DIABETIC NEW RESEARCH ON EXCERCISE

Minimal amount of exercise for improving metabolic health: beneficial effects of reduced-exertion high-intensity interval training. This was on PBS_BBC TV. Can you hold a tense exercise to get your heart rate up for one minute for just 3 days a week? I don't call it excercise: It called "Moving" do you own thing...
If your a diabetic and hate to exercise find this study.
If it isn't easy, takes too much time, and costs; we won't do it...

Michael Mosley presents
Horizon: The Truth About Exercise on BBC Two at 21:00 GMT on Tuesday 28 February 2012 or watch online via iplayer (UK only) However, this apparently outrageous claim is supported by many years of research done in a number of different countries including the UK,

A few relatively short bursts of intense exercise, amounting to only a few minutes a week, can deliver many of the health and fitness benefits of hours of conventional exercise, according to new research, says Dr Michael Mosley.

Their idea most interesting is insulin sensitivity. Insulin removes sugar from the blood, it controls fat and when it becomes ineffective you become diabetic.
It's easy...so try it for one minute (your level, not Michael's) to see if it will work.
