GOAT'S Rue_BANE; FOR DIABETES

Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine; Let's focuses on new reviews on several studies showing that the plant alkaloid "Berberine" can lower blood glucose as effectively just as the drug metformin does at similar doses (500 mg, taken 3 times/day), and perhaps even better in some ways.
Berberine is in many herbs. One main herb would be; Goldthread Root - Coptis chinensis (in the Ranunculaceae or Buttercup (lily family,) is traditional used as a yellow dye. Berberine is found in Coptis chinensis, Goldenthread, Goat Rue/bane know as French Lilac and, others are; Berberis aquifolium (Oregon grape), Berberis vulgaris (barberry) that we may be more familar in using, *Hydrastis canadensis (Goldenseal), and Berberis aristata (tree turmeric). These herbs also have similar attributes as Metformin Hydrochloride. (Goat's Beard (arungus) is not the same herb as G. Rue.)

Make a tincture from their loose cut form of this herb. They will tell you how.
Other Antibiabetic Herbs are: Aloe, Bitter Mellon, Bilberry, Barberry, Burdock, Dandelion, Fenugreek, Garlic, Gymnema. Many of these herbs work to clear the over liver of sugar and toxins.
Cautions: Antibiabetic herbs may cause hypoglycemia (lower blood sugars) if used with anti diabetic agents. Goldenseal Root (Hydrastis canadensis) and Oregon grape root (Mahonia spp.) Herbal Industries have practically wipe out the wild Goldenseal out of existence in N. America lands by not replenishing it for quick, easy profits. We need some regulations on wild plants, not to stop us from gathering it but how we do. People are unmannerly who never think about others- the "me" generation. Look at Congress-Washington examples that's trickling on down...or is it up?

Galegine, is another substances produced by the herb Galega officinalis, or Goat Rue that's makes up the drug Metformin. Galega Officinalis; alias Goat Rue, Spanish Safoin, False indigo, Italian Fitch, French Lilac, Professor weed i.e.
The most serious side effect of the drug Metformin is lactic acidosis which effect gout, forming crystal's, also in all arthritic-gout joint conditions, that will make them worse. The hypoglycemic drug Metformin is derived from galegine, which is naturally found in Goat’s rue (gallega officinalis) and other plants. This plant spreads northwards in the UK and plentiful. http://www.rcpe.ac.uk/journal/issue/journal_353/hadden_goats%20rue.pdf
Metformin Hydrochloride was discovered by Slotta and Tschesche then made into a chemical/drug. *this always will present other health problems. Lets look at other alternatives.

SIDE AFFECT OF MEDFORMIN; *Anorexia, diarrhea, dyspepsia, flatulence, headache, hypoglycemia (anxiety; behavior change similar to drunkenness; blurred vision; cold sweats; confusion; cool, pale skin; difficulty in concentrating; drowsiness; excessive hunger; fast heartbeat; headache; nausea; nervousness; nightmares; restless sleep; shakiness; slurred speech; unusual tiredness or weakness), lactic acidosis (diarrhea; fast, shallow breathing; muscle pain or cramping; unusual sleepiness; unusual tiredness or weakness), megaloblastic anemia (tiredness, weakness), metallic taste, nausea/vomiting, vitamin B-12 deficiency, weight loss... Remember; “Metformin was originally derived from a plant found in Western Europe called ‘French lilac’ or ‘Goat’s Rue, some say it was because the goats didn’t like to eat it. They steered clear of the plant because it contains a compound that acts naturally to lower blood glucose in animals that eat it..." ..."prevent them from eating it again...” (However, there is no side affects from its derivative powder in organic form...except...of course it lower blood sugars. So do read the dosage for yourself and don't believe all the scares tactics from Merck drug co., wonder why?)... Please read the links for more info. (It's seed has this diabetic powers for diabetes)

THOUGHTS ON REASON WHY WE HAVE TOO MANY DIABETIC TODAY; Their is no magic cures: Insulin Resistance is simply too much sugar intake in the cells. SIMPLY STOP eating excess SUGAR!..OTHER THAN A TOTAL OF ELEVEN TABLESPOONS A DAY. The rest stores sugar in your cells and changes into "fatty livers." It can also, be causing "high cholesterol" and "high blood pressure" (Salt is not the in-direct culprit; this causes water backing up the "pluming" and with loads of water that indirectly causes pressure or high pressure.)
A aphrodisiac, exotic herb is Goat Weed (epimedium) has a different botany name and is not the same as goat rue.
