HOW TO REMOVE PESTICIDES FROM PRODUCE

How to remove pesticides/chemicals (Five worst offenders) Pesticides were made for war to kill our enemy. Then these were deluded down to kill bugs...but too many pesticides chemicals can kill us eventually or harm you defense mechanism in your body and cause diseases.
First: Soak fruit about 2 minutes in vinegar and water or make this formula up to keep on the counter.
1 cup water and 1 cup vinegar, add in baking soda and ½ lemon. Pour it in a spray bottle for the removal of chemicals from fruit and vegetables.
The worst offenders of pesticides are the following.
Straw berries (50 pesticides)
Apples (40 different pesticides,) plus wax that keep them on the peel.) If you can't smell the apple that's you sign it's waxed too much. Wax is a carcinogens chemical and was removed from milk carton.
Spinach, says USDA, has about 40 pesticides. Buy blanched frozen spinach that actually has less pesticides than fresh.
Peaches, 60 pesticides _The biggest offender of pesticides residues because of the soft fuzzy skins, better to buy organic when possible. Scrub with brush and spray with the above spray.
Some skins fruit and vegetables are a better buy, however, remember if the farmer does any spraying, followed by rain or watering, the water will seep up into the inside of the produce.
If you put peaches in boiling water till the skin is hot it will be easier to peel the problem off. Don't for get to have cold, or ice water to keep the fresh flavor. (about 2 min.)
Onion
Kiwi
Corn
Now do you understand why we all should have some sort of organic garden and vote by buying power of good produce in your area. Our food in America and in other countries are being poisoned by government and their pimps that keep them in.
In our grandmothers time when life was more simple and clear cut we were told to eat the peel, keep it on the fruit or potato, but today it may be a good idea to peel it. Especially if cucumbers or apples have wax on them in which its impossible to get off except to peel it off. And who wants to eat wax that hold the pesticides on the plants fruit.

MIRACLE HERB

North American Indian's use their poorest, lowly, unassuming, WEED, especially, its root to chewed on right before battle as it made them meaner than hell and ripe for battle.
DANDELION: can prevent or cure liver diseases, such as hepatitis or jaundice.
The reason it made the warrior's mean and mad because it dumped too many toxin's all at once from their livers through out the blood to the body. (...a lion of all herb.) I've grown to respect and love this simple herb. Do not use from lawns that has been sprayed and not when the leaves are pointed and milk is in the stems. Some use the Dandelion in wine, jelly or roasted into coffee. Here's a new respect for this abundant free herb. Many will need this weed in future emergencies. My mother used the tender leaves in the spring as you would spinach, on salad and/or in a bit in a green drink.
I mostly do my blog works mostly for the poor. Frankly I don't give a dam about the wealthy, (Please use your doctors etc. you deserve them.) The wealth has used their power to take away medical means for their neighbors and produce GMO foods at our expense. At least B. M. Obama trying to get the rich to pay the bulk of the taxes, but most in America is for the poorer folks to pay them... (The movement of Glenn Beck about his don't hurt the "rich," attacks but attracts the poor programs and needs of America. Don't be fooled by his other good side of his movement.) Next is mostly quoted, but not all.
"It acts as a tonic and gentle diuretic to purify your blood, cleanse your system, dissolve kidney stones, and otherwise improve gastric-intestinal health; assist in weight reduction; cleanse your skin and eliminate acne; improve your bowel function, working equally well to relieve both constipation and diarrhea; prevent or lower high blood pressure; prevent or cure anemia; lower your serum cholesterol by as much as half; eliminate or drastically reduce acid indigestion and gas buildup by cutting the heaviness of fatty foods; prevent or cure various forms of cancer; prevent or control diabetes mellitus; In diabetes you need to keep the liver clear and kill its parasite and this does both. The parasite (micro toxins) will need more herbal help though.
This is a natural miracle medicine, if not polluted and if it is used religiously to solve the problem is and then used consistently for preventative body maintenance.
All the above curative functions, and more, have been attributed to one plant known to everyone, Taraxacum officinale, which means the "Official Remedy for Disorders." We call it the common dandelion. It is so well respected, in fact, that it appears in the U.S. National Formulatory, and in the Pharmacopeias of Hungary, Poland, Switzerland, and the Soviet Union. It is one of the top 6 herbs in the Chinese herbal medicine chest.
According to the USDA Bulletin #8, "Composition of Foods" (Haytowitz and Matthews 1984), dandelions rank in the top 4 green vegetables in overall nutritional value. Minnich, in "Gardening for Better Nutrition" ranks them, out of all vegetables, including grains, seeds and greens, as tied for 9th best. According to these data, dandelions are nature's richest green vegetable source of beta-carotene, from which Vitamin A is created, and the third richest source of Vitamin A of all foods, after cod-liver oil and beef liver! They also are particularly rich in fiber, potassium, iron, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and the B vitamins, thiamine and riboflavin, and are a good source of protein.These figures represent only those published by the USDA. Studies in Russia and Eastern Europe by Gerasimova, Racz, Vogel, and Marei (Hobbs 1985) indicate that dandelion is also rich in micronutrients such as copper, cobalt, zinc, boron, and molybdenum, as well as Vitamin D.Much of what dandelions purportedly do in promoting good health could result from nutritional richness alone. Vogel considers the sodium in dandelions important in reducing inflammations of the liver. Gerasimova, the Russian chemist who analyzed the dandelion for, among other things, trace minerals, stated that "dandelion [is] an example of a harmonious combination of trace elements, vitamins and other biologically active substances in ratios optimal for a human organism" (Hobbs 1985).
Recent research, reported in the Natural Healing and Nutritional Annual, 1989 (Bricklin and Ferguson 1989) on the value of vitamins and minerals indicates that:
* Vitamin A is important in fighting cancers of epithelial tissue, including mouth and lung;
* Potassium rich foods, in adequate quantities, and particularly in balance with magnesium, helps keep blood pressure down and reduces risks of strokes;
* Fiber fights diabetes, lowers cholesterol, reduces cancer and heart disease risks, and assists in weight loss. High fiber vegetables take up lots of room, are low in calories, and slow down digestion so the food stays in the stomach longer and you feel full longer;
* Calcium in high concentrations can build strong bones and can lower blood pressure;
* B vitamins help reduce stress.
Throughout history, dandelions have had a reputation as being effective in promoting weight loss and laboratory research indicates that there is some support for this reputation. Controlled tests on laboratory mice and rats by the same Romanians indicated that a loss of up to 30% of body weight in 30 days was possible when the animals were fed dandelion extract with their food. Those on grass extract lost much less. The control group on plain water actually gained weight.
Beyond nutritional richness, however, are the active chemical constituents contained in dandelions which may have specific therapeutic effects on the body. These include, as reported by Hobbs (1985):
* Inulin, which converts to fructose in the presence of cold or hydrochloric acid in the stomach. Fructose forms glycogen in the liver without requiring insulin, resulting in a slower blood sugar rise, which makes it good for diabetics and hypoglycemics;
* Tof-CFr, a glucose polymer similar to lentinan, which Japanese researchers have found to act against cancer cells in laboratory mice; Lentinan is a yeast glucan (glucose polymer) that increases resistance against protozoal and viral infections.;
* Pectin, which is anti-diarrheal and also forms ionic complexes with metal ions, which probably contributes to dandelion's reputation as a blood and gastrointestinal detoxifying herb. Pectin is prescribed regularly in Russia to remove heavy metals and radioactive elements from body tissues. Pectin can also lower cholesterol and, combined with Vitamin C, can lower it even more. Dandelion is a good source of both Pectin and Vitamin C;
* Coumestrol, an estrogen mimic which possibly is responsible, at least in part, for stimulating milk flow and altering hormones;
* Apigenin and Luteolin, two flavonoid glycosides which have been demonstrated to have diuretic, anti-spasmodic, anti-oxidant and liver protecting actions and properties, and also to strengthen the heart and blood vessels. They also have anti-bacterial and anti-hypoglycemic properties, and, as estrogen mimics, may also stimulate milk production and alter hormones;
* Gallic Acid, which is anti-diarrheal and anti-bacterial;
* Linoleic and Linolenic Acid, which are essential fatty acids required by the body to produce prostaglandin which regulate blood pressure and such body processes as immune responses which suppress inflammation. These fatty acids can lower chronic inflammation, such as proliferative arthritis, regulate blood pressure and the menstrual cycle, and prevent platelet aggregation;* Choline, which has been shown to help improve memory;
*Several Sesquiterpene compounds which are what make dandelions bitter. These may partly account for dandelions tonic effects on digestion, liver, spleen and gall bladder, and are highly anti-fungal;* Several Triterpenes, which may contribute to bile or liver stimulation;
* Taraxasterol, which may contribute to liver and gall bladder health or to hormone altering.
These chemicals, individually, are not unique to dandelions, but the combination of them all in one plant, along with high levels of vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, proteins and fiber account for the many claims made regarding the plant.
These claims include the following results of clinical and laboratory research, again as reported in Hobbs (1985):
* A doubling of bile output with leaf extracts, and a quadrupling of bile output with root extract. Bile assists with the emulsification, digestion and absorption of fats, in alkalizing the intestines and in the prevention of putrefaction. This could explain the effectiveness of dandelion in reducing the effects of fatty foods (heartburn and acid indigestion);
* A reduction in serum cholesterol and urine bilirubin levels by as much as half in humans with severe liver imbalances has been demonstrated by Italian researchers;
* Diuretic effects with a strength approaching that of the potent diuretics Furosemide and Lasix, used for congestive heart failure and cirrhosis of the liver, with none of the serious side effects, were found by Romanian scientists. They found that water extract of dandelion leaves, administered orally, because of its high potassium content, replaced serum potassium electrolytes lost in the urine, eliminating such side effects common with the synthetics as severe potassium depletion, hepatic coma in liver patients, circulatory collapse, and transmission through mothers' milk;* In 1979 a Japanese patent was filed for a freeze-dried warm water extract of dandelion root for anti-tumor use. It was found that administration of the extract markedly inhibited growth of particular carcinoma cells within one week after treatment;
* Dental researchers at Indiana University in 1982 used dandelion extracts in antiplaque preparations;
* In studies from 1941 to 1952, the French scientist Henri Leclerc demonstrated the effectiveness of dandelion on chronic liver problems related to bile stones. He found that roots gathered in late summer to fall, when they are rich in bitter, white milky latex, should be used for all liver treatments; (This is strong medicine!)
* In 1956, Chauvin demonstrated the antibacterial effects of dandelion pollen, which may validate the centuries old use of dandelion flowers in Korean folk medicine to prevent furuncles (boils, skin infections), tuberculosis, and edema and promote blood circulation.Also, Witt (1983) recommends dandelion tea to alleviate the water buildup in PMS (pre-menstrual syndrome).
There are many testimonials from those who have benefited from the use of dandelions in the treatment of what ailed them.
Robert Stickle, an internationally famous architect, was diagnosed as having a malignant melanoma 21 years ago, and was given, after radical surgery had not halted its spread, less than 2 years to live. He said, in a letter to Jeff Zullo, president of the Society for the Promotion of Dandelions, (June 23, 1986):
Cancer is primarily a liver failure manifestation. {Italians are very concerned about problems of the 'fegato']. [I discovered that] the cancer rate in native Italians is very low among the farming population (paesanos). When they get affluent and move to the city, its the same as the rest of civilized man. Paesanos eat dandelions, make brew from the roots, and are healthy, often living to over 100 years."He states that he began eating dandelion salad every day, and his improvement confounded the doctors. When he wrote the letter in 1986, 18 years had passed and there had been no recurrence of the melanoma.
A benefit which comes from writing articles for national media is that you hear from people who have interesting stories to tell. I recently received a call from Peter Gruchawka, a 70 year old gentleman from Manorville, NY, who reported that he had been diagnosed with diabetes melitis 3 months before and was put on 5 grams of Micronase. At the time, he had a 5+ sugar spillover in his urine. He took Micronase for about a month before he learned, from his wife who is a nurse, that Micronase can do damage to the liver. He had read in "Herbal Medicine" by Diane Buchanan and "Back to Eden" by Jethro Kloss about the effectiveness of dandelions in controlling diabetes. Without saying anything to his doctors, he stopped taking Micronase and began drinking dandelion coffee each day. During the first week, his urinary sugar, measured night and morning, was erratic and unstable, but after a week, his sugar stabilized and when he called, he had been getting negative urine sugar readings for over a month. The doctors are amazed and can't explain it. An interesting side benefit to replacing Micronase with dandelion coffee is that, while Micronase damages the liver as a side effect, dandelions are particularly known for strengthening the liver.
According to Mr. Gruchawka, he changed nothing but the medication. He had cut out pastries and other sugars when he was diagnosed and started on Micronase, and has continued to do without those things while taking dandelion coffee.
In reporting these claims, add these three qualifiers:
First, unfortunately, neither herbs nor synthetic remedies work for everyone in the same way. Different bodies respond differently to medicines, and what works incredibly well for one person may not work at all, or work less well, for someone else.
Second, good health results from a combination of healthy diet and enough exercise to keep the body toned. Bob Stickle, for all his insistence that dandelions cured him, changed, according to a mutual friend, his entire lifestyle. He didn't just add dandelion salad to what he was already doing.
People with health problems need to seek the advice and care of a competent physician, with whom this information can be shared. It is important to reemphasize that it is presented as information only. I am not a medical doctor, and neither advocate nor prescribe dandelions or dandelion products for use by anyone or for any ailment. Only your doctor can do that. I'm sure you doctor knows and has a herbal degree and know about this herb. LOLBecause there are so many variables, it is hard to attribute Mr. Stickle's cure to any one of them directly. Likewise, Italian farmers live a lifestyle which combines a healthy diet, lots of work and clean air. They heat and cook with wood, which they have to cut and split. They haul water for household use. When they move to the city, diet, exercise, and environmental conditions change. Stress and sedentary habits increase.
While dandelions, given all these variables, may never be proved to cure any specific ill, they are an extremely healthy green which cannot in any way hurt you. Research on how much you would have to eat to cause harm indicates that eating grass is more dangerous than eating dandelions (Hobbs 1985). Therefore, with everything going for dandelions, it is highly probable that everyone can derive at least some nutritional benefit from them by eating or drinking them regularly.
The medical and pharmacological establishment is generally critical of claims regarding the use of herbs on disease, and their concerns need to be put in perspective. Many herbs cut into their profits, however they are going into the natural end of herbs etc. You can buy them over the counter, however how pure are they?
Herbal medicines have been used very effectively far longer than synthetics, and many current pharmaceutical products have been derived from research on plants used as medicine by many cultures. The problem with plants, however, is that they are available to anyone. (not if they drug co. could help it, they want the monopoly's.)However, it's impossible to patent a plant,exception GMO... and thereby gain proprietary rights to it. As a consequence, pharmaceutical companies attempt to isolate the active properties from medicinal plants and synthesize them so that they can patent them. Many of the synthetics have serious side-effects which were not present in the natural plant product, often because other chemicals in the plant offset them (i.e. the large quantities of potassium in dandelions which allows for potassium replenishment when dandelion is used as a diuretic).
USDA botanist Dr. James Duke (1989) suggests that a proper and appropriate "herbal soup", filled with "vitamins, minerals, fibers and a whole host of bioactive compounds," from which the body can selectively strain the compounds it needs to restore itself to health, will be more effective than synthetic medicines containing a "very select and specialized compound or two plus filler, usually non-nutritive." This is especially true if the "herbal soup", in the form of a potent potherb like dandelion, is a regular part of the diet so that the appropriate bioactive substances are present in the right amounts when the body needs them.

Where's the Seeds? (Grape)

Organically Grown Grape Seeds: If the seeds are from the red grapes it’s the best. The seeds are good for the diabetic glucose levels rather than adding drugs causing heart problems. Grape seeds renewals cells, cancer, kills yeast and has antibiotic properties all because it’s an ant fungal. (Grapes are mention 260 in the bible…and the seeds thereof…Bible as a History) The Harvard University refers to it as the “Thinnest Gene” and it’s supposes to prolong life.
*Also, here is, and too numerous place to refer to, scriptures such as; 'Then God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plants on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds of the air and all the creatures that move on the ground-- everything that has the breath of life in it-- I give every green plant for food." And it was so. God saw all that he had made, and it was very good.' No man created GMO Foods, not God! Use organically grown plants, fruit and vegetables etc. Eat more vegetables than meat. Eat meat only if have too, or rarely if at all.
Grapes and seeds have antioxidant compounds, a class of polyphenols, are found in ripened fruits and vegetables, particularly red grapes, which need this natural protection at the time they are most ripe, from the onset of factors that will eventually lead to their decomposition. As an every day vitamin, take one to two capsules/day. take up to six capsules/day. Best if taken one half hour before meals.
Proanthocyanidins and called his product Pycnogenol method of extraction from the pine tree was patented in the early 1951, and further research showed the substance present in many plants such as, lemon tree bark, peanuts, hazel nuts, cranberries, blue berries, cherries, citrus peel, purple, red and white grape skins and seed purple grape seeds being the most concentrated source.
Other grape product other than wine, oils, (and jelly and juice, etc.) that comes to mind is “cream of tartar.” Cream of tartar, which is a potassium acid salt of tartaric acid, is obtained by scraping the whitish, powdery substance from the inside of used wine barrels. OK, agreed, not thought of but a good grape by-product nonetheless. Cream of tartar is essential in the production of baking powder, in baking to stabilize egg whites when heat is applied, and is extensively used in the preparation of frozen vegetables to prevent discoloration. Plan to use it more.
In Biblical history the grape skin was use to make natural yeast to make wines, the ones that were good for medicinal. In tomb they’ve found in old pottery wine jugs with herbs and/or grains, used as tinctures for medicine purposes TO KEEP WELL.
The uses of grape seeds and skins are numerous and not thoroughly gone into here, not wanting to go into a dictionary angle of reporting of any herbal researches i.e. which is done very well and plentiful on the Internet. Please go there for more details.
My angle here is to preserve the organically grown whole grape. One of my angles is to educate consumers to protest and not buy grapes or other fruits like watermelon etc., without their seeds. Buy from farmers who grow organically grown produce. The GMO movement are greedy men and women who robbing us of the original food quality we’ve paid for and in turn are cheated us of many natural anti fungal qualities to treat for parasites for maximum health and selling its original seed to Health Food Stores (etc.) for higher prices to consumers.
Its core of the healing is not in fruit anymore. Robbers are controlling the food and drug market and all our health is going down in this country and spreading it abroad.
We now have to buy from private growers those that produce the grape seed etc. Most are marketed to rip us off financially way over priced with too big of a fair mark up for the poor and middle class to purchase.
Instead of eating and enjoying the seed of the whole grape ourselves. Its marketers control us through the food we eat, being double raped (produce and financially).
We never heard of white and yellow corn, so what happened to all yellow sweet corn? Today the vegetables are being effected too, the corn has become chalky with no flavor. Buy from local farmers in your area for better tasting vegetables that may not have been sprayed with chemicals??? Go Mexico...no thank you!
Rip up those lawns and plant a organic garden. The worlds changing... and family's are getting poorer, even in America with too many uninsured.

COCONUT COOKIES FOR DIARRHEA

I'm using this post to introduce news of a new discovered on the Internet that was of interest. The new site to me was from my friend told me about it. Do you have diarrhea? Try some Archway's coconut cookies: Also, add coconut oil to your hair scalp when you know your going to wash it the next day. It only prover's my point coconut has many anti fungal properties that is needed for cures. I have a post on many more in Earths Organic News.
I had another brand that's sugar-free, Joseph's Brand that was all natural and dairy free. And, It worked too. Ive had 2 1/2 feet of colon removed that sets me up for diarrhea. I have to be really careful. I was very surprised. It would be great to give to children with the complaint. Also sunflower leaf, root and sunflower seeds work. (Cheese, and even peanut butter works for some.)
A BETTER REMEDY IS WHITE CLAY IN JUICE. I had 3 feet of dead colon removed caused a colon hernia i.e. Diarrhea is one of my biggest problems I face every day. I have used 10 grams of fiber each day that was costing me $40.00 in a formula but clay works best, plus the minerals are great to rebuild the body.
Also visit my other site on Colon Care: http://earthsorganicnews.blogspot.com/2008/10/colon-care.html
Diarrhea: http://www.peoplespharmacy.com/2002/05/27/archway-coconut/
* Sweetened or just plain Coconut (Western Family i.e.) has 2 grams of fiber in 2 tablespoons. Great substitute for candy if needed. Just eat like snuff with fingers. CURATIVE POWERS OF MEDICAL CLAYS

The art of "Clay Healing's" is ancient: John 9: 6, 11, 14-15
6 When he had thus spoken, he spat on the ground, and made clay of the spittle, and he anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay,
11 He answered and said, A man that is called Jesus made clay, and anointed mine eyes, and said unto me, Go to the pool of Siloam, and wash: and I went and washed, and I received sight. 14 And it was the sabbath day when Jesus made the clay, and opened his eyes.
15. Then again the Pharisees also asked him how he had received his sight. He said unto them, He put clay upon mine eyes, and I washed, and do see.
Job reminds us; "What are we made of: Job 10: 9" Also; Moses said in Genesis 2:7 that God formed man of the dust (or clay: The Hebrew word for dust or clay is aphar) of the ground.
9 Remember, I beseech thee, that thou hast made me as the clay; and wilt thou bring me into dust again? I also am formed out of the clay. (...meaning we are of those same elements (laws of nature, carnal bodies/tabernacle of clay.)
35 And the Lord spake unto Enoch, and said unto him: Anoint thine eyes with clay, and wash them, and thou shalt see. And he did so.

http://frugallysustainable.com/2011/10/healing-clay-cuts-scrapes-and-pimples/  GREAT SITE;

I'm out of my "Orsa" Clay so I went on line to find some because my local source had dried up. I may have to substitute Kaslin white or a bentonite clay? Orsa's a white medical clay and still am still looking for my favorite. However, I've decided to write up the research information on clays. It's my basic healing remedy. I've use it on my kids for pink eye, myself, my dog's runny eyes and have given it to many for various uses. Simple remedy's are always the cheapest and best. Do go to Internet sites for more information on different clays. Watch who mined it, the soil it came from, and do they have experience and analysed it contents before you buy into it. (No chemicals, radiation, sprays or is it healthy with no bacterias etc)

Eating clay (dirt) is worldwide (called, "geophagy") for centuries from ancient Greeks to North America Native Americans. The practice is common in Saharan Africa and brought to the US by African slaves used in their rituals.
Clay absorbs toxins, some from toxic alkaloids and tannic acids that would make foods inedible.(RE: Dr. David L. Katz, nutritional expert at Yale School of Medicine.)
Clay is full of minerals, high levels of calcium, iron, copper, cobalt, magnesium silicon, iron or potassium etc depending on the clay source. . It especially good for pregnant women. It has a calming effect on gastrointestinal system, that can succumb the bouts of nausea and morning sickness. (Raspberry root and its leaves in a tea can help too.)
Did you know that many soaps and medicines use clay, such as, Rolaids, Maalox, and for diarrhea, Kaopectate secret is its clay. And others use in their formulas for nausea and stomach upsets in antacid compounds found in white kaolin clays? Drunks used to drink clay in water then go to work the next day.
In Africa, they eat dirt from termite mounds because it is richer in minerals. However, not all clay is equal, depending on its source. I use Orsa as a cosmetic mask, my best beauty secret.

http://www.shirleys-wellness-cafe.com/clay.htm#a (A great site on different clays.) Used in the "Balkan War of 1910 for cholera among the soldiers from sixty percent down to three percent. New research at Arizona State University shows some forms of clay actually kill salmonella, E. coli, MRSA and Mycobacterium ulcerans, which causes flesh-eating disease.

Technically, the clay first adsorbs toxins (heavy metals, free radicals, pesticides), attracting them to its extensive surface area where they adhere like flies to sticky paper; then it absorbs the toxins, taking them in the way a sponge mops up a kitchen counter mess. Clay’s absorptive and absorptive qualities may be the key to its multifaceted healing abilities. Knishinsky reports that drinking clay helped him eliminate painful ganglion cysts (tumors attached to joints and tendons, in his case, in his wrist) in two months, without surgery. No two clays are alike, each has its own fingerprints and different ionic electrical charge, and purity.
Remember Jesus Christ used clay as an healing agent for the blind. He also used natural means such as Balm i.e.
Clay molecules carry a negative electrical charge while impurities carry a positive charge. With the clay the positively charged ions are attracted to the negatively charged surfaces of the clay molecule. An exchange reaction occurs in which the clay mineral ions are swapped for the ions of the positive charged substance. The clay molecule is now electrically satisfied and holds onto the positive ion until our bodies can eliminate both.
Another counsel is if taken clay internally, eat with lots of fiber or it can slow down the bowel more than you desire.
The bottom line is minerals not vitamins are most important to heal the body. There is no such thing as a vitamin in the true sense. They are culls of inorganic plants or from plant oils or made made chemical vitamins manufactured by the drug company's. It's blindsided, mineral is what the body needs and is made from...the earth's elements. (...Remember the chemistry class of natural minerals on the wall? Same thing...
"Balms" in history or scriptures are what was used back in Christ's time frame.
Gen 43:11 "...and carry down the man a present, a little balm, and a little honey, spices, and myrrh, nuts and almonds..."
Jer. 8: 22
22 Is there no balm in Gilead; is there no physician there? why then is not the health of the daughter of my people recovered?
Jer. 46: 11
11 Go up into Gilead, and take balm, O virgin, the daughter of Egypt:
Jer. 51: 8
8 "...take balm for her pain, if so be she may be healed."
Ezek. 27: 17
17 Judah, and the land of Israel, they were thy merchants: they traded in thy market wheat of Minnith, and Pannag, and honey, and oil, and balm. (...preserved in oils, bee wax in fats with different herbs in small pottery. Their Herbs were used to preserve it and there were many different balms for illness and very valuable.) I often use clay as a base for Aloe Vera, keeping it on facials or a burn and oxygen out. Do not use a cosmetic clay, which is too course, for eyes. "Orsa" white refined clay was ground really fine...test them out first.
