Essene Bread (Home-made)

Essene Bread
Butter 4 glass pie plates
Grind ½ gallon (about 5 cups) wheat sprouts
Pat to thickness of ½ to 2/3 inches
Bake at 1;75 degrees for 16 hours, flipping over after 8 hours
Optional
½ teaspoon coriander, cinnamon and salt
Raisins
For some reason this “bakes” better (more tender) in gas oven. You may lower the temperature 25 degrees. If you add in raisins, be sure to bury them or they get very hard. You can halve or quarter this recipe.
The bread does not store very well and best eaten the day its made (very chewy) Get ideas off the brand “Ezekiel 4:9” bread. Its sprouted and 100% organic whole grain breads are delicious. “Take also unto thee wheat, and barley, and beans, and lentils, and millet, and spelt, and put them in one vessel, and make bread of it...Ezekiel 4”9 (This is a complete protein) It's a great diet bread. I mention it here because many don't have the time to sprout.
In my area of the world they're many sprouted breads coming into the market. Some have no flour at all and others have sprouts added to a bread recipe.
PEACE TODAY AND PASS or "PAY IT FORWARD."
