The solution we are left with is grow your own organic foods from organic or heirloom seeds and plants. Do not buy anything processed. Learn and join organic food co-ops. Read the news to any modifications of USA Organic. USDA organic can contain up to 10% GMO and all spinach and lettuce is now irridiated. January 1 20009 all organic foods coming from the USA will be irridiated. Prepare your families to stop depending on buying from the grocery stores, either buy your own, trade produce, or buy from locally conscious farmers, gardens, and co-op's. Form local garden co-ops if non-is available in your area.
Start using big patio planters or hydrophonics growers and get into sprouting to lower costs of organic foods which is in short supply, and to begin to learn how to grow for the future.
