Think Again About Stevia

I really have used, a lot of stevia, in all forms. I stopped when I noticed my major lung problem stopped when I didn't have my daily diet drink that Coke came out with. So then I began to look up the side effect. I noticed I needed more calcium, had heart problems and made my asthma worse with attacks at night. I stopper and I'm getting so much better. If you have some of the cautions in this post stop till symptoms are gone. Take more and see if it returns. I won't do that I had sever renal failure.
Leaves of the stevia plant used to make a sugar substitute.

RE: Credit: Stevia plant and powder via Shutterstock (Remember in a bleached powder form it is a chemical, not a natural product anymore.)
Stevia is perhaps unique among food ingredients because it's most valued for what it doesn't do. It doesn't add calories. Unlike other sugar substitutes, stevia is derived from a plant.
The stevia plant is part of the Asteraceae family, related to the daisy and ragweed. Several stevia species called "candyleaf" are native to New Mexico, Arizona and Texas.
But the prized species, Stevia rebaudiana (Bertoni), grows in Paraguay and Brazil, where people have used leaves from the stevia bush to sweeten food for hundreds of years. In traditional medicine in these regions, stevia also served as a treatment for burns, colic, stomach problems and sometimes as a contraceptive.

Today, stevia is part of the sugar substitute market.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture estimates Americans added more sugar to their diet every year since the 1970s until 2000. When Americans dropped the added sugar, they turned to sugar like extracts. The sugar substitute market was estimated to be worth $10.5 billion in 2012, according an analysis by Markets and Markets research firm.
And the market may be growing. Just 18 percent of U.S. adults used low- or no-calorie sweeteners in 2000. Now, 24 percent of adults and 12 percent of children use the sugar substitutes, according to a 2012 review in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. [9 Snack Foods: Healthy or Not?]
Does stevia work?
Stevia has no calories, but it is 200 times sweeter than sugar in the same concentration. Other studies suggest stevia might have extra health benefits.
"Available research is promising for the use of stevia in hypertension," said Catherine Ulbricht, senior pharmacist at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston and co-founder of Natural Standard Research Collaboration, which reviews evidence on herbs and supplements. Ulbricht said Natural Standard gave stevia a "grade B for efficacy" in lowering blood pressure. Other studies suggest stevia could benefit people with Type 2 diabetes, but Ulbricht says more research is needed.
A no-calorie source of sweetness is an obvious diet solution in theory. But a few studies show that replacing sugar with artificial or low-calorie sweeteners may not ultimately lead to weight loss in real life.
A 2004 study in rats found low-calorie sweeteners led the animals to overeat, possibly because of a mismatch between the perceived sweetness and the expected calories from sugar, according to the paper in the International Journal of Obesity and Related Metabolic Disorders.

The author of that study later argued that people who use artificial sweeteners may suffer health problems associated with excess sugar, including metabolic syndrome, which can be a precursor to diabetes.
"A number of studies suggest people who regularly consume ASB [artificially sweetened beverages] are at increased risk compared with those that do not consume ASB," Dr. Susan E. Swithers said in a 2013 opinion letter in the journal Trends in Endocrinology and Metabolism.
Yet there is also evidence that stevia does nothing to change eating habits or hurt metabolism in the short term. A 2010 study in the journal Appetite tested several artificial sweeteners against sugar and each other in 19 lean people and 12 obese people.
The study found people did not overeat after consuming a meal made with stevia instead of sugar. Their blood sugar was lower after a meal made with stevia than after eating a meal with sugar, and eating food with stevia resulted in lower insulin levels than eating either sucrose and aspartame.
The question of whether stevia is safe to consume largely depends on what someone means by "stevia." The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has not approved stevia leaves or "crude stevia extracts" for use as food additives. Studies on stevia in those forms raise concerns about the control of blood sugar and effects on the reproductive, cardiovascular, and renal systems, the FDA warns.
However, the FDA has allowed companies to use an isolated chemical from stevia as food additive, calling the chemical "generally recognized as safe." Now, products such as Truvia and others have the legal go-ahead to use Rebaudioside A, which is also found in stevia, in their no-calorie sweeteners. (now white, bleach and is a chemical- never use bTruvia )
But there are some health concerns surrounding the stevia plant. Stevia may cause low blood pressure, which would be of concern to some taking blood pressure medications.
"Caution is advised when using medications that may also lower blood sugar. People taking insulin or drugs for diabetes by mouth should be monitored closely by a qualified health care professional, including a pharmacist," Ulbricht said.
Stevia may also interact with anti-fungals, anti-inflammatories, anti-microbials, anti-cancer drugs, anti-virals, appetite suppressants, calcium channel blockers, cholesterol-lowering drugs, drugs that increase urination, fertility agents and other medications, Ulbricht said. People should talk with their doctor before deciding to take stevia in large amounts, she said.

Hormone Herbs

What are female hormonal herbs. Their so much fake, synthetic, man made carbon herbs (remakes into drugs.) Organic News needed a to post other alternatives. I don't do homework on all these types of herbs God gave plenty of these species and others in each area of the world. Here are the few that I'm familiar with. The new synthetic birth control pill (estrogen's) will have a day of recking...and on females who believe in using them. It effects us all, the waters are being polluted by people who use them. It's a wonder that any female today can even get pregnant with the birth control pill, estrogen's i.e that nothing can clean up the water environment. Reports on De-sexed fish and that has carried onto other freaky animals should make humans relies that could carry on to them also. http://earthsorganicnews.blogspot.com/2009/12/women-female-problem.html Other, reports are in my blog post of: Roosters Politics and a good book called, "Your Fertility Signals by Merryl Winstein", or another, (How to Achieve or Avoid Pregnancy Naturally)

  • Vine
  • Tansy (Bitter)
  • European Penny royal, American Penny royal (Squaw Mint) Horse Mint
  • Blessed Thistle (Holy Thistle)
  • False & True Unicorn Root
  • Cramp Bark
  • Chaste Berry (Great for breast enlargement of any kind, take before periods) PMS symptoms
  • Black or Blue Cohosh *Black Cosh (Most will known, if take too much a headache will accrue. Adjust, cut back, but faithfully use as your replacement hormone drug every day. (Estrogen influences 16 mg daily for some, depends on weight and condition of female. Some are lacking in estrogen's and may need more or even less.) Fibromyalgia muscle pain, this and Emmenagogue herbs effect the nervous system.
  • Rue
  • Mother wort
  • Rag Wort
  • Squaw Vine
  • Southern wood
  • *Wild Yam (Book available on birth control in HFS) This is an herb largely researched by Washington who made his wife pill for her female problems then turned around and manufactured it to pharmacy company's synthetically.
These are a few more of the healing are called Emmenagogue Herbs. Some are abortive, menstrual, menopause's, extra bleeding, birthing, i.e. problems and used at the wrong times can be fatal, so do your own research before using. Some are hormone replacement and you need to do more research. The key word to do more research more is Emmenagogue herbs...in the Herbalist area.
This particular formula will stop excess bleeding and is one of the best formulas. Great for menopause problems or to get pregnant after used to clear they female system of its debris or toxins.
http://www.mynaturalmarket.com/dr-christopher-female-reproductive-formula-100-capsules.html Dr. Christopher has formulated this well, and beats most female formulas on the market.
Other too many to post, but are many Emmenagogues, not necessary hormonal: Aloes, Acacia, Angelica European Arrach, Asafetida Balm, Bayberry, Beet Beth Root Birhwort Bistort Bitter Root Bittersweet American , Blood Root (cancer), Brroklime, Buchu, Burnet, Button Snakeroot, Calamint, etc. Every area of the world have their own medical plants...check there first.
We have too many US manufactures like "Young Living" i.e. who go to Europe, (Rain Forest) buying exotic herbs, to sell them here so we can't buy them from other source creating a exclusive market for themselves. Creating piranha's of this herbal market. Most of the time their's one in your area that will work the same. Such as in one this category Emmenagogues plant is an Emmenagogue plant not that it matters where it comes from or the particular botany name.
All herbs are parasitic in nature if in organic form will make a more potent and powerful medicine. IF not started OUT in a hybrid seed or plant.

MORNING AFTER PILL IS NOT AN ABORTION

The morning after pill is in the news today CNN NEWS ; "A federal judge in Brooklyn, New York, has ordered the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to make the morning-after birth control for whom some says is to "aborted a fetus's;"  It was because of this ruling this morning after birth control pill maybe available to people of any age without a prescription (over the counter without parents consent." ," said in a statement.
The key ingredient in Plan B is a synthetic hormone called levonorgestrel.
This drug stops an egg from being released from the ovary, or preventing fertilization of the egg by sperm. (So, it can't be an abortion.)

If there has been fertilization, this Plan B may prevent a fertilized egg from embedding in the uterus. But if the egg has already been implanted in the uterus, the morning-after pill will not work. So what's the problem if this is not yet a fetus other than, both male and females involved aught to strive, in the future, to be morally clean in every way; this will not the issue on the news. And, I didn't know
you can legislate morals just for the women...and not the men

These emergency contraceptives (and for rape) is intended for use within 72 hours after sex but are most effective if taken within 24 hours.  Again...What's the problem? Who's telling women what to do here...when and why?

This could result in less term-abortions, less money for lawyers, hospital, medical personal, RX makes 50.00 a pill. Some lawers, churches; the ones who have adoption agency's that will surely loose money, and too, any baby clinic's across the world who sell these young women's baby's to others would have a problem here (more dogma.). These young women's baby's are big money makers, but non goes to back their makers...you know who I mean.

So WHAT'S THE REAL PROBLEM HERE? I don't consider this an abortion issue, unless society considers that the IUD and other hormone pills are too; but a way of prevention of one. (No sense in bringing little blessing into the world at the wrong times for the wrong reasons.)

Yes, before this happens, we need to teach both men and women to be chase, however, this sins has alway happened. So lets punish those nasty woman take their babies to teach them to be chase?  We don't need, (at an egg (not yet attached i.e. stage, to bring a Little"blessing" into the world just to satisfy the over-bearing, over-zealous religious nuts as they use it to further burdening these women more. Done mostly by men who don't really know how to HONOR, a woman.  And, don't forget most women do and are using a hormone pill...too! What's the real problem here? Why not the men too?
http://www.vasectomycalgary.ca/basics.htm
Yes, I'm against most abortions, but, I never forget women's side of it. She is the pro-creator and in the end it's her discussion not the churches (church and state/law issue?)  The real issue is MONEY, POWER AND GREED...they need that egg to fertilize form a child and sell it as one of the biggest business going...give me a break!
And, too, we have too many synthetic hormone pills in our waters, even the fish are confused to weather they should fertilize the eggs or lay them. All drugs end up in our environment coming back to ruin our health causing many that want to conceive not to being able to because of  our drugged drinking water.
Addendum's

Merigold Flower Medicine (Wild Flowers)

It's an excellent time to collect Marigold flower for my medicine for the Winter and collect their seeds for spring planting. The tincture is so easy to make and so inexpensive for what you can make out of it as natural remedy's. Some ways are better in oils, then salves and I make one in ACV they buy spray bottles to give my neighbor some too. Read more benefits of this wonderful natural herb on the Web. You can't do it all on one post.
Other Names:
Caléndula, Calendula officinalis, Calendule, English Garden Marigold, Fleur de Calendule, Fleur de Tous les Mois, Garden Marigold, Gold-Bloom, Holligold, Marigold, Marybud, Pot Marigold, Souci des Champs, Souci des Jardins, Souci des Vignes, Souci Officinal, Zergul.
Calendula flower, also known as pot marigold, has been used in traditional medicine for hundreds of years. Compounds, oils, creams and tinctures of Calendula are one of the most trusted and widely used herbal remedies in an alternative practitioner's toolbox.
Calendula has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, as well as being a strong antiseptic and astringent. Calendula is used in cream to treat minor skin problems, such as rashes, diaper rash, minor burns, acne and eczema. It is considered a vulnerary agent, a substance that promotes healing. It has been used for a variety of other skin problems such as, skin ulcers and inflammation and for relieving conjunctivitis. It has been reported to be effective in fighting  fever, boils, abscesses, and recurrent vomiting.
In a salve or tincture it has and continues to be used in connection with bruises, sprains, pulled muscles, sores and more. Earaches respond well to Calendula herbal extracts, which both soothe the pain and combats infection. Calendula flower extract is wonderful when rubbed in a cream onto the face and skin, which may prevent wrinkles by stimulating the collagen production by the body. Gargling with Calendula can soothe sore throats and stop infections and the same solution can be used as a mouthwash for infected gums and other mouth problems.
The Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences says that Calendula consumed seven days before a woman's menstrual cycle may alleviate the pain of cramps. It can also relieve the discomfort associated with indigestion, colitis and menopausal symptoms. There is some evidence that Calendula flower tincture can help treat certain types of cancers like Heren's Carcinoma when used with other herbs such as Echinacea purpurea.

Calendula Flower in tincture form, taken internally, promotes healing of ailments in the digestive tract. Some report it to be effective as a treatment for recurrent vomiting. It has been used to lessen the effects of ulcers in the stomach, mouth or throat. Calendula works by stimulating the lymphatic system and by reducing swelling and cleansing of toxins in the body. Calendula flower tincture also aids the body by helping to digest food, especially food that is high in fat. Since it is a "bitter", it will soothe indigestion and heartburn, as well as stimulate the liver and gallbladder, making it useful in treating hepatitis. Calendula is thought to be a great herbal remedy for colitis, stomach cramps, diarrhea and protects the lining of the stomach and intestines by inhibiting the cause of inflammation and swelling, and by limiting the effects of the bacteria associated with gastritis, peptic ulcers and stomach cancer and works against Helicobactor pylori, a bacterium connected with peptic ulcer.

Calendula also has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial activity and the most well-known health benefits are for those dealing with skin ailments of all kinds. Unless the user is allergic to this plant there have been no reports of side-effects or drug interactions when using this medicinal herb. It is often used topically for lacerations, abrasions, boils, lesions and other infections. Calendula flower used in creams is a wonderful treatment on the face and skin as well, and may help reduce and prevent wrinkles by stimulating collagen production in the body. It can be used as a natural moisturizer and is very soothing to irritated chapped and sun-damaged skin. Calendula is also recommended for its use in treating varicose veins, chronic ulcers, capillary engorgement, and congestion.

I prefer pulverizing the dry seeds;  soak them in ACV/alcohol  for 14 days;
removing all of them; then add more for a very strong tincture then
make my salves from this concoctions. You can buy the dark spray
bottles from MH and, the herb crushr (mortar+pestile.) ...

Calendula provides one of its greatest benefits in relieving eruptive skin disorders such as shingles, and warts from viral infections. Calendula is considered to be an effective detoxifying herb that can help with the toxicity associated with many severe fevers and infections. The fungicidal properties found in Calendula flower extract, make it a popular antiseptic herbal remedy. The astringent qualities help the capillaries function better; thus accelerating the treatment of physical wounds, cuts, abrasions, insect bites, muscle pains, bruises, varicose veins and other inflammatory disorders of the body.
Calendula also helps alleviate skin infections such as, fungi, ringworm, athlete's foot and thrush. Calendula extract is gentle enough for babies use to ease cradle cap, diaper rash and nursing mother's sore nipples. It has been used effectively in a Spitz bath for genital inflammations or hemorrhoids.
It has been recommended as a use in an ointment for first-degree burns and sunburns. It has healthy influences on oily skin and normalizes the activity of the sebaceous glands and is useful for oily hair as well as, reducing dandruff. This plant has strong natural antibacterial properties that work against some pathogens particularly streptococci and staphylococcus.

Calendula is often recommended for the treatment for ear infections. Studies have shown Calendula flower extracts offer as much pain relief for ear infection as some non-herbal eardrops. Earaches often respond well to a Calendula treatment which both eases the pain and combats infection. A few drops in the ear are a common and often effective treatment.

Not only is this herb considered a vulnerary, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory, but it is also useful as an emmenagogue, both regulating and balancing painful and irregular menstrual cycles. Of all the marigold benefits, this is perhaps the most interesting, as the flower blooms on a monthly basis. This tincture can also be an excellent herb for treating anemia.

Calendula's high molecular weight polysaccharides stimulate the immune system activity and has been researched and was determined to have some potential therapeutic activity against the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV-1) in vitro, and reduced HIV transcriptase in a dose and time-dependent manner.

More recently scientists have investigated Calendula tincture for possible anti-cancer and antiviral actions this herb may possess. The most recent studies involving marigold seek to isolate its role and there has been some evidence that Calendula flower can help treat some forms of cancers like Heren's carcinoma. Researchers from Universidad de Granada, Spain demonstrated its effects on tumor cell lines derived from leukemias, melanomas, fibrosarcomas, breast, prostate, cervix, lung, pancreas and colorectal cancers. The inhibition of these cancer cells ranged from 70% to 100%. Also tests suggested Calendula may help prevent dermatitis in breast cancer patients during radiation. In one small study of about 250 women undergoing radiation therapy after surgery for breast cancer, commercial Calendula ointment reduced the amount of skin irritation better than another commonly used commercial preparation. Women who used Calendula ointment also reported less pain from radiation.

Ingredients: Calendula flower, Distilled Water, 20% Alcohol or, (ACV will not store as long.)

Instructions: The suggested dosage is 6-12 drops in juice, water or under the tongue or as desired. May be taken three times daily. Store in a cool dark place. Keep out of reach of children.

Since I'm from Oregon: I buy from this company and they ship me anything I need. They will tell you how to make it and use it. I'm now gathering the seeds and making a tincture for the winter in ACV. They're many ways to store herbs in a medicine like my grandparents (N. American Indians). Here is a good local company to learn how to make some folk medicine. http://mountainroseblog.com/healing-calendula/ Oregon has lava soil, + gobs of vegetation with its natural composting for the best crop. They have lots of organic soil and, no spray to its herbs grown mostly from the wild.
Calendula flower, aka Marigold flower, (Calendula officinalis)

This medicinal oil is simple to prepare and has so many uses. The gentle, soothing, and healing oil is perfect for cradle cap, diaper rash, chapped or chafed skin, bruises, and sore or inflamed muscles. The oil can be used alone, or incorporated into salves, massage oils, lip balms, ointments, creams, and lotions.
Basic: Organic Olive oil or, add to coconut oil i.e.
Organic Calendula flowers

1. Place Calendula flowers in a clean, dry glass jar. If using fresh Calendula, wilt for 12 hours to remove most of the moisture (too much moisture will cause the oil to go rancid) before adding to the jar. Pour olive oil into the jar, making sure to cover the flowers by at least 1" of oil so they will have space to expand. Stir well and cap the jar tightly.
2. Place the jar in a warm, sunny windowsill and shake once or more per day.
3. After 4-6 weeks, strain the herbs out using cheesecloth. Pour the infused oil into glass bottles and store in a cool dark place.

Post notes: EAT THE FLOWERS
Marigolds) The petals work well in cooked and fresh dishes. Calendula is also used as a saffron substitute because of its colour. The yellow or orange petals will colour and flavour foods when chopped and sautéed.

STD'S IS RISKY IF SHAVING PUBIC AREA'S

NEW research suggests shaving your pubic hair may actually increase your risk of contracting a sexually transmitted disease (STD) known as molluscum contagiosum. Where your bear you are too venerable to other diseases, so you may want to re-think about shaving.

STDS BY SHAVING THE PUBIC AREA, IS IT WORTH IT ?

The Independent:
"As director of the health centre at Western University in Washington State, US, she has seen the consequences. 'Pubic hair removal naturally irritates and inflames the hair follicles, leaving microscopic open wounds. Frequent hair removal is necessary to stay smooth, causing regular irritation of the shaved or waxed area. When that is combined with the warm, moist environment of the genitals, it becomes a happy culture media for some of the nastiest bacterial pathogens.'...
In her practice it is not unusual to find patients with boils and abscesses on their genitals from shaving as well as cellulitis, an infection of the scrotum, labia or penis from shaving or from having sex with someone infected. Herpes is also an increased risk 'due to the microscopic wounds being exposed to virus carried by mouth or genitals.' 'It follows that there may be vulnerability to the spread of other sexually transmitted diseases as well,' ' she says.

Hair grows naturally for a reason...but it's your choice. This post might help you make a healthier choice and work more with nature naturally.

YEAST INFECTION REMEDIES

THIS IS A HANDY PAGE TO HAVE ON HAND AND GIVE TO YOUR FEMALE/MALE CHILDREN TO USE WHEN THEY NEED IT. NOT ALL OF US HAVE MONEY TO GO TO THE DOCTORS AND MONEY FOR EXPENSIVE MEDICATION. IF NONE OF THESE SUGGESTION WORK THEN BY ALL MEAN GO.
Let me say this post is worth printing and giving to daughter i.e.. Next let me say the best remedy is this 1 teaspoon baking soda in a glass of water will remove the urge to go all the time which comes with yeast infections.
The number one remedy is changing the diet that’s feeding the yeast or any other parasites. See the “mild food (plant base diet)” page for a plant base diet. Stay off anti biotics , and be more careful in your hygiene. Chicken is full of  resistants'  antibiotic's and can harm your health.
Men can pass yeast to women and women to men. Yes, men have yeast. It settles in their prostates. When one partner has yeast be sure your wise enough to treat the other mate. Hormones are a big factor in yeast growth, weather taking hormone pills or taking insulin that is a growth hormone. You may have to take a parasite herb continually if you are on these two products. (Aloe Vera, yogurt tables (probiotic’s, therapy, i.e.) this infection affects the young, old and pregnant women because of the hormone factors. The seniors it affects mostly because of the build up of drugs and bad eating habits over the years. Even poor dental health can be a factor. See: “Parasite” page for more ways to treat yeast continually. The most popular drug that is used, Diflucan, Fluconazol, another generic name for Nystatin, but these drugs don’t keep the yeast away, your diet will work better. No sugar or process food this will only feed the yeast!
A little knowledge simply doesn't work: The probiotic need to be quality and at least 10 different strain, for the lower and upper colon, live bacteria, and about 10 different strains, 15 billions in one serving. Their are 1,000 different strains that live in a normal gut. Buy a delayed release brand. See: Brenda Watson Book PBS (If you eat animal protein you ll nee more probiotic, fiber, ACV.) THE ROAD TO PERFECT HEALTH (GUT).
Do-it-yourself popular treatments
1. Apples Cider Vinegar with garlic - 1 Tbs. Per qt. water (Vinegar pill are good up the vagina) Baking soda in your water will also work and amazingly well. pH)
Suppositories can be made of organic wax. Use tea tree oil, acidophilus, (yogurt with active cultures) and tampons dipped in the yogurt inserted into vagina for 1 hr. or so (2 a day for two days or overnight.
2. Coconut oil, Jojoba oil, Oregano Oil, deluded of course,(best organic source), Boric acid (oo capsules) use as a suppository every night for week. Potassium sorbate (food preserver), Gentian Violet (our family favorite called it the purple people eater) order it from your pharmacist. It great for baby's thrush. Violet herb also, we called it the purple people eater after the song. You paint it on the babies tongue. And it very purple so doesn’t go any place as it clings to the yeast. Throw baby bottle nipples away and start over or you will re infect.
3. The herb men like is Pau D'Arco (inner bark) in a base of pure vegetable glyerin for treating bacterial and yeast infections and fungi. (Men have yeast! so use the same remedies.)
4. Inhibit bacteria from clinging to the lining walls anywhere. Hydrogen Peroxide 1 t. 30 % h. p. with 1 c. water, douche one a day until symptoms disappear.
5. Tea Tree oil douche 1 tsp. with 1 tsp. isopropyl (rubbing alcohol), which will turn milky. Store in dropper bottle. 10 drops to 1 pt. water. Once a day for a week.
6. Turmic, Cinnamon 1 gram a day for 30 days, cloves, Curry (curium), i.e. (all are anti fungals, especially if organically grown) see "parasite "page) GMO spices have at least 1/2 of the parasites propeties remove.)
Note for Diabetics:
7. Are you a diabetic and prone to yeast infections? Please read your instructional information under "product description “on your bottle of insulin. (Novolin) This human insulin is produced by recombinant DNA technology utilizing Saccharomyces cerevislas (bakers' yeast) as the production organism." Now, do you know why you're carrying a continual yeast problems? Men get this too, building up in their testicles, resulting in later impotence, and sometimes cancer. IF USING INSULIN'S (DIABETES), ANTIBIOTIC'S USE PROBIOTICS.

8. Men stay away from beer too...It's a yeast producing beverage as well as other alcoholic drinks. I'm not going to educate a re-run here. Wean off insulin...safely by changing the diet first then the insulin will down naturally.)...see the “Diabetic”, “Mild Food” and “Sugar”.
Theirs many drugs that encourage production of yeast. Read your direction on everything.
9. *Herbal douche: Equal parts Sage Comfrey leaf or raspberry (mullein if you have it) 1/4 Golden seal root. Use 4 Tbs. formula to 1 qt. boiling water. Steep 20 min. cool and strain. (Can add to 2 Tbs. cider vinegar and add 1 Tbs. acidophilus powder or to yogurt. use daily until it disappears).
10.*Acidic Douches for mild infections, 2 Tbs. vinegar with 1/2 lemon per quart of water.  (Drink Lemon water to bring the body pH bal back in line also, it will give you energy to fight off infections.)
...................................................
Here are more ideas I mostly found on the web:
" In case you want to escalate to the more powerful fungicides available over the counter in most pharmacies.
Remedies listed below are in no particular order, except that the more common ones are towards the top of the list. These treatments should clear up most candida infections; do feel free to combine 2 or 3 of them if you think you need it.
http://www.brillomag.net/Yogurt is the #1 choice of do-it-yourselfers everywhere, and is so common that even some professional medical types recommend it. Yogurt contains Lactobacillus acidophilus, a bacterium that also happens to be found in healthy vagina's. Acidophilus kills yeast by producing hydrogen peroxide. Most women-using yogurt to treat a yeast infection simply applies it directly to the vulva and gently injects some into the vagina by any means necessary. But how to get in there? Here’s a method suggested by one reader: put the yogurt in plastic tampon applicators and freeze them, and then you've got little yogurt-sickles to use next time you get a yeast infection. She says, "It is really cold, of course, inserting the tampon, but I find it actually soothing compared to the fires of a damn yeast infection."
*Another reader who has access to disposable gloves says she fills the fingers with yogurt and freezes them to make her yogurt -sickles. (Given that freeze-dried acidophilus tablets are available in health food stores, I’m guessing acidophilus can survive being made into a Popsicle.) Other people use syringes (with no needle!) to squirt it up there. However you do it, be sure to use plain, unflavored yogurt with no added sugar, and be double sure that it contains live acidophilus cultures (available in natural foods stores and many supermarkets). Apply once or twice a day until at least a day after your symptoms clear up. Another possibility is to insert acidophilus pills from your local supermarket or health food store (look in the refrigerated section); check and make sure the capsule is made of something soft enough to melt inside you. It appears that you may be able to get some of the same effects by eating a lot of yogurt, the idea being that some of the acidophilus will make it through your digestive system and then crawl from your anus over to where you want them, i.e., in your vagina.
Also, if you are the parent of a young child with a yeast infection and don't want to try suppositories or strong drugs, this may be your best option. Unfortunately, the production of dairy products is a definite downer from the cow's point of view, given today's factory farming methods. If you are a vegan, you may want to think about getting some of the same benefits by using acidophilus pills from a natural foods store. You can easily open up the capsules and powder your vulva with the contents, or you can mix with water and then squirt it inside or dip a tampon in it and use it that way. I bet this delivers far more acidophilus than you would get from applying yogurt. I don't know if this is really such a great solution, though: I don't know where this acidophilus comes from (how vegan is it?), and the capsules used by most companies contain gelatin, which is an animal product. Vegan is coming into popularity thanks to our youth, so ideas and things are changing. More variety in the market now.
12. http://www.gourmetgarlicgardens.com/ericblok.htmGarlic contains natural ant fungal substances that kill off yeast. It’s my favorite home remedy for yeast infections; I always try it first, and it usually does the trick. Find yourself a fresh clove of garlic and carefully peel all the papery skin off it. Next, make a little tampon thing by wrapping it in gauze or cheesecloth, tying the ends with un-waxed dental floss, and leaving a bit of string dangling so you'll be able to pull it out afterward. Now, believe it or not, insert it into your vagina. Don’t worry about losing it up there, because of course it can't get through your cervix. Leave it in for several hours at a time, like overnight, and be sure to remove it in the morning. For early or mild infections, night time treatments may be enough; try several nights in a row, until one day after the symptoms disappear. If your infection is more severe, put a fresh clove in every morning and every night. (I find the dry gauze painful to insert, and unnecessary. I have found that an unwrapped clove shoved up there will eventually work its way out, and even if it doesn't just fall out it can usually be expelled by bearing down and squeezing like you are trying to take a bowel movement. But don't try this unless you are willing to face the possibility of asking a friend or doctor to retrieve it later!) Most sources say to be careful not to nick the clove as you are peeling it, maybe because the juice stings some people, but I don't know anyone who has had a problem with that. If this makes you nervous, you could also try the garlic capsules that are sold as a dietary supplement in many health food stores, but be sure to get the kind with a soft coating that will dissolve inside you with the heat of you body. Either way, it's fun to try: . The downsides are that it's a fairly moderate treatment and won't work by itself for some really stubborn infections, and that a few people are allergic to garlic and can't go shoving it in their orifices without getting really sick.”
13. Tea tree oil is available in the US at many natural foods stores. A terrifically helpful woman wrote to tell me that in Italy, tea tree oil is widely used for yeast infections. She said that her pharmacist told her to coat the top half of a non-applicator type tampon with a lubricant (such as K.Y. jelly, even olive oil, coconut butter), then apply a few drops of pure tea tree oil and insert. The lubricant keeps the tea tree oil from absorbing into the tampon. She also said that she finds that the tea tree oil can sting if it comes in contact with the vulva, so she uses an applicator tampon, by just lifting off the top part of the applicator to expose the tampon, applying the K.Y. jelly and tea tree oil, and putting the tampon back into the applicator. What a great idea!
Tea tree oil is an effective anti-yeast treatment and can be used straight (see above), but needs to be highly diluted to use as a douche. Make a stock solution by combining 1-teaspoon tea tree oil with 1-teaspoon isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol, which should turn milky white. Store in a dropper bottle. Make a douche by adding 10 drops of the stock solution to a pint of water, and use once a day for a week.
14. “Boric acid is a great remedy for a cockroach-ridden apartment, and it turns out to kill yeasty pests, too. Amazing. The idea is load up some size 00 capsules from a pharmacy or natural foods store with boric acid to use as suppositories*; the heat and moisture in your vagina will melt the capsules and release the boric acid. Insert 2 capsules filled with boric acid, about 600 mg total, into your vagina every night for a week. (To be extra sure, continue this treatment twice a week for the next 3 weeks.) This is a pretty strong treatment, and is capable of effectively treating even severe or persistent yeast infections. Some women find that the boric acid causes some superficial burning and discomfort for the first few days, and may cause large amounts of vaginal discharge. Discontinue use if the burning is severe or use petroleum jelly first.
15 “ Potassium sorbate" is a potent fungicide that is widely used in preserving foods, and is often used in brewing beer to stop the growth of the yeast at the correct time. Potassium sorbate is therefore available at places that sell home-brewing supplies, and at some natural foods stores. To use it, make a 3% solution by adding 8 gm (about 1 tablespoon) potassium sorbate to a cup of water. The idea is to dip a cotton tampon in the solution, insert it at bedtime, remove it in the morning, and continue this treatment for a few days until the symptoms are gone. For the life of me, I can't figure out how you'd get a soaking-wet, expanded tampon into a vagina, so I’ve never tried it. Maybe if you used a tampon in one of those horrible plastic applicators you could manage it. Another idea, suggested to me by a doctor friend, is to insert a dry tampon and then squirt a bunch of the solution up afterward, so the tampon will absorb the fluid and hold it in place. Sounds like it should work... ( a chemical supply co. may have some too and stock up there)
15. “ Gentian violet is a traditional remedy for yeast and other infections that pre-dates most modern anti-fungals and antibiotics. It used to be carried in pharmacies; some still have it, usually in the same section as iodine, and some friendly pharmacists will order it for you if you ask. The idea is to swab it all over the vulva and up into the vagina once or twice a day for a few days. Wear black clothes or use thick pads, because the stuff is brilliant purple and stains everything it touches.
16. “Cranberries are often used in treating urinary tract infections, which apparently works because the berries contain substances that inhibit bacteria from clinging to the walls of your urinary tract. It may be more for a preventive medicine for others.
Cranberries also lower the pH of your urine, which may be useful in helping combat yeast infections, since the acidic urine passes over some of your infected parts on its way out. As such, it's a pretty mild remedy, which is great if you think you may be coming down with a yeast infection: for more serious infections, it can be used in combination with other remedies. Because I can't handle the extreme sourness of the unsweetened juice, I often take small handfuls of cranberry pills (available in natural foods stores), or just dried cranberries during the entire course of a yeast infection as a supplement to other home remedies."
16. *Water: Be sure to drink lots of liquids, and use a kidney herb to keep the urine flow going. A good time to eat Mellon and lemons i.e...This is very very important.” The dilution of the poisons is a key here. (Celery Seeds for diuretic)
..............
Douches
Although douching is generally a bad idea when you are healthy, there are many effective home remedies for yeast infections that involve douching. Be careful when douching to keep the bag below your pelvis and to exert only slight pressure, as really strong pressure might drive the solution up through the cervix into the uterus. Also, be careful when inserting and removing the nozzle, as damage to the vaginal walls can lead to more serious yeast or bacterial infections. They now have cute ready made one in your pharmacy that I throw away their solutions and do my own. (Just a thought, in third world countries where they don't have much they are advised by health missionaries to use 1 tsp clorox to quart of water and douch.)
17. Hydrogen peroxide is produced naturally by bacteria in your vagina, and kills yeast. If the bacteria aren't doing enough by themselves, try mixing 1 teaspoon of ordinary 3% hydrogen peroxide from your market or pharmacy with 1 cup of water. Use as a douche once a day until the day your symptoms disappear.
FORMULA; http://www.herbmed.org/Herbaldouche: this one's a little complicated, but apparently worth the trouble. Combine equal parts sage, raspberry or comfrey leaf and mullein (optional), with 1/4 part Goldenseal root. Then make a tea using 4 tablespoons of the herb mixture and a quart of boiling water. Steep for 15-20 minutes, remove the herbs, and let cool to at least body temperature. Then add 2 tablespoons cider vinegar, and if you want to really go all-out, add 1 tablespoon acidophilus powder or ¼ cup yogurt for milder infections, douche every other day until a day after symptoms disappear; for more severe infections, use daily.
17. Acidic douches restore the natural pH of the vagina, which is relatively inhospitable to yeast. Try making a solution with 2 tablespoon of white or cider vinegar, or the juice of half a lemon, or 1-teaspoon vitamin C, per quart of water. Use every day to treat mild infections, or in combinations with other treatments for more severe infections.
Temporary Itch Relief; Besides AZO over the counter herbs: To relieve vulva itching, try making a paste of Slippery Elm powder and a little water, and then apply as needed. Another option is to keep Aloe Vera juice in the fridge, and then soak a cotton pad in it and apply it to your vulva as needed. Slippery Elm or Aloe will only relieve itching, though, and won't kill yeast, so they must be combined with an ant fungal treatment to really stop the problem. Use Aloe Vera tablets or/and yogurt tables every day if you’re prone to yeast infections. Golden Seal Root made into a suave will stop itching. Diabetic heal slowly (skin wounds) because of the decreased collagen. Also note Aloe gel is shown to enhance wound healing in a study experimented on induced skin wounds in diabetic rats enhancing the wound healing.(Science New)
18. Doug Kaufmanns book on yeast is one of the best. Infectious Diabetes and I can’t remember the others. “The Fungus Link”  He suggest Olive Leaf Extract 500 mg daily increasing to 2,000 mg., which is 2 grams. I’m just trying to point out it seems to take a lot to eradicate yeast from herbs. And you have to be faithful everyday to taking herbs with lot lots of water with any yeast infection. I like to rotate diffrent parasital herbs too.

Golden rule: DILUTE THE POISON! Really, does a man know about "female" problems? Get real! He reads the yeast information of women than passes it as his with a bill for the office visit and his book. The younger they are the more hilarious they are.
See: http://www.p-73.com/ for Dr. Cass Ingram’s work in this area with Mt. Wild Oregano Oil. I really like some of this man’s work so I will refer his book to get the correct dosage. Although If you just dab a bit of the oil (diluted, or wipe of some on the tip of your finger and put it about the vulva, it works) Many herbs work on the outside especially on or in orifices. (patches, gauze, cotton balls, i.e!!!) but you need to get rid of the yeast inside too for about 7-14 days faithfully)

Homemade Yogurt recipe is 3 tbs. to 1-quart milk. Use 3 tbs. of a good start by using the best culture in a commercial yogurt (Kefir or Mountain-High i.e.) Stir, then pour into a glass container and cover. 1 quart Mason jar or smaller and place the jars in warm water that are continually kept at 110-115 degrees for 3 hours. Keeping the correct temperature will make a difference in taste. H.F.S. have yogurt makers. This recipe may come in handy.
They say you'll need 15 billion orgasms, (1 billion to each 10 different strains per serving) to be an effective antibiotics for at least 10 - 15 days. www.SwansonVitamins.com has one, but it's not timed, however the vegetarian's a plus. Men who do rear-entry-sex maybe doing more harm; it can lead to impotence, yeast and parasites from leakage in your partners bowel, and give poison toxin, (cancer) to you. I've smelled pooh on men's breath too.  God only know what they've done. For health sakes avoid them as life partners.

Natural Birth Control

Natural Birth Control Methods:
The natural monthly clear mucus from the cervix is a method showing when women are fertile. (Showing A sign of women in heat) This method involves tracking changes in the amount and texture of your vaginal discharge, this is the mucus that forms around your cervix. Those changes reflect the rising level of estrogen in your body. For the first few days after your period, you may have no discharge at all. Then you'll notice cloudy, tacky mucus as your estrogen starts to rise. When the discharge starts to increase in volume and becomes clear and stringy like raw egg white, you'll know that ovulation is near. Then a return to either tacky, cloudy mucus or no discharge means that ovulation has passed. You should avoid intercourse from the day you first notice the discharge until four days after it's gone back to normal or disappeared. A vaginal infection or the use of vaginal products like douches or medication can produce changes in your cervical mucus and throw off the pattern. When used — correctly and consistently — in conjunction with the temperature method, the mucus method can be 98 percent effective at preventing pregnancy.
Calendar Method
If you decide to use this natural method of birth control, you'll first need to keep track of how long your cycle’s lasts over the course of a year. Count the number of days from the day you start menstruating to the day before your next period. (The first day of your period is always the first day of your cycle.) Then, to determine the first day of the cycle on which you might be fertile, subtract 18 from the number of days in your shortest cycle during the past year. To identify the day on which you can start having sex again, subtract 10 from the number of days in your longest cycle. If your cycles last between 26 and 29 days, for example, you'll have to avoid intercourse from day 8 through day 18 of each cycle. In truth, the calendar method doesn't work very well for most couples when used on its own; overall, it has about a 75 percent success rate.
Herbal Birth Control
Here are only a few herbal; Red Clover, another is Neem used for too. Neem oil can produce temporary sterility, and implantation (this testing done on rats). Mustard (is an old one???)
QAL or Queen’s Ann's Lace Seeds, (wild carrot) can be used as an emergency birth control and used daily contraceptive implantation inhibitor.
Pomegranate fruit, (pumica seeds) was used by ancient women. Even a silver dollar inside the cervix killed sperm which "lady's of the night" used way back in time.
Ritin 500 mg daily
Don't use every day...bitter Apricot kernels (is also a parasitic herb), Cotton Rt. Bark, Rue etc, and Vitamin C is listed too. I mention Vitamin C only because you may be trying to get pregnant and are using this vitamin. Watch out for anti fungi herbs if trying to become pregnant because these herbs don't know the difference between sperm and worms. Chanca Piedra (Phllanthus niruri) is an example.
Others are: Smartweed Leaves (polygonum hydropiper) and many others that may cause abortions and are listed as birth controls. (Very misleading, most of them have some very strong natural hormones and will serve in both areas) Being wise is being educated on the properties of all herbs. Research at least three places before using any herb in this area. Preventing, and aborting are two different issues. I list this herb, Smartweed, because it is known as a birth control, but it like others are deceiving in their nature. I will not cover the abortion herbs in my blog. Just enough to educate an alarm to be careful and not just read one article on any natural birth control on the web. This herb does cause an implantation and/or missed period.
Another herb to be cautious of is Mandrake. It can actually cause malformation of the fetus. It's a very good herb in its place but, never with women who are fertile, even in a any herbal formula.
I has two girls and while pregnant I used mandrake laxative. One had an extra front tooth and the other had an extra finger on both hands. I still worry if that's all. I discovered the problem much later when reading the Indian Herbalogy Dictionary Book and I immediately knew what had happened. I had used an herbal laxative called "inner-clean" at that time it had mandrake in its formula with both pregnancies. Herb and drugs can and most will inter fer with birth control. (An anti biotic is a parasite or any strong parasitic herb.)
I can't vouch for any of these herbs effectiveness or safety for individuals. I do encourage you to do your own research on anything I write about any herb. The most I can do is lead the reader where to do more research, and where to start looking.
*Black or blue Cohosh i.e.

*Wild Yam Root is said to be a good birth control method? I wouldn't trust it from what I have read. It is used when going through menopause as a natural remedy. Before marriage you have to be on Wild Yam a month or two as well as any other herb. Their are books on this method in HFS. (BIRTH CONTROL WITHOUT FEAR "WILD YAM" BY WILLA SHAFFER. Woodland publishing Box 322, Bay City, Texas 77414)
Yeast: Oil of Oregano extract taken in high doses, mg., until yeast disappears. The quality of the Oregano will make a difference in getting ride of yeast problems. It takes a long faithful regiment in the treatment of yeast. Change your diet and review the "Parasite posts."
There’s are too many to list any more the gut needs to remain at a normal body temperature so not to eradicate its effect. Yogurt tablets 1 billion each-per 10 different strain/ bacillus es.
http://www.mynaturalmarket.com/dr-christopher-female-reproductive-formula-100-capsules.html are good for the "change"...menopause.
DON'T USE WEAK HERBAL...USE ORGANIC ONE THAT HAVE MORE POWER AND ENERGY...
Their are many books on the subject

Male, Female, Fertility Herbal Remedies

Female and Male Page Concerning Fertility and Natural Birth Control (UPDATD MATERIAL)

(lei gong teng (also known by "Thunder God Vine")
http://shermsorganicnews.blogspot.com/2010/12/yeast-infection-remedies.html

Did you really believe synthetic hormones are not chemicals? Or, horse urine is an example of man's (Drug Co.) stupidity of corrupt medicines. Do you really believe they can be trusted? More and more of us are convinced their control and greed will always come first till more consumers demand more, by our spending, not to support such foolishness. If hormones are thus made of chemicals then we are harming the body and our fetus that are being hit up to three months before women find out they have a child developing in the womb. The health of the child then would be in jeopardy. Even before women getting x rays, they are asked if they are pregnant (if they know) and so should women have warning label on any hormonal pills.
Just ask what is happening to our fish in the sea where all the hormones are being dumped. The fish are un-sexed, sick, un-eatable and can't reproduce. Below are some natural alternatives for women who need natural birth control. Noted at the bottom of this page are available two books dealing on the subject.
"Water &; Food Supply: Environmental Issues

*FISH: A.P. relates, research on the effects on wildlife has yielded some scary examples: Pharmaceuticals in river and lake water are being blamed for “feminized” male fish and other changes observed in earthworms and zooplankton. Could this be read to day “feminized” males in our country? Too many hormones are being dumped back into our water by women’s birth control pills; menopause pills i.e., though foods, shots, insulin, drugs such as Prozac i.e. and our animals hormones and chemicals. It all goes back to the earth and in our water. Remember how giant the ocean in comparisons to our own ratio or ration to water in comparison. Watch the bee's, frogs, insects, birds and fish in the sea. A for warning of our own futures." What's the effects on humans is not being researched and/or covered up.

Natural Birth Control: The natural mucus method showing when fertile. This method involves tracking changes in the amount and texture of your vaginal discharge, the mucus that forms around your cervix. Those changes reflect the rising level of estrogen in your body. For the first few days after your period, you may have no discharge at all. Then you will notice cloudy, tacky mucus as your estrogen starts to rise. This is when a woman is literally in "Heat." It's important to know this is the time you will want to...and dream i.e. When the discharge starts to increase in volume and becomes clear and stringy like raw egg white, you will know that ovulation is near. A return to either tacky, cloudy mucus or no discharge means that ovulation has passed. You should avoid intercourse from the day you first notice the discharge until four days after it has gone back to normal or disappeared. A vaginal infection or the use of vaginal products like douches or medication can produce changes in your cervical mucus and throw off the pattern. When used — correctly and consistently — in conjunction with the temperature method, the mucus method can be 98 percent effective at preventing pregnancy.
NURSING:

Calendar Method
If you decide to use this natural method of birth control, you will first need to keep track of how long your cycle’s lasts over the course of a year. Count the number of days from the day you start menstruating to the day before your next period. (The first day of your period is always the first day of your cycle.)
Then, to determine the first day of the cycle on which you might be fertile, subtract 18 from the number of days in your shortest cycle during the past year. In truth, the calendar method does not work very well for most couples when used on its own; overall, it has about a 75 percent success rate. Don't just do one method do all here.

Lubrications: Use coconut oil it's a good barrier. Very Old remedy was to wash out vagina's with warm water and vinegar and placing a silver dollar over cervix. humm just reporting...
history? Coconut oil may kill sperm...
Remember any herb that will kill a germ, virus, fungi, or parasite is capable of killing sperm and can make women (men) infertile. Their are many others; vitamin C, a natural sweetener that been turned white, STEVIA.

Herbal Birth Control
Red Clover, another is Neem used for men and women, and, Neem oil can produce temporary sterility, and implantation (this testing done on rats), Coconut oil also. QAL or Queen’s Ann's Lace Seeds (wild carrot) can be used as an emergency birth control and used daily contraceptive implantation inhibitor. Pomegranate fruit, (pumice seeds) was used by ancient women.
They are are many, many others Ritin 500 mg daily Don't use every day...Apricot kernels (is also a parasitic herb), Cotton root. bark, Rue and Vitamin C is listed too. I mention vitamin C because you may be trying to get pregnant and are using this vitamin. Watch out for anti fungi herbs if trying to become pregnant because they don't know the difference between sperm and worms. Chanca Piedra (Phllanthus niruri) is an example. Order my parasite page to know more of these herbs which you maybe taking.

Others are: Smartweed Leaves (polygonum hydropiper) and many others that may cause abortions and are listed as birth controls. (Very misleading, most of them have some very strong natural hormones and will serve in both areas) Being wise is
being educated on the properties of all herbs, research at least three places before using any herb in this area. Preventing, and aborting are two different issues. Another herb to be cautious of is Mandrake. It can actually cause malformation of the fetus. (Other such herb do the same so do LOTS of research.) It's a very good herb in its place and used with much skill, but never with women who are fertile, even in a formula. I had two girls while pregnant using mandrake in an herbal laxative called Inner Clean. Pregnancy’s is not a time to clean because it will clean to the baby, including passing on parasites. One child had an extra front tooth and the other had an extra finger on both hands. I still worry if that's all. I discovered the problem much later when reading the Indian Herb logy Dictionary Book and immediately knew what had happened as I had used mandrake with both pregnancies. Please do your own research on anything I write about on any herb and also others. The most I can do is lead the reader to why's and where's to begin your the research. There's not enough space to explain it all in here.

*Wild Yam Root is said to be a good birth control method? I wouldn't trust it? Buy the book and do the herb long before marriage. It is used when going through menopause as a natural
remedy. Before marriage you have to be on Wild Yam a month or two as well as any other herb.

Yeast: Oil of Oregano extract taken in high doses, mg., until yeast disappears. Next is a link going into more yeast remedies. (Tree Tea Oil has a cooling effect to cool off the itching and I prefer.)
The quality of the Oregano will make a difference in getting rid of yeast problems. It takes a long faithful regiment in the treatment of yeast. Change your diet. Put Oregano oil in a gelatin Cap and swallow right away before it melts. A dropper full or half will do it every day.

Males: Males need to be treated for yeast above just as women do also see "page." All charantia seeds, Ginseng, Bitter Melon seeds extract for anti-fertility effects in males, Saw Palmetto shrinks enlarged prostrate tissue according to European Studies 350 mg daily, Red Clover-prostrate health, Pumpkin seed, Neem and or coconut used for anti-fertility and killing sperm i.e. Tongkat ali root extract increases serum levels of testosterone production and changes hormonal levels. (Said to boost drive 75 mg 2 X da and one hour before) Ginkgo Biloba facilitates blood flow and helps penis sustain an erection. (rear sex will cause males to eventually to be dysfunctional. The bowel is very toxic to this sensitive area and can cause cancer within the male genitals.

Menopause: Organic grown only Soy Milk and/or products, Small fish in an omega oil such as cod liver oil i.e. Coconut oil, In addition, many herbal female hormones such as wild yam root when bleeding profusely (Dr. David Christopher has one formula that works). Black Cohosh extract, if you get a headache cut back you have all you need. Others are; Magnesium, Dong quai, Kudzle Root, Damiana leaf, Red Clover blossom, red raspberry leaf-root (great in pregnancies), Chase Tree, Ginger Root. Dandelion Root, Mother Wort or True Unicorn, Valerian Rt. or Wild Lettuce, i.e. Their are a lot of organic tropical hormones to be applied on the soles of the feet, faithfully. There’s many more.
Don't forget we get chemical hormones, steroids i.e. from Animal products. (Meats, Cheese, Eggs and medicines, and even used plastics, i.e.)

Book: Your Fertility Signals by Merryl Winstein (How to Achieve or Avoid Pregnancy Naturally) This is just the beginning of your research...on each method.

•Pineapple: Raw pineapple is known to cause miscarriage in pregnant women. This is one reason pineapple is not given to women who are expecting. This is a topical fruit and women of the region use it for abortion. Pineapple causes thinning of the blood and encourages heavy loss of blood from the body. Women who are menstruating are advised against eating pineapples. However, for abortion one has to eat at least 4-5 raw pineapples in one day alone. Along with this, drinking juice of raw pineapple also helps.

However, the herb works only when used before completing 5 weeks of pregnancy.
You will have to take most of the herbs in tea form. But in order to induce miscarriage you will have to drink many cups of the herbal tea throughout the day (including at night). Set an alarm clock at night so as not to miss your dose of herbal tea. This will ensure that the herbs are present in your body throughout. (If you have too much testosterone this would cut back on this hormone and sperm count, for some this is an answer to being over-active?)
