Take Turmeric instead of Exercising

 Image result for turmeric root
Researchers conducted a study including 32 women in post menopause. They were divided in three groups: women who consumed TURMERIC also known as Curcumin, women who exercised and women who neither consumed Curcumin nor exercised.  They examined the health of the inner lining of the blood vessels known as endothelium and used ultrasound to measure the arterial elasticity and endothelial function, since endothelium dysfunction increases the risk of atherosclerosis disease. - See more at: http://healthyfoodquotes.com/consuming-only-a-pinch-of-turmeric-is-the-same-as-exercising-for-an-hour/#sthash.pahk2D7d.dpuf

OTHER BENEFITS OF TURMERIC

1. Turmeric is Antiseptic and Antibacterial
Antiseptics prevents the growth of disease-causing microorganisms. The above benefits are from applying it topically.
2. Turmeric Prevents Cancer
Turmeric was the second food listed among the foods that prevent cancer in the Anti-Cancer book listed above. So what was the first food listed above? Green tea! The more green tea that you drink, the less chance you have of getting cancer. Here is an article about many other benefits of drinking Green Tea.
Here is a link to a webinar that you can watch about how curcumin (in turmeric) prevents and fights cancer. It is from the National Cancer Institute, Division of Cancer Prevention, Nutritional Science Research Group. Is Curcumin the Spice of Life? A Look at Cancer Prevention Evidence
Here is an article called Great Foods that Fight Cancer. It mentions turmeric, green tea and other other more common foods.
3. Prevents Cardiovascular Disease
Above it says that it helps to prevent blood clots that cause heart attack and strokes. There is an article called Spices Stop Blood Clots Better Than Drugs. Besides mentioning turmeric it also says that piperine (remember from black pepper) helps prevent blood clots.
It says that one of the most powerful spices for doing this is capsaicin. Now this is the main compound in cayenne pepper or red pepper. Most of the time curry contains red pepper as mentioned above. Also the other spices usually found in curry are very healthy. I always buy the organic curry. I do not want pesticides in my spices.
4. Turmeric Detoxifies the Liver
Here is a whole article about it called Turmeric for Liver & Digestive Health. It says:
Turmeric shares similar liver protectant compounds that milk thistle and artichoke leaves contain. It is said to shrink engorged hepatic ducts, so it can be useful to treat liver conditions such as hepatitis, cirrhosis, and jaundice.
5. Prevents Inflammation
This one benefit may influence many of the others since the less inflammation people have, the less chance they have of getting diseases associated with aging.
6. Prevents Arthritis and Osteoarthritis
Of course the benefit listed above this one is responsible for this. Webmd.com says:
Curcumin, a substance in turmeric, may help to reduce inflammation. Several studies suggest that it might ease symptoms of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, like pain and inflammation. Other compounds in turmeric might also be medicinal.
7. Improves Digestion
This benefit was talked about in the article about liver and digestion. This herb stimulates bile production in the liver and this helps the body to digest fats.
8. Natural Pain Killer
Aspirins helps pain and inflammation since they go together.
9. Helps Diabetes
This PubMed study talks about this, Efficacy of turmeric on blood sugar. Here is a great article called, How an MD Cured Hundreds of People of Diabetes.
10. Prevents Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease (AD)
PubMed is the U.S. National Library of Medicine that is one of the National Institutes of Health (NIH). This PubMed article is called: The effect of curcumin (turmeric) on Alzheimer's disease. It says:
It has been used in various types of treatments for dementia and traumatic brain injury. Curcumin also has a potential role in the prevention and treatment of AD. Curcumin as an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and lipophilic action improves the cognitive functions in patients with AD.
11. Speeds the Healing of Wounds
This spice even has the ability to heal wounds faster and repair already damaged skin. You can make a tea of it apply it topically. But as an herbalist, I feel that it is better to also take it internally when you use it externally.
12. Improves Cell Health and Boosts the Immune System

HOW TO INCREASE OXYGEN LEVELS

Low levels of oxygen in your blood, also known as hypoxemia, can be caused by illnesses such as emphysema, pulmonary disease or cardiovascular disease. This condition is characterized by shortness of breath, fatigue and waking up with the sensation of choking, according to MayoClinic.com.
(EXCERCISE, DIET, WEIGHT LEVELS, GOOD CLEAN AIR inside and out, NO SMOKING I.E. but, some times this has to be dealt with now in spite of these conditions.)

EYE: The white in the seventh zone (outer rim-skin) of this iris is white. This sock like is in the brain (noon) and shows lack of oxygen. It doesn't matter what got it there (drugs) as this is not the issue discussed here. This person is foggy minded, has circulation issues such as in oxygen in the brain and now has gone down to the extremities'. Drugs cuts out oxygen by adding Benzodiazines they will causes alhesmers. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benzodiazepine (read why these drugs are given.)
In some cases, blood oxygen can be increased  circulation through the use of herbs treating an underlying causes. Certain herbs may also help to increase blood oxygen levels. Check with your doctor before using any herbs.
Ginkgo Biloba (see links below for details)
Ginkgo biloba is an herb that is used to treat problems related to circulation of the blood in your body. Since oxygen is carried to various parts of the body via the blood, ginkgo may increase the amount of oxygen that reaches the periphery of your body, including your arms and legs. The University of Maryland Medical Center explains that people who have impaired circulation to the legs, known as intermittent claudication, have experienced relief from the administration of ginkgo biloba. Ginkgo biloba has been found to be as effective as prescription medications in increasing the distance these patients can walk without pain
.iridology online course This iris shows another sodium ring more dramatic to get my point across (drugs). Do you really think she or he can rationalize and think clearly? ACV would be a good start, lemons in the morning and cut back on medication, slowly.

Cayenne
Cayenne contains a substance called capsaicin, which is used in topical treatments to reduce the pain and inflammation of conditions such as psoriasis. In addition, UMMC explains that capsaicin is in the midst of being studied for its effects on impaired circulation that can decrease blood oxygen levels. Capsaicin may be helpful in improving blood flow in people with arterial plaque as well as decrease the risk of cardiac arrhythmia. Cayenne is available in capsule and powdered forms, available at your local health food store in different heat levels.
Ginger
Ginger is a popular culinary herb that is well known for its calming effect on an upset stomach, relieving nausea and treating motion sickness. This herb has been in use for over 4,000 years and its therapeutic benefits are still being revealed. According to UMMC, preliminary research on the ability of ginger to thin the blood has shown promising results, although more studies are needed to confirm this effect. Taking ginger can thin the blood, and caution should be taken if you are already taking blood-thinning medications. For people with circulatory problems, however, this may be a beneficial effect that can decrease the risk of stroke due to blockage by a blood clot.
Motherwort
Motherwort's beneficial heart effect is evident by its Latin name: cardiaca. Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center explains that motherwort has been used for thousands of years to treat cardiac rhythm problems. Some research, the center adds, suggests that motherwort may be an effective treatment for impaired circulation, but more research is needed in order to be definitive. In studies performed on laboratory rats, motherwort was effective in blocking the cardiac stimulation caused by substances such as caffeine. Irregular cardiac rhythms caused by stress or the use of stimulants can temporarily constrict blood vessels and decrease the amount of oxygen that reaches the extremities.

Other aides: ACV, lemons, coconut oil, chocolate, lobelia with the cayenne, magnesium with benefits of chlorophyll;

"The Green Color of Chlorophyll,"

Have you wondered why green is the color associated with chlorophyll and not red or orange? The magnesium which is the central molecule of chlorophyll contains special ring shaped formation which captures wavelengths of light but green is not captured. So, the overall effect of green color is reflected back to our eye. The magnesium provides high alkalizing effect on the body that delivers essential oxygen to body tissues and cells.

*To take drugs out:

All pectins: apple, grapefruit; flaxseed oil (1000 mg) fresh grapefruit its juice will take out drugs from brain. (The caution here is they may effect prescription drugs which you maybe taken them for that purpose in removing them in the brain. BiotanicChoice.com  has  pectin's in  tablets in form and reasonable.

Use of Astragulas and/or another brain herbs. Lack of oxygen to the brain is a big part of Alzheimer's, dementia, i.e. Drugs can decrease oxygen to the brain if they begin to collect there.

.....................................................................
Keep the right pH balance: Most fruit and vegetables have a pH rating. This will help increase oxygen levels. Too heavy foods are not in balance with the needed flow.

Unfortunately the typical American diet consists largely of toxic and acid-forming foods like refined grains, processed sugars, artificial sweeteners, pasteurized juices, fried foods, meat and dairy -the list goes on. Combine all of this food with a lack of sleep, stress and pharmaceutical drugs to top it all off and its no wonder that people are being diagnosed with various diseases at an alarming rate.

It is important to maintain a proper pH balance. All foods in nature contain both acid and alkaline-forming elements and according to the Conscious Living Center, balance can be either achieved or prevented as a direct result from the food that we are eating. When we eat too many acidic foods it can lead to major health complications, such as “acidosis” this is a common diagnosis in people with diabetes. When nutrients required to maintain this slightly alkaline state cannot be obtained from the foods that we are eating, the body will then draw from its own stores, from the bones or other vital tissues, this damages the body’s ability to repair itself and detoxify heavy metals.

Again, the ultimate goal is balance. Although it is important to maintain this slightly alkaline state, eating too many or primarily alkaline foods only can have its own set of complications; although the risk of this happening is a lot less likely than the risk of the body becoming too acidic. Here are the top 6 alkaline foods to incorporate into your diet daily.

1. Lemons!

Most people assume that lemons are an acidic fruit, maybe it is because of the sour taste, or the citric acid, but in actuality lemons are very alkaline. Lemons have a pH level of 9.0, they actually produce an alkaline ash after digestion. Lemons are also rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and electrolytes. They couldn’t be easier to add to your daily intake, try squeezing a lemon into your water throughout the day or spritzing the juice over your salad at lunch.

2. Apples

Apples have a pH level of 8.0 and contain a variety of minerals, vitamins and phytochemicals, which help to keep the body and immune system working optimally. Apples also contain enzymes, which assist in maintaining the body’s natural hormonal balance. I think you know how to eat an apple, but if you don’t they can be eaten raw, or even in a pie or a crumble!

3. Root Vegetables

Most root vegetables have an extremely high mineral content; you actually can’t get enough of them. Beets, carrots, turnips, parsnips, there are many different root vegetables. You can steam them, roast them, or even eat them raw, grated in salads.

4. Alfalfa Sprouts

Sprouts are amazing little nutrient packed nutrient powerhouses that are highly alkaline and contain a lot of essential vitamins and minerals. The best thing about sprouts is that you can easily and economically sprout your own seeds and have them on hand all throughout the year. Click for more information and how to grow your own sprouts here.

5. Leafy Greens

Leafy greens (chlorophylls) include vegetables such as kale, Swiss chard, collard greens and spinach, which is probably the best pick. Spinach has an extremely high content of vitamin K and foliate, and other vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, antioxidants and fiber. You can easily add spinach to your morning smoothie, or in a soup or stew, or just as is in a salad. You can even lightly steam it with two other alkaline foods: ginger root, garlic and lemon.

6. Watermelon

Not only is watermelon a high alkalizing food, with a pH of 9.0 it is extremely tasty as well. It is also an excellent source of fiber, beta-carotene, vitamin C and lycopene. Watermelon consists of 92% water, and is extremely thirst quenching. It also has a variety of other amazing health benefits click here to read more.

DIABETIC NEW RESEARCH ON EXCERCISE

Minimal amount of exercise for improving metabolic health: beneficial effects of reduced-exertion high-intensity interval training. This was on PBS_BBC TV. Can you hold a tense exercise to get your heart rate up for one minute for just 3 days a week? I don't call it excercise: It called "Moving" do you own thing...
If your a diabetic and hate to exercise find this study.
If it isn't easy, takes too much time, and costs; we won't do it...
I started this week...let u know

Michael Mosley presents
Horizon: The Truth About Exercise on BBC Two at 21:00 GMT on Tuesday 28 February 2012 or watch online via iplayer (UK only) However, this apparently outrageous claim is supported by many years of research done in a number of different countries including the UK,

A few relatively short bursts of intense exercise, amounting to only a few minutes a week, can deliver many of the health and fitness benefits of hours of conventional exercise, according to new research, says Dr Michael Mosley.

Their idea most interesting is insulin sensitivity. Insulin removes sugar from the blood, it controls fat and when it becomes ineffective you become diabetic.
It's easy...so try it for one minute (your level, not Michael's) to see if it will work.
