Chili Bean Chip Casserole

This recipe is so basic, cheap, simple and so good. In all chips watch for chemicals such as MSG etc. I love the fiber and another way to use legumes. (Used left-over chips)
Chili Bean and Chip Casserole
White Tortes Chips
Can Chili Beans
Cheese (grated)
Tomato (diced)
Onions (chopped) or green onion
Avocado (diced)
Sour Cream
Layer: In small baking dish spray pan with oil and crumble enough tortes chip to cover bottom of pan with chip. Mix and pour can of water and can chili beans then the onions over tortes chip evenly.
Top with a layer of M.Jack cheese and bake until bubbly. Let cool, and garnish the top with tomato, avocado. Optional: A side dish or topped with green onions before serving. This can be in a side dish or on top of dish. Salsa can be added to this dish especially if no fresh tomatoes are available.
One chopped fresh corn when in seasons add to the variety of this casserole.
