ECONOMICAL REMEDY FOR SORE MUSCLES

MOM'S REMEDY'S ARE SOME OF THE MOST, simple, economic, traditional treatment s. This one can help soothe sore muscles and restores potassium to the muscles.
Ingredients
• 1 cup Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (the other distilled may not have enough potassium, yet, will kill parasites, germs, viruses etc.)
• warm bath water
Essential oil (optional;lavender, peppermint, wintergreen could added or others for scent, and therapeutic reasons.
Directions:
Pour the vinegar into a warm bath and relax. I’ve bought a spray bottle for after showers, it no bathtub, (or spray on feet right before bed.)
If you know your going to exercise muscles you are not use to using take some organic APC internally to rid the body of build up lactic acid which causes soreness and pain
