A Diabetic on insulin: Try "ALL ORGANIC" Vegetarian Brown Rice (protein powder) as my meal replacement. It's best not to take this with meals. (Snack) Use as a snack-meal before bed and it will work best. It has 187 calories, 7 grams of fiber and 20 grams of all vegetable protein. The protein may be needed to keep your blood sugar down (will not be hungry) and has fiber (not too much) will carry it all out. (Rice will actually raise b.s. temporarily) They're are product on the market that has better quality fiber like whole wheat bread that have 6 grams of fiber per slice. Or, Greek yogurt has a new brand that has 14 grams of protein and one gram of fiber. Read you labels, but if your not educated enough to know whats best, you'll pass these by.
*IF YOU WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT KEEP OFF CAFFEINE and aspartame and all "fake" sugars! DRINK WATER, delude the poisons. (add a wedge of lemon or lime i.e.)
*GET RID OF build up YEAST. See pro biotic posts.
*Take every day a refrigerated pro biotic that will deal with yeast problems everyday. No caffeine beverages because caffeine holds onto water in fat cell that's needed to eliminate the yeast. This keeps fat plump up and hard to eliminate in the body's wastes. (How can fat be eliminated in"dehydrated" fat cells? The fat cannot be flushed out!)
*Caffeine will give you a short speeding up of metabolism, but, also, will cause "stress on adrenals". Later, will "crash" and end up lower than before taking the caffeine beverage. Then, notice you'll fall into a depression and if caffeine is will need more to keep an high... It's an endless cycle, and habit forming. It's stressful to the body-mind and stress make us fat. Not enough is mentioned about this phenomenon and cause so many diets to fail.

HE HAS TWO GOOD FORMULA PRODUCTS one is Sulfurzyme (Great for hair - nails and connective tissues) (but, WAY OVER PRICED) AND, YOUNG'S SINGLE OILS ARE also GOOD, BUT THEY TOO ARE WAY OVER PRICED. His protein formula is not a good formula for diabetic and his product have become only for the rich.*Don't use drugs... it settles in the fat of the body to save your life...if no fat in the tissues and cancer moves in. Kids are doing long-term permanent harm to their body's. Many drugs take valuable minerals and vitamins out of the body. I use the term chemicals sometimes instead of drugs throughout this blog because they are the same...think!
*Keep a journal of foods (drugs or chemicals i.e., herb, supplements, (track successful meals) how you feel. If you become (foggy minded, low energy's), blood sugars, weight (not more than once a week at the same time), then repeat the weight loss successful week. How did I do it? Why wasn't I successful this week? If you don't know how or where you've been how do you know where your going?
*I've used two of Young Living's products its vitamins and sulfurzymes i.e. because these are formulated well and organic. This company operates their sales on pyramid schemes, one of the worst one I've seen. The heads honchos of these company's are the only one who get rich, the rest just work off their prices of the company's products. I buy very little from this company, but make exception for two products. My daughter has to sell so much to keep in.
+Note create a full stomach with water. Have meals and two-three small snacks planned every evening for the next day. Healthy ready to eat meals and planned snacks are essential to have on hand whenever your hungry so you don't binge, over-eating on any unplanned food "No, No's" around. (pumpkin or sunflower whole seeds are one of my favorites) Watch what you bring home from the grocery's too. If anyone diabetic or not creates an high sugar levels they will not loose weight, so balanced those meals.
I have posted a excellent, yummy, protein mostly organic peanut butter fudge recipe for substituting tmany candy recipes from away from corn syrup candys many are forced to buy from the markets. On holidays and other days I have one block a day for a treat. "Fiber Plus Antioxidants" by Kellogg's has a good bar out too. The food giants are listening and watching your votes or "buying power." Buy less but best quality and you'll slowly lose it all. Buy your buying habits are the key.
I haven't tried the new pea protein, but I'm going there next.
