained weight on diet sodas by keeping a food journal for 3-4 years. Now, new research have prove this in rats.
The test: when you have cleared your palate, have not eating for a while, and are feeling normal this is the time to test. Add any food product with corn syrup as a sweetener and watch your hunger behavior the rest of the day. By the end of the day, you will have out of control, eating, with a feeling of NOT being full. If you ever have this feeling look in your garbage and read the label of what you have just put in your mouth.
If this does not convince you anything else, will.

*Corn Syrup is one fat trigger that causes inflammation. Our food supply is full of these kinds of triggers...avoid all packaged, box, processed foods. Eat fresh foods made in your own kitchens.
Keep a daily food diary at the end of the day make a note how you are feel, or any meal that’s can made you foggy minded.
Note foods that bring you out of this fog, like lemons, Chlorophyll, Brazil nuts, some berries, or vinegar i.e.
Every once in a while using go back and use a yellow high lighter mark the bad choices or areas over the year go back and see by repeating meals you've eaten that make you up. Noting feelings that have bad patterns of behaviors. Note changes weight and blood sugars at the top of the pages. Be sure to write down all meds including natural or herbal medicines taken during the day. I started mine just noting blood sugar and found by adding in the other notations I’m doing better at avoiding certain foods that trigger hungry (even herbs and drugs) and some my health problems.

The bottom line is when blood sugar gets too high you will experience uncontrollable hunger and get out of control with more eating of food and more pounds of weight.

These diet product isn't producing the natural” heat" burning of fuel that needed when tricked by the brain for energy. So it needs to more fuel (food, drink) the body needs in its furnace, leading to increase hunger. So, you'll feel the need to eat more to get a metabolic burn or energy to make use of the fake food in the body otherwise it will not burn.
An alternative suggestion, one is to try and find candy recipes that are using sugar (raw when possible) than corn syrup candies. (Sub.)
