Dental Hygiene Cheap and Natually

Teeth or Denture with all it’s plastics and metal....What do we do? Economically and keeping healthy requires new tactics to oral hygiene for dentures.

(Do we know what kind of plastic and all of it’s properties?) We know they are porous and need good cleaning to keep hygiene since they are not naturally clean by natures saliva and its natural processes.

First start making up a $ .49 spray bottle of following natural remedies to use on your dentures after meals (keep in purse and a brush and use it.)
We are bombarded with germs, virus, bacteria, fungi such as yeast, e coli and salmonella. These parasites can build up in the plastic teeth and gums.

Soak them nightly with a teaspoon of Vinegar, or H202 food peroxide and water this will eliminate these parasites better than commercial products on the market that are full of chemical naturally.

Brand name. Clorox only, bleach about 3 drop to 1/8 teaspoon teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water for the fizzy as in the tablet on the market. I actually got this recipe from the dentist that would accept Medicate insurances.

Even soaking them in Listerine or make a bottled spray ( nebulizer) Listerine is an excellent toothache remedy if you hold it in your mouth, swash it over the tooth and spit out. Of course so is Clove oil.

Most denture products on the market are full of corn syrups that feed bacteria or diet sugars

(Vinegar with baking soda will make a good substitute for the fizzy pills to soak you teeth in and will accomplish the same affect for minimal costs.)

Proxide will make your teeth white if you continually brush them everyday with a food grade proxide.
