Are You Ready For Your Famine?

This is an list of Emergency BULK Food Supply (back to basic's)about home food storage for any disasters for any country; culture or people. Pick one gift from this list to buy your loved one. They already have too many "THINGS."
"…There is a law, irrevocably decreed in heaven before the foundations of the
world, upon which all blessings are predicated-...And when we obtain any

blessing from God, it is by obedience to that law upon which it is Predicated"...Our health has to be and is reflective of OUR OBEDIENCE TO THOSE" laws of nature". There are no exceptions. You are not ever an exception to any of Gods rules/laws.
(PHOTO: REDNECK CELLAR) the idea here is to make use of your environment and recycle.
Remember the were;
10 virgins (meaning 10 righteous virtuous women/men.) Five were obedient and five were not prepared and ready when the time came that comes to us all. Five that was not was left out was by their own laziness. My quest in bogging this page within is to teaching some of these natural nature's laws concerning our health of our earthly body for better improvement of life on earth and to prepare its reader for leaner times. (It's the oil for your lamp today.)
Most of my blog materials has been about being more prepared to survive to the "Millennium."
With this introduction, I do feel a need for a page on some basic "frugal" food supplies needed to sustain life for only one year for your millennium survival. We never know when a "Tsunami" will be our trial. However, I will only do only the basic's, but at the end is a link where you can go to someone that has gone to a lot of work to supply more than what is on this list. The poor generally haven't need of their out-of-touch and dated lists unless if you have more money, can, and want to do more please go there. Their is POLITICAL disaster too much more than a variety crisis involving weather, earthquakes, volcanoes, and such disasters as well as economics’, sickness, or even unemployment that will affect our circumstances differently your future relief during these bad times. What's the predicted problem your area? What’s your financial problem? Think of what could happen and prepare a backup for those weaknesses’.
What's new: Happening in California
Home Storage for about a year (Per Person)Grains 300 lbs per person (Stores better in sealed smaller cans) there's is no rotation involved. (? Mix/Match with other organic grains such as wheat (spring), corn, oatmeal, rice i.e.)
Salt about 10 lbs per person. (How much do you use? Keep track)
Water 30 gallons (1-2 gallons a day- Rotate or store distilled water in good
containers. Remember water can be boiled for 20 minutes to rid any bacteria.
Oil: 4 gallons (Keep track of how much you actually use) Or, Canned Vegetable
Shortening.
Sugar or Honey about 60 lbs. (If you store honey be sure to get in containers
that you can re-heat it in the container and smaller to melt it as needed.
Vegetables about 30 lbs. (Record- how much per week, month and then year)
Herbs about 20 lbs
Milk, especially for babies is about 50 lbs (dairy-soy or formula source of protein)
Legumes 75 lbs
Rice 100 lbs or/and potatoes this depends on cultures
Baking items about 10 lbs 2-3 baking powders, 3-4 corn starch etc.
*Other items might be medications and such as 12 bottles of H202 Hydrogen Peroxide (see post; (learn how to use this product...it's so basic and can do many kinds of healing and disinfecting. And 12 bottles of rubbing alcohol. The H202 can be used as a rug cleaner when getting outdated.
Remember the storage containers are just as important as the food, do your research get the best for your probable disaster.
Some styles of storage is way "over-done," but it's list maybe for the rich and/or of others out there who have gobs of money. I don't I need only basic's now. Try buying one can a week or month.
However, for right now stick to "basic." and do it now.
...Remember the 10 virgins only 5 were prepared the rest perished and were left.
(They're all good folks-virgins) The rule was about the "light" it prepared them for "this dreaded day. “Our governments and churches can't aid everybody all the time or at the same time. It only for a very short season, and unfortunately some not at all, they are the poorer churches etc. Bless them for what they can do.
This is a supply need for everyone in all parts of our earth not limited to any one religion, sex, creed, race etc., You got the idea. We are all from Adam, Eve, brothers, and sister. All our genealogy lines connect somewhere in time- so, lets act like it and help one another. I thought that was showing your faith. Start with the first four that's basic for now, and then design a monthly budget to get the rest.
To get a better idea for your own households needs keep a monthly grocery record on a calendar of how much of a basic item is used in one month then multiply that times one year. Be sure to store wisely, organically grown food such as grain or the best quality and make it can be easily rotated.

Here's the causes of famine: MAN
GMO Bill Updater
On C2Cam was a constitutional lawyer specializing in food and drug law, Jonathan Emord. He talked about efforts to quash the first GMO labeling bill, which passed in Vermont. Emord, a co-author of the Vermont legislation, reported that Rep. Mike Pompeo with the encouragement of Monsanto has created a bill (H.R. 1599) that would pre-empt all state laws that require disclosure of GMOs. If it passes the Senate, it will mean that Monsanto and its GMO buyers will be free to include GMOs in almost all foods without ever having to disclose which foods contain them, Emord warned.
Emord suggested that people contact their congressional representatives to vote against this bill. www.emord.com/

Add in Honey and here's the link that says why to do so...you need not to buy his book. LOL

5 FOOD THAT REVERSES ALZHEIMER'S

This was on the Dr. Oz show. Dr. Neal Barnard cautions against "bad fats," from trans fats (such as those found in doughnuts and other snacks) to saturated fats (such as dairy foods like ice cream and cheese). When you choose your menus, focus on protective foods from these key food groups that prevents and reverses Alzheimer's such as; Fruit, Vegetables, Beans (pod foods), and Whole grains. I've have written other posts that mention specific herbals.
Other similar common spices that prevent brain inflammation, cognitive decline or Alzheimer are garlic, cinnamon, turmeric, cayenne pepper, thyme, rosemary, oregano, basil, sage, mint (all in the mint family ► http://www.motherearthliving.com/health-and-wellness/inside-plants-rosemary-compounds-help-the-brain-manage-memory-16-rosemary-compounds-help-the-.aspx), clove.
People in India, who use turmeric often, have much lower incidence of Alzheimer. Coincidence?
Stay away from all sugars by aspartames, it wreck the brain
functions and takes 3 mo. to get the poison out of your system.

Nuts and seeds: High in vitamin E, these treats help reduce your risk. Just one ounce daily dose. All brain issues need good oils, water and oxygen. My tip: Use nuts for snacks by getting nuts such as Almonds 100 Calories Per Bag Brazil nuts are best for seniors about 3 per meal.
Grapes and blueberries contain anthocyanins, which improve recall and learning. My tip: try frozen or dried when they're not in season.
Want something sweet? Bake a sweet potato, high in beta-carotene.
Go green with green leafy veggies for iron and foliate.
Chickpeas and beans contain protein, calcium, vitamin B6 and folate, yet they are free of saturated fat and trans fat.
My tip: Heat Organic Garbanzo Beans and serve over steamed brown rice sprinkled with Organic Seasoning. (chick pea dip- THIS INCLUDES ALL LEGUMES.)

To ensure that you get enough vitamin B12, which is critical for your brain cells, do supplements.
Vegans and vegetarians: Studies show that they live longer and stay free of memory problems.

Drugs are another name for chemicals, inorganic minerals settle in the brain (at noon in the eye of this elderly person.) Also low-oxygen kicks in (white areas;) The white need to be remove which a veggie diet will do and some fasts. Alzheimer's have to stay away from aspertates/fake sugars! Stay away from MSG.

Drugs/Chemicals such as in this list of Benzodiazines will causes Alzheimer's http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benzodiazepine another study is the inorganic metals such as iron or aluminums.

Your brain needs exercise as well as your body. Walk, and do brain-training exercises that gives those brain cells exercise. Get some rest by getting enough sleep. Tip: Have time for long crossword puzzles etc
Buy vitamins without crude minerals from organic sources. Most fish oils i.e. are as much as 70 per cent other bad oils. Avoid them with these brain disease's.

Oatmeal Cookie (No Flour recipe)

No-Flour, Oatmeal Cookie (gluten, flour free/ allergies free if you use organic)
This is a no flour complex very high in fiber adaptable breakfast or a great pick me up snack recipe. Make this the best organic whole oatmeal cookies ever. So much better than the ones from from health food stores that have preservatives in them.
Also; you could substitute some of the organic whole oats to whole-wheat flakes or other grains when you get use to doing this recipe as is first. It's made a bit different. (Coconut, organic peanut butter and chocolate chip, carob and etc can be added in after, first, making it from the original recipe with tweets to your likings. This makes up a big batch for large families (freeze). You may prefer to ½ the recipe making smaller batches.

You will need the baking paper, or two very good cookie sheet pans. They have to cool down in the pan, or slide off using your paper after being cool down a bit. The other pan will keep you baking while your first batch cools. They are delicate at this stage, depending on how long they are it will harden and become crisp (which I like in this cookie. If not take them out a bit early)

My neighbors use to come to my house to get this cookie. I use to always have it on hand but then my daughter moved. It was her favorite cookie recipe. I have waited many years to find this kind of recipe; all oats.
I've taken a (google image: oatmeal cookies,) I have no camera.  If you spread about 1/4 thickness in a Pyrex baking dish  in the form of a loose hay-stacks with a lg ice cream scoop...or, you can make breakfast bars too.
If you use choc. chips don't add into the mix in you gal. jar to let the oil and oats and sugar macerate but, press them on just before baking.
It may be a good recipe to store and pass onto you next generation.
However, you may not want to share these gems. LOL

BEST Oatmeal Cookies (no flour) This originally came from the Seventh Day Adventist Magazine long ago, but this has been rendition/adaptions. The original had too much sugar. Always taste the dough to see if it sweet enough on all recipes. This had one more cup of sugar.
4 cups organically grown whole grain oats is best
1 or 1-3/4 cups dark brown sugar (or, to taste)
1 cup of pressed sunflower (or safflower oil ...it's the Tonalin CLA oil...) or, any Mono oil (even light olive oil.) Coconut oil?
SET ASIDE IN : Let the above three ingredients needs to sit/stand for eight hours A must! in a gallon jar or big Tupperware bowl i.e.
.......................................................................................
Next... mix the following together.
2 well beaten organic eggs -to hold them together
½ teaspoon sea salt (high in magnesium, and less use of salt)
2 teaspoons almond extract
1-cup nuts (slivered or chopped almonds? -nut meat) I used slivered almonds
Use the smallest ice cream scoop (1/8') for dropping these "haystack" looking oats mounds on a cooking sheet and round together the edges where it will brown too much.
...............

Bake for about 10 minutes or, longer if you desire crispier cookies. They need to be first baked (abt 10 minutes at 350) and then cooled down; right on cookie sheets before removing them or they will break apart and the cookie will crumble.

Be patience they're well worth the wait. Some like these crispy, other prefer them medium. Also they will naturally crisp up in storage. (Half the recipe if its too much) They will not go to waste!
...................

Do not sub "diet sugars or high fructose types of sugars" I've done honey too...hu  mmmm ... don't care for the moist cookie effect. If you use a substitute for the egg, put it with the oats jar.
It's the egg and sugar that holds these together,

These cookies have to be soaked with the oil (olive oil works too); baked them but first cool them down then, remove from baking paper. This does the the trick. You actually can use any oil, I prefer the mono-s (I know I am repeating, but some things need to be emphased for a this style of cooked.
.....................
This is another way to use any left-over's
**GRANOLA: Layer the mixture out on size of your lined baking paper or wax paper lined cookie sheet, (unless, you have pans that don't burn cookies on the bottoms) Then, slowly baking them at 250 for 40 minutes.
Or for a more crunchy bites up to 1 hr. depending on tray size, thickness and depends your oven temperature. The easiest way is just to crunch up the left-over cookies in milk, works great too. (Add in other ingredients, raisins, coconut etc as you get more proficient when using this recipe a lot...which I did .) They are so easy to make...
*Melt coconut oil or butter and use for the replacement of the safflower oil.

Essene Bread (Home-made)

Essene Bread
Butter 4 glass pie plates
Grind ½ gallon (about 5 cups) wheat sprouts
Pat to thickness of ½ to 2/3 inches
Bake at 1;75 degrees for 16 hours, flipping over after 8 hours
Optional
½ teaspoon coriander, cinnamon and salt
Raisins
For some reason this “bakes” better (more tender) in gas oven. You may lower the temperature 25 degrees. If you add in raisins, be sure to bury them or they get very hard. You can halve or quarter this recipe.
The bread does not store very well and best eaten the day its made (very chewy) Get ideas off the brand “Ezekiel 4:9” bread. Its sprouted and 100% organic whole grain breads are delicious. “Take also unto thee wheat, and barley, and beans, and lentils, and millet, and spelt, and put them in one vessel, and make bread of it...Ezekiel 4”9 (This is a complete protein) It's a great diet bread. I mention it here because many don't have the time to sprout.
In my area of the world they're many sprouted breads coming into the market. Some have no flour at all and others have sprouts added to a bread recipe.

Biscuit The Comfort Food

Grandmother's baking powder biscuit
I miss the way these biscuits taste (old fashion and not a lot of fat) I wrote it directly from her card in her language. I grew up on these comfort food the newer recipe just don't cut it. These can be made crunchy or not.
2 cups flour
3 level teaspoonful of baking powder
½ teaspoonful salt
1 heaping teaspoonful sugar
2 tablespoonful lard (shortening)
*Enough sweet milk to make a soft dough.
ALL INGREDIENTS SHOULD BE COLD
She always put shortening on the bottom of the baking pan dipped the top with some of its oil to form a crunchy crust with the biscuit dough. Then turn it over onto the on the same pan. This greased the top and bottom. Most grandmother's did this style and passed it onto the daughters. Bake until done or light brown on top. *(Add half n half, cream instead of water or milk or 2 tbl yogurt as a sub. for buttermilk.)

Making Oven Vegetarian Bacon

Get ideas from my post link then try the oven method.
Vegan "Bacon" Oven method http://shermsorganicnews.blogspot.com/2009/12/making-vegetarian-bacon-its-great-meat.html
1 Block of firm, smoked tofu
sunflower oil for brushing
shoyu/soy sauce or similar maple syrup nutritional yeast flakes
This isn't an exact science and boils down more to personal taste, but this makes a crispy substitute that is better than any shop bought fake bacon I have tried:
Use a peeler to make wafer thin slices of tofu (sliding it from side to side as it is drawn down the tofu block helps)
Lightly brush each side of the tofu wafer slices with sunflower oil and place on a non-stick baking sheet
Cook in oven heated to 220 celsius for 10 minutes until crisp. Brush with a glaze mixed to taste of the shoyu or equivalent and maple syrup and sprinkle with a pinch of nutritional yeast flakes
Return to oven for a further minute to allow glaze to solidify

Whole Wheat Bread Pudding

Whole Wheat Bread Pudding
· ¾ cup butter
· 20 slices of bread
· 1 ½ cups sugar + 2 Tbs.
· ½ tsp. cinnamon
· ½ tsp nutmeg
· 1 Tbs. vanilla
· ¼ tsp salt
· 6 cups milk
· ¾ cup raisins (or nutmeats)

I love a good bread pudding and have been looking for a recipe that could use all my left-over whole wheat bread that’s heavier and had a strong enough flavor with a great taste. You can use the complex high fibrous breads or even fancy breads with this recipe.
Note, below: Cut back on the spices (1/2 to ¼) if necessary or if you don’t like cinnamon i.e. on the quick bread pudding recipe. This quick bread recipe is a mocked pumpkin pie recipe as presented. We need to cut back on sugar and I felt the original recipe had too much sugar. It’s a good idea for all older recipes. I collect the recipes that are simple, proven classic and cheaper!
...........................................
1. Preheat oven broiler. Butter one side of each slice of bread and place buttered side up under broiler and toast – watch carefully. Cool on wire rack. Cut bread into triangles and arrange in two 8x8 inch pans. Sprinkle with 2 Tbs. sugar and set aside.
In a large bowl beat eggs, remaining sugar, spices salt and vanilla until smooth, about 3 minutes. Scald milk and with mixer on low add the milk in a steady stream.
When blended, add raisins pour over bread, allowing time for the brad to soak up milk mixture. (Better over night in fridge) Bake in hot water bath for 40+ minutes at 400 degrees. It should puff up and absorbs all the liquids.
How long depends on the depth and length of baking pan. If using w/w bread cover except for the last 5-10 min. when baking. You want it brown because toasting the bread give the topping a delightful crunch.
..................................................
Quicker smaller amount... WW Bread Pudding
I am sometime in a hurry and use this quicker recipe of this. Method: I always half the above recipe to ¼ cup of butter, 10 slices of bread that I don’t toast, ¾ to 1 cup of sugar, 3 cups of milk, 4 eggs and ¼ cup of raisins & nuts, 1/4 tbs. cinnamon and, nutmeg 1/2 Tbs vanilla, 1/8 tsp salt. Everything else is the same measurement and directions in the recipe. Whisk in the 3 cup scalded milk (optional to scald) add to it all the other ingredients, including melting the butter into the mixture. Hold back on the eggs till milk mixture is cooled then beat in the eggs and pour all of it over the bread. Top or add in with raisins and nutmeats. Following the directions above, when the bread absorbs all the liquids (overnight in fridge) bake till it puffs up and has a dark brown crust. (Knife should also come out clean.)
Top with cool whip or a light frosting (with ½ whip cream (mix) then add to a bought cream cheese) making it a light frosting. It also good plain or use a vanilla ice cream.
The better more complex the whole wheat bread the healthier the recipe. Use non-hormonal organic milk...is a skinny and smart thing to do. Drugs, synthetic hormones are store in the fat. This bread will keep a long time refrigerated.

PEACE AND "PAY IT FORWARD."

Scrambled Eggs (Tofu)

This recipe is very basic to start learning to use tofu and that’s why I like it. You may need to adjust the oils and salt in tofu recipes. I like getting away from eggs these days with the treat of bird flue virus, too much meat in our diets, plus if you use organic soybeans it's a healthier choice. Most of my recipes are not necessary “vegan” recipes. Vegan's eat neither dairy nor eggs. I'm into advocating a transitional diet toward a more vegetarian style for now. I do try to accommodate both styles once in a while. This has butter, however Vegan know how to substitute to margarine's and other dairy product with soy products such as soy milk i.e. I am not a proponent of yeast in all their recipes. For diabetic is a number one health problem, (yeast) this is a very bad choice. Also men who have prostate problems and should avoid yeast products, especially beer, or such yeast products. Yeast is in most tofu recipes.
My point here is try to read more because adding chemicals with the parasites found in yeast can be just as harmful as eggs that may carry salmonella, chemicals from the chicken feed, shots, ground i.e. If your not eating organically grown soybeans we maybe eating chemicals too and devitalized of nutrition.

Scrambled Tofu (Mocked Scrambled Eggs) Buy organic Tofu with the most fiber and no GM i.e.1 lb. Tofu (Firm) some prefer soft ? I use the soft to make mayo
½ tsp Turmeric (start with)
1 tsp garlic powder or onion
1 ½ tsp. nutritional yeast or squirt of Liquid Aminos (Braggs)
½ tsp. chicken-flavored seasoning (non-chicken in health food stores and sold in bulk)
1 tbs. margarine or butter
Olive or safflower oil (add with margarine)
Salt/Pepper to taste
Drain tofu on paper towel, (this can be frozen for texture and thawed) if frozen plan for the day before. This is optional. Or, put something heavy on top of the tofu to drain as much water out as possible.
Scramble the tofu in chunks with fork or grade
Add the turmeric, garlic, yeast or liquid Aminos, chicken flavor, and let set over night to absorb flavors.
In skillet add a bit of oil and fry slightly brown (golden) not brown. Just before you serve while hot add the margarine or butter.
Adjust the taste before taking out of the skillet. (Add in more or less) Or write it down for next time to improve and adjust the recipe for your tastes.
Serve over buttered toast. You can add margarine to the top of the tofu. Egg has a lot of fat, and this recipe mocks the fat content, but you do need to adjust the fat content to your own taste.
Add variety occasionally: chili peppers, vegetables, rice, i.e.
.................
Making a shaker, if you use this method a lot.
*I actually make this up lots so I use the spices, turmeric, onion powder, chicken flavored seasoning, pepper in a big salt and pepper shaker to just sprinkle and macerate the tofu before frying i.e. (add yeast too if you use it do it sparingly) Or if you use "Liquid Amino's" you will not need to use the yeast. Both products are use basically to make tofu salty. Amino's gives you so much more nutrition and is a good product when you learn to use it.
I use this same recipe for Breakfast...cut and cubed for a meat substitute.
“SPAM” ‘
Plan at least to press the water out by putting paper towels under and on top of the tofu. Then on top place a weight to press out excess water to a desired texture. Freezing it will also squeeze out some of the water but I don’t have time for the freezing process all the time.
Slice the tofu like you would for cutting up spam slices. (I cube for mock chicken in dishes) You can use beef flavor too.
Sprinkle the seasonings on the slices (add fresh ground pepper) and leave till morning covered in fridge.
(*I don’t use the yeast (why add more yeast in our bodies?). Paprika is an option instead of the ground pepper, or smoke flavor, brown sugar or maple syrup if desired. What ever floats your boat!)
Brown in a little olive oil and butter or margarine then turn down the heat to remove as much moisture as desired for your recipe.
The recipe will make simple delicious sandwiches, cut thin with scissors on salads or just a snack food thought the day. It’s just great! I love it. This will take a better place on your pallet than any meat and a natural source of good protein. (Health House tofu has no GMO and only 1.49) I’m sure there may be better brands in your area.
I want to note here that lots of fibrous food is needed when using tofu. I would like to see the manufactures stop taking out so much of fiber out of soy bean since we need more fiber! Tofu comes in many flavors. Try it on your family once a month at least.

Peace AND "PAY IT FORWARD."

Wheat For Man, (TORTILLAS W/W)

Whole Wheat Tortillas (Re: Yatta, Yatta, Yatta blog at12:57 PM, 20-Jan-2008
You can always embellish from a good simple basic recipes, to different style of bread like to a flat breads by making them a bit thicker i.e. Whole wheat tortillas cost so much in the grocery stores these day and are not keeping up with popular demands from consumers. It may be easier to make them up and store in a covered container in dough balls or cooked up then store in the refrigerator in a plastic container so not to dry them out. Be sure to reserve this recipe on hand in bad times also. Plus they taste better-made fresh. Tortillas can’t be store long time. And they can last though out the week if planned ahead of time. Make a small dowel stick about the size of a broomstick for a rolling pin to roll these out more efficiently if you’re going to be making them up a lot.
Basic Tortillas
4 cups Flour or w/w flour
2 tsp. salt
½ cup Lard, Shortening/Leaven (or equivalent)
2 cups very hot water
Mix flour, salt, shortening and mix thoroughly like pie dough. Add hot water slowly to right texture then knead into small balls. If you use whole-wheat flour add either less flour or a bit more water. Set dough aside an hour getting water into the wheat germ, brand, and gluten which is not required using white flour. Small rolling pins (size of broom sticks) are best to roll out the tortillas with then fry up as you normally would. If your going to store some for later don’t over brown them so they will be fresher tasting later. These can be made up for fry breads, wraps by adapting the thickness or shapes and vary them by add some powdered vegetable color them green, tomato, red etc.,
Corn Tortillas
2 lbs mesa
Water enough to make a pilable ball of dough
2 tsp salt.
Shape the size of a walnut, roll out thin and bake on a hot griddle. No grease. When they start to puff, flip them over and cook a few seconds longer.

Wheat For Man
12:57 PM, 20-Jan-2008 .. Posted in EDUCATIONAL .. 0 comments .. Link
Wheat For Man? Today I listened to my same basic health TV program and really tire of its rhetoric. Today television is so polluted. Will and Grace is a disgrace and a deterrent to any healthy NORMAL relationships. So are Desparate Housewives and Sex and the City with IMMORAL patterned behavior we so dislike in our children. IT'S NO WONDER we have problems with our youth. So yes I watch most anything to educate myself…but, even there we need to be selective and careful with falsehoods. Everything they say is not to be taken as gospel! even in books. Take the philosophy of GRAINS in our diets.

A TV host keeps on, everyday, by having guests that sell some health news, book or their own health products generating their cure alls with the basic lie grains are not good for us. Why I keep listening beats me but I’m afraid of missing out on something new he might have to offer. I know he may help many novas to this area and that’s sometimes scares me too.

The biggest disagreement I have with him and note I haven’t revealed his name or TV show because it’s the issue that the point of this page, and not running down every thing he says or does.

He is against a lot of the things that our communist controlled government we’re heading will always try to control the people with the its greed and its all becoming insurmountable and defines all common sense. Now we need “Chips” in our body’s so they will know what were up to and where we heading etc., but what if our information and number gets in the wrong hands i.e. Were not even sure of who is going to rule and if he/she get in and does our president really have any power anymore? Can you impeach anyone? Back to my point this TV hose has a problem with grains.

No grains and no breads products of any kind. It might have fungus in it or mold in it i.e., in which he is the earthly authority in his books on this subject. He has a bit of truth with much error. We all know that most of our food is polluted and some more than others. The more added chemicals in the box and the more refine the more it lacks in nutrition etc. We all know were going in the wrong direction (diet, weight, problems with drugs etc.) and are now try to back up and become educate and then speak up. I count on my readers “common sense” or “personal revelations” that we all have to carry on my teaching of health issues on before using for themselves. That deity or spirit that houses our body in each of us if we will listen will reveal their truths if any and it will be of simple” common sense” variety.

I don’t know why he doesn’t go back in or earth’s beginnings and its history including the scriptures and out line every time it mentions grains and read it etc. What and why is bread mentioned to be the staff of life? Yes, do buy organically grown grains if possible and fight the GMO changes that actually end up poisoning our food supply and environment.

However, did you know this know it all because he know some truth which he’s eggregated for the most part making you depend on his bible he’s selling, that his wife is dying of cancer?

Maybe she needed the fiber! Don’t be fooled…more is coming about with wheat (fibrous) and diabetes. Ship the grain? Where’s common sense.
Bonus...THIS Addendum: The secrets for the diabetic is its fiber base!

Try: Dee's Cereal (Utah)
Good for low energy, high blood pressure, diabetes, constipation, weight control and even high cholesterol. I'm going to put in the ingredients because if you don't have this cereal in your area you can by the list of ingredients (in order and figure it out by using what we herbalist do "in parts equations."
Substitute whenever if you don't have the product called for. I can actually tell you why this works as I go along to write it out.
Rolled Oats (extremely high in fiber and great for blood sugar problems). IT WORKED FOR ME. *Wheat
Cranberries (bladder and kidney) Sub.
Raisins (iron and fruit for the day)
Brown Rice (fiber)
Almonds (fat need to loose weight)
Bananas (fiber and fruit for the day)
Flax seed (weight, oil, and high in fiber)
Oat Bran (the extra fiber needed to loose weight surrounds food and pushes it through the colon. (Colon Health)
Sesame Seeds (Oil and omegas)
Sunflower Seeds (oil, omegas, and fiber)
Coconut (parasites)
Corn (all the grains and foods here are fibrous)
Garbanzo Bean (acts as a fiber and acts as a natural starch-blocker)
Millet (fiber, but it great he uses more grains than wheat, no gluten which makes it more light)
Oat Groats (fiber and insulin)
Barley (good for the blood and light flour, no gluten so it keep it light)
Spices: should be cover but is not on this package (add your own like cinnamon, cloves, etc which would double in for parasite etc. and would aid in any disease.

See how this calculated and done. Do It! this is a good product. No I don't know them or their company or get a discount etc. I put the basic formula in here because its public knowledge and I have a lot of countries that can't carry this product, however they can make it up themselves. Freeze it first because this will keep the weave out of the product and it will store longer.

1/3 cup with 1/3- 2/3 cup of water for 1-3 minutes. Cooked in juice or water. Did I say this taste like C!@P! But it works. I now put this in muffins.
This has in 1/3 cup 5 grams of fiber and 1 gram of soluble fiber, only 6 sugars, and 7 grams of protein is all we need. Everyone's getting plugged up with all that protein! The potassium is 210 and 1.5 grams of good fat (Total is 8 grams=12 %) It's ok; it takes good fat to let go of fat leveling the blood sugar slowly all day long. This takes care of a lot of supplement that someone keeps telling us we need more than what is in the natural amounts in good organically grown foods. The money people want you to think you need more and sick because you're not getting enough from the foods you eat. This may be true for some but not all and don't fall for it.

If good fibrous complex whole plant base foods don't do it, check other sources for health problem or and give it time.
By the way I forgot to let you know the 5 or 7 or maybe its 9-grain cereal in the health food stores tastes better but not formulated as healthy.
1-866-537-1290 no e-mail number from the state of Utah. Not that I'm actually trying to sell their cereal, I don't know them.
Addendum: Only on of the secret to this cereal is the "whole wheat flakes. I tried adding more oats to it to get it down better but then it didn't work for my diabetes or blood sugar. Then I remember the scripture...”

..."Wheat for man, And corn for the ox, And oats for the fowls and swine, And for all beasts of the field, And barley for all useful animals,
And for mild drinks as also other grains..." specifically, wheat God made for man and ordained for all mankind! "I've now added all, not part, whole wheat bread with only salt and honey in it and it works too.
Notice YOU’RE NOT HUNGRY!

(Don't weigh till the end of the month, you'll lose inches at first) You'll be so surprised. One or two slices with every meal and with a nighttime snack too. No soda's or fast foods...!

Gingerbread

Gingerbread (...instead of fruit cake for the holidays!)
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp ground ginger
2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cloves
½ cup butter, softened
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
1 large egg
2/3 cups molasses
2/3 cup milk
Gather all the liquids: In a large mixing bowl cream the butter and sugars together for about 3 minutes on medium speed.
While you are creaming the butter and sugars together, in a separate bowl combine, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ginger, and cinnamon. Whisk them together to fully combine. Set aside until ready to use.
Measure the milk and molasses together and set aside until ready to use. (I like to heat this mixture just a bit then stir them together.)
Once the butter and sugars are creamed together add the egg and blend thoroughly.
Alternate the dry ingredients with the milk until everything is fully incorporated.
Lightly spray a regular loaf pan with vegetable spray then dust it with flour.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and place in a 350 degree oven for about 1 hour or until a toothpick or dry spaghetti comes out clean.
Serve and enjoy.
Garnish: Cream Cheese frosting with lemon flavoring or just home made whipped cream.

WHOLE WHEAT BREAD

Whole Wheat Bread
To have a good tasting sandwich good complex organic wheat is required for bread to build it in.
This is a very basic, simple, easy one-loaf whole wheat bread recipe. It’s becoming cheaper to make it at home. It has a very full wheat flavor. Make it 100% whole wheat or try some variations such as garbanzo bean flour, however it can be any legume. Beans are supposed to be a starch blocker and can be added a couple of tablespoons. Together they’re a perfect protein or coconut flour will add in more fiber. You still have a nice whole-wheat loaf if deciding not to add in fiber depending on your flour. A coffee grinder can make a small amount of beans into powder,

1 cup very warm water if put in cold containers
2 tsp mono oil
2 tsp honey or molasses
1 tsp sea salt
2 tsp yeast (If “quick rise” ½ - 1 tsp check direction on the yeast
pkg.)
2 cups whole wheat bread flour

………………………………………………………………………………………..
*Optional for a higher rise or less yeast - use 3 tbs of gluten flour
The water shouldn’t be so hot that it will kill your yeast. If your metal or bread machine (just on knead) is cold the very warm water will cool down immediately. Then add all the liquids and the yeast and let it proof.
Slowly add in the 2 cups of flour. It may not go into a soft ball so add in a bit more flour or water till it soft balls easily. If you add in the Tbs to 1/8 cup of legume flour adjust the liquids.. (The gluten flour adds also more protein, but mostly for a high rise and is very optional) (Chickpeas have a very corn meal rough flavor I prefer.)

If you put the dough into bread machine set it only on “dough” so it will knead it thoroughly, but don’t cook breads in Teflon machines. (Teflon causes cancer and tumors in rats, and these companies are supposed to take them off the market.) No aluminum pans if possible.

If you don’t have a bread machine don’t worry, just let it rise. This is enough time that will allow the water to get into the wheat, germ and legumes. Cover after mixing letting it rise in a warm place then punch down. Next, pan it and let it rise to the level you desire and bake at 350
for ½ hour. I’m aware some just put the bread in loaf pans after the mixing of all ingredients, and of course depending on the yeast being used. However, this step is mostly for those who don’t want to knead the dough and may not proof the yeast enough with whole wheat flours.

Variation: Double the recipe for 2 loaves. If you add in cracked wheat it
must sit in hot liquid for a least one hour then drained. If you desire
something other than a bread pan or the round compact ball (make x on top)
on cookie sheet, etc. then try a large Campbell Soup can. The timing is
different; it will sound hollower when thumping the top when done.
Completely cool and slice the round bread and roll in egg for the most
delightful French toast. Sprinkle the top with confection sugar, cinnamon
or maple syrup used sparely for mostly flavor it gives. It also makes cute
sandwiches. Don't forget you can add in rosemary or other herbs and
sunflower seeds are fun for a nice topping.

WHOLE WHEAT TORTILLAS

Wheat Tortillas (No yeast products are best if trying to loose weight.)
You can always embellish from simple basic recipes, which are always the best. Whole Wheat Tortillas cost so much in the grocery stores these day and are not keeping up with popular demands from consumers. It may be easier to make them up and store them either in dough balls or cooked up then store in the refrigerator in a plastic container so not to dry them out. Or reserved this recipe on hand in bad times. Plus they taste better-made fresh. Tortillas can’t be store long but can last though out the week if made ahead of time.

Tortillas
4 cups Flour (A BIT LESS IF ALL W/W)
1 tbs. Salt
½ tbs. Shortening (or equivalent)
2 cups hot water

Mix flour, salt, shortening and mix thoroughly like pie dough. Add hot water slowly to right texture then knead into small balls. If you use whole-wheat flour add either less flour or a bit more water. Set dough aside a while getting water into the wheat germ, brand, and gluten which is not required IF using white flour. Small rolling pins (size of broom sticks) are best to roll out the tortillas with then fry.
