Eggs At Breakfast For Weight Issues

Research is showing by eating two eggs for breakfast help over weight adults lose more weight and feel energetic than those who are a bagel breakfast of equal calorie. It is the quality of calorie that counts and organic eggs with no hormone, chemical in shots or their chick fed is better for over-all health. (Be sure the yolk is cooked, too much salmonella in some eggs (how their handled, how long to the market and put on our shelves i.e.) Under cooked eggs is one of the ways we transfer parasites.)
(Moreover, consider...was this study done with white or all whole-wheat bagel if you can find one? I have learned to be spacious of all research and question the entire explanation and the author and who is paying whom?)
However, the study supports previous research which showed that people who ate eggs for breakfast felt more satisfied and ate fewer calories a the following meal. Poach its healthier than fried in bacon. Omelets with gob of veggies are a great meal anytime.
(We are finding organic eggs are good for us if the chickens is chemically fed, caged etc. China has a problem with it re called eggs and US should check theirs for vitamin, minerals and salmonella. Never eat eggs running for this reason, especially to children and pregnant mothers.)
(Cut up Baggies of different vegetables ready to go onto that omelet for breakfast or dinner. The last minute add on shredded cheese, which can be frozen too, avocado slices and fresh tomatoes topped with sour cream.)
Studies Showed;
· Lost 65 percent more weight
· Exhibited a 61 percent greater reduction in BMI
· Reported higher energy levels
