Natural Mouth Wash
This makes up into the best natural mouthwash, no need for the sugary, chemical kind.
It can stop falling out teeth, gingivitis, tartar build up and makes your teeth whiter if used regularly and faithfully. If you add ½ teaspoon of bleach, peroxide or vinegar its also good to soak false teeth in but do choose one of the three. It will kill all bacteria. (Soak your brush in the solution too.) You will still need to use a brush pic.

Any leftovers of the NMW put in an ORAL IRRIGATOR and use it whenever it is difficult to brush.
Listerine, (mostly, alcohol), and hydrogen peroxide are good products too for the same reason, are better than chemical tooth pastes. All are anti fungals. Re: Read my "Oil Pullin" page too.
1. Half cup hot water
2. Abt 1 tablespoon baking soda
Hold in in there and swish
