Natural Remedies of CornStarch

Need Remedies For Skin Problems?
Cornstarch (Arrowroot) has some excellent "cheap," simple healing properties especially for babies and seniors. Remember, with any GMO corn the fungal properties have also been deleted and/or modified and will effect any healing properties. No Generically Altered plants will be a good product for healing purposes. Even our bee’s are being kill off because of these same sick freak of nature (GMO plants) that do not contain the "God Giving" healing properties for these bee's immune systems. Bee's do not return to the hives if infected or sick. Watch the frog, bee's, birds,snakes, and other insect and small venerable life...they will give "man" warning of a too toxic environment.
IT'S BASIC, QUALITY AND ECONOMICAL!
While working in the cornstarch factories, it is found that workers there had beautiful skin from, there eventually branch out to use cosmetics foundations for herbs and medicine.
What they do not want you to know is it’s great on babies bottoms and it the base of their baby products. It is also a great deodorant, and keeps fowl orders away. Seniors know it kills bacteria about the rectum and even yeasty itches i.e. under folds and breast and on even bedsores or where ever there is moisture.

Cornstarch will keep the effective area moist spots of the body dry. In the past, it has worked as for a dry shampoo (Add a nice herb scent) and it was popular in the 60’s in the USA but went out of vogue, but is coming back around again and very pricey.
An old remedy of grandmother’s was burnt flour or, if she had it in the cupboard, cornstarch for diaper rash. If you read all diaper medicines, they still contain grandma’s old remedy. I wonder if that is not the secret ingredient making it work.
*Add a organically grown Corn Starch to your food storage (12 boxes or more) It doesn't seem to go rancid.
I put my cornstarch in an extra large holes in a pepper shaker or flour shaker, keeping it by my bed for convenience, and apply in areas that are needed. Baby powder is out of vogue.

*Smoothes skin irritation (drop EO into cornstarch to enhance it. Add to it zinc oxide and Castor oil for skin. (Peppermint, Tree Tea oil or Eucalyptus i.e. will be cooling to the skin. Oregano oil for more serious problems.)

*Relieve hemorrhoid pain by mixing one tablespoon of Kingsford’s Corn Starch, or an organic substitute, with enough water to make a paste, and then gradually add more water to measure out a pint of the new mixture. Next, you should boil the mixture for a few minutes, allow it to cool down, and then use the mixture in the affected areas to feel a soothing comfort. Cornstarch is excellent for heat rashes.
*Sunburns; mixed with a cooling agent or plain.
·Add to Herbs: Licorice (Gycyrrhiza gabra) or any fungicide compound found in herbs. Make a very strong tea, boil 20 min., and soak feet into it. Garlic oil and Ginger root (Zingiber officinale) contains caprylic acid. Also, Lemon grass tea, cloves, dill, peppermint, i.e.
*Cornstarch was used for starching laundry, stains and for adhesives or coatings in 1840’s. It has been used as a base for hypoglycemia in diabetic medicine. See post link below.

*Athlete’s foot is a fungus related to the ringworm (Tinea pedis), and it can spread to your groin and hands.
Bed Sores: or any type of skin burns from an area of too much moisture and bacteria has set in, like under fat folds (apron or perineal area.) Apply with power puff i.e. and cornstarch will keep the area dry and heal it.

Corn Starch- Sprinkle this cornstarch onto your feet and into your shoes and socks to absorb moisture and reduce friction.
Baking Soda- add soda into a bit of water. Make it into a past and rub it on the affected area and between your toes. Let it sit for five minutes, then rinse, and dry. Repeat this process daily until your foot condition is gone. Be sure to shake some in socks and shoes. Baking Soda is another natural remedy that is found to kill fungi. Great as an expellent on skin in the shower, and tooth a natural tooth paste.
Breast: The moisture can cause rashes, irritation and burns just powder on the cornstarch after you shower and it will be completely gone if given a few days.
Clorox- Make a solution of one-half up of Clorox bleach and a gallon of water. Then, soak your feet in it for fifteen minutes twice a day until your athlete’s foot disappears. According to people who swear by this remedy, the chlorine bleach kills the fungi related to this condition.
Hairdryer-One reason, beside the fungus, of why you may be getting athlete’s foot is due to excess moisture in between your toes. So, before putting on your socks and shoes in the morning, make sure your feet are completely dry by holding a hair dryer a few inches from your toes.
Dr. Bronner’s Peppermint Soap-Soap up your feet with this product, dry them and then apply a dash of the soap as lotion to your feet. Make this part of your daily routine in order to eliminate athlete’s foot.
White Vinegar- For ten minutes, soak your feet in this product. You should do this up to four times daily for several weeks. Vinegar is acidic and will kill bacteria and fungi on your feet irradiating your problem.
Treat cold sores by using corn starch - This remedy is good for if your cold sores are already blistering. When the blister bust put cornstarch on them to dry them up. Really works well. The sun is good for you, but do not bake in it (depending on your skin sensitivity and type). Remember it can fry an egg in the sun too, so be reasonable and always use common sense. The sun will “draw out” impurities and toxins including cancers to the surface (skin area), so, it doesn’t cause or make the cancer i.e. “A little dab will do you” at one time, space it out. And, it really depends on the environmental area that may effect different person level of toxicity.
Sunscreens are full of chemicals; they are not worth it for me.

BUTTER VS. MARGARINE?

Organic only: Margarine or Butter?
It’s all about Organic Margarine vs. Butter and how we need to be so be careful in discerning some butter over the better choices of margarine's. Huge cow, big utters and more milk productions (dairy) are the result of the introduction of such chemicals as Rbgh, a GMO growth hormone, to produce more meat, milk, butter and more money. (More hormones more milk). These cow and other animals are full shots, chemicals and of that particular “fat hormones” to making cows give more milk as in pregnancy.

The problem is these same hormones will transfer to our body's and give you the same sensations as if you are pregnant like when producing milk. Then its re routed to storage is in your adipose because that is where all chemicals, antibiotics or drugs, pesticides head after going through the liver.
Nature is good to us by storing these in your own fat where ever possible. In effect, your fat actually spares you life and organs. (* (1) drugs, chemicals (posilac), and pesticides, also found in their feed) The drugs are stored in animal fat, It here to understanding how in butter's fat has the power to transfer to you what the animal was storing in its fat.
In some bodies, there are problems with this route because they do not store fat easily. *(1) All three of these; drugs, chemicals, or pesticides are all just variant terms for the term “drugs” referred to in my writings. If you are overweight, it maybe a blessing in disguised, for its nature’s way of saving your life rather than trying to add these poisonous toxins to a healthy or to attach it in inherent weak lesions inside body in a tissues. Sometimes it has no choice depending on the genetic constitution of the body involved. When I studied iridology, I began to notice some of these markings in the irises. (see pages on iridology)
For these cause and effects butter is not necessarily better than margarine if coming from a “drugged” or chemically fed cow. It’s going to make you fat by the ingesting of its fat-hormones and not necessarily by the fat in the butter itself.

So, eat organically grown butter only if you know the cow or farm and what it was fed, water-organically grown grain, grass i.e. or even fed an organic plants sources. This is why organic products cost more and why you should look first locally or grow something and raise your own cow or share one. I know I have over-killed here but I am trying to get across the idea of this message. It maybe very important to your family’s future health.
Insist on eating only organically grown butter not from just any dairy, be choosy. Buy into half a cow and co-op with another’s who will produce your own milk where and when necessary, and if possible. We raised goats, which require a small space to graze. Goat is cheaper to raise and the milk proteins was more near to mother’s milk for infant children. Get a good book and do research on this milk if it has a funny taste to it was not handle correctly. This milk has to be handled with good sanitary habits and cooled down fast so that bacteria doesn’t move in and make it stinky and taste awful. Goat milk is not so much prevalent to have so much pollution yet? If in you area and finances allow there are even smaller animal for our small children that are not huge in proteins make for large calves. In addition, they are not as polluted or poisoned by man.
Margarine varies but many companies are coming out made from organically grown plant sources. Usually, this comes margarine from health food stores or special section in some grocers. First, when possible, buy only the ones with no trans fats having the most three or six omega’s and mono oils and from a pro biotic like buttermilk and yogurt.

 I prefer organic margarine to inorganic butters or when I want to cut down on dairy/meats and for baking. Yes, some margarine has preservatives (drugs.) but, ‘hidden’ within its fat, as explained, but so has inorganic butter more so. The hormone part is missing here. You are getting drugs in both…which is worse? (Fat hormones, vs. chemicals) Most of our food supply today is poisonous to our health as drugs build up in our fat and cause cancer and other illnesses. The most we can do sometimes is just to cut down in how or where we can.

Just weigh carefully all the fact and be wise in choosing margarine vs. butter for your breakfast. Margarine's are accuse of being plastic yadda, yadda, yadda, but the real reason I stopped eating margarine. It's a poisonous food for many, and full of Monsanto's chemicals, like, altered soy and corn products, canola is another. I don't buy margarine unless the ingredients are organic. These GMO oil are said to cause many of today's illnesses. (Check out the link below for more details)
The health food stores in the future will have actually have a harder time staying into business because super markets are seeing where and what we’re buying and go where our money is being spent and are stocking these healthier foods. HFS has been way over priced unless they buy from larger corporations, like Whole Foods, or, in bulk. The other smaller HFS products are not rotating, as they ought because of the lack of space and many consumers. They will not pay local organic grower enough to bring in fresh produce because it may not be cost effective for them. The regular rotation is most critical as with organic eggs and produce that are spoiling faster. Eggs are notorious for passing on salmonella, if not rotated regularly. This happens a lot! (Spray eggs with vinegar, kills salmonella, and soak, wash meat, especially pork in vinegar too.)


The way to afford organic food is to keep meals simple and basic. Use the best complex organically grown staff of life, your whole wheat and grains i.e. Breads are still our staff of life and basic. They are not making you fat unless you have alternated them. Having wealth cannot buy health and neither can stupidity. Neither can any exotic miracle cure-all herbal formulas invented by the ignorant herbal marketers of our times. Theirs not enough good organically grown foods in our super markets even for all the sick.
Raise an organic garden, do your research on the how’s and where's to get organic or heirloom seeds. Get rid of nonsense out of your life, keep it simple, get in touch with nature, and get real!
Buy: Encourage companies to change like Tillamook Cheese Co. in Oregon who is dropping the Rbgh in their dairy products. Moreover, even Starbucks is getting rid of the poison by the end of the year! (Many others are doing the same, since I'm from OR I love their products, except for the yogurt-too much sugar added.)
And, to get rid of this poison then don’t buy from companies who have an affiliation with Monsanto biotech Giant Corporation since 1993 who produces this artificial growth hormone making more than 270 million a year hiring their own giant lobbyist and are reporting their own health effects of their drugs. Canada re-did their research with mice and found the opposite result.

SEEDS KILL PARASITES, FUNGI, MICRO TOXINS

Remember parasites herbals and liver herbs work together. The Bitter herbs are the best for anti fungals but they most are and  need the "liver" herbals to carry them out of the system though the blood and kidneys so not to over-tax the system with back-up slug-toxins that make you feel awful until they are mostly out. Most of these bitters and most seeds will kill some form of parasite. If you don't know the type of parasite you'll have vary the herbals.
If your prone to parasite (All diseases has it's parasite) or, in other words, your sick, you should never eat a runny egg, blood in any meat and, don't eat pork, that takes 9 hours to digest and is prone to be infected these days with parasites. Note: after the holidays the flues come...why is that? Ham for the holidays.
 The other is any raw fish. A egg not thoroughly cooked will add parasites as well as any redness near the chicken bone i.e. (Avoid at this at all costs, its too unhealthy,  costly and hard to be rid of them because they multiply and lay eggs to hatch out later after every treatment.)
 To be more blunt don't fed on the animals, especially the children. Read more about being a vegetarian and they too are not free of parasites. Even the cows, horse etc. eat  grass, if you can find any that do these days, have parasites. Some are fed animal product too and they you go...mad cow, pig, bird flu and it goes on and on.
 So of course we inherent them from the infected meat and dairy we eat. Pork is cured not really cook at a high enough temperature that would kill off their parasites. Horse meat is the worst, and other such delicacies, such as shell fish. Don't eat meat...is the bottom line!
The History Channel has a great show on the subject, but leave it up to the so call professional to give out their intelligent poisons to patients to get rid of them for big profits. Visiting foreign countries and dirty water, and insects can be carriers in any country.

It's not just meat that carry fungals do be extra clean when eating or storing left over foods.
Don't forget...all diseases or illness and has a "parasite.".. That needs to be dealt with first before any cu re's come...


GMO FRUIT OR VEG. SEEDS HAVE NO POWER AND CANNOT KILL PARASITES.

All seeds if not good- GMO's food will not kill parasites.
A  grain, legumes or coconut is a seed too. So are some other fruits and vegetables as we eat the flower or seed of the plant its a good medicine if the properties in their processes to make it genetically modified is not destroyed.
The more organically grown the better to kill the plant predators and thus in turn ours. LIFE CYCLE IS NATURAL IN NATURE. IF NOT INTERFERED WITH AND DESTROYED.
 (And the seeds for medicine and it flowers, root, leaves i.e. is in the scriptures or if you prefer history.) Man comes along and destroys Gods designs. for our cures then come pledges. Remember we do it not him. The Lord only reminds us of the future when we will do it to ourselves.
Children will do well with papaya seeds mixed with some honey. Pumpkin seeds are good for men's prostrates and blk walnut hull is a seeds for lupus. Wormwood clears out the deb re of parasites in the body which worm and such hate the clove  or other tincture. Cloves is a seed if not GMO are good germ killers i.e.

Most cannot read the iris or read them incorrectly. I see the lines (spokes) fad in the iris when the parasites (spokes) widen, and gradually disappear. Spokes are a chronic condition of infestation referring to parasites, accompanied by the disease it carrying and feeding on. It take in this spoke, ditches about three months to get rid of all of them. But, if you eat the same foods, or don't get all the parasites, and generally we don't, they will hatch out again eventually. Fasting

Left-Overs Makes Great Meat or Veggie Spreads

How about just plain veg. sandwich
avocado, tomato and green onion  etc.
SUGGESTIONS; Chopped left-over meat (baked chicken, turkey, beef, ham, Spam, hot dog, cold cuts, 6 boiled eggs, beans, potatoes, or even cooked organic tofu)---this recipe will come later

 Holiday Left-overs for Meat Spreads (Organic is best, with no hormones i.e.) Or, use some of the meatless mock veggie sandwiches into a spread to this recipe (Basic)

· Smaller chopped onion or green onions or even fresh chives for color, + nutrients

· ½ to 1 stock smaller chopped celery

· Fresh, bit of parsley

· Salt and pepper to taste

· 2 tbls + mayo (enough to hold it altogether) (sub, Greek yogurt) +season)

· abt 1 tsp. mustard (optional, except for an egg salad)

· 1 tbls pickle relish or pickle (optional)

· Chopped Romaine Lettuce or Watercress

· Whole wheat bread, pita or, whole wheat wraps


The ratio of measurements to ingredients depends on how much meat in your serving 4-6-8 etc. This is about four servings per 2-cup meat. This is a great way to use leftovers especially meat you do not really care for the dark, light, neck, tail end etc. Have a handy small food chopper that can pulse the meat to desired constancy (don’t over pulse unless you want it for a fine spread for crackers i.e.)


First, chop up the vegetables in a food chopper (don't over process unless you like it this way,)or a blender on pulse and add in a pickle if you do not have relish. Leave out anything you do not like and sub what you do like. This is basic method type of recipe for any meat spread. Pick up a small food chopper at Savors or another Thrift Store. Also make this same recipe up with six boiled eggs for egg salad using the same ingredients except for of course the meat. (Crush the eggs, add the above recipe all in a large baggy, squash then chill and spread on bread or crackers.)


Garnishes: Adding in Black or garbanzo beans to your wraps. Rinsed cooked black beans can be added to the whole-wheat wrap, diced up a tomato or, add salsa i.e. (This will adds more grams of fiber!)

Use Cans, drain or start from scratch: After soaking beans an hour in hot water, salting the dry black beans cooked in onion-garlic and left over vegetable odds and ends to all my months cooking, boiling them in the soup mixture. After about a two hrs. Read the direction on package for exact times, then strain, rinse the beans, discarding the odd and ends of all the vegetables to the garbage. We just want their nice flavors. (You can use odd and ends of meat or broths for flavoring in a pinch too). (I use big freezer bags for the freezing any vegetable ends or left overs until I get enough to process as a nice broth.) If you brown them first, and use the brown bits, the flavor is the best. Even store bought broths are not as rich as by processing them with this method

The whole idea here is to add fiber to our diet that is hard to do. (25-35 grams daily) So, once a month I package in small snack plastic bag 1/2 cup of black beans in the fridge or freezer and put them in everything including just for snacks. It works for me! 1/4 cup is 12 g of fiber that nearly 1/2 the fiber needed for the day. The rest of your fiber is in the vegetables and the wrap. Never eat meat without gobs of fiber to get it through the bowel without any hang-ups.


Protein in 1/4 cup is 11 grams...1/2 cup is 22 really, who needs meat.

Basic Bean Dip

Basic Bean Dip
1 1/3 cups pinto beans (canned or fresh)
1/2 cup chopped green peppers or, other peppers
2 cups fresh tomatoes
1-cup water
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp garlic powder (Onions or or even, cloves if you like the spice)
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 Tbs. cold pressed mono-oil
Soak beans in hot water over night, then drain water. Add salt and new water. Cook beans until tender and drain. If using canned drain and rinse before using. Stir in all ingredients. Summer, covered for about 1 hour or until thick. Serve hot or cold. Makes 1 1/2 quarts.
Garnishes: Choose any variations here, if you don't have fresh tomatoes use canned drained tomatoes, + fresh garlic, hot peppers, use salsa sub. for the tomatoes, or even a different type of beans and or use other spices and herbs.
At the last minute top with cheese and sour cream of your choice. Make it your own once you get the idea.
Toast pita bread after cutting into wedges, topped with olive oil and garlic powder to taste, bake until crisp and serve with dip.
We all need to tighten the money belt but not nutritional good basic foods that would only lead to more doctor and medical bills. Do add more legumes in your family's diet (Script. history ref. read "Daniel")

Need An Egg Substitute?

Need An Egg Substitute? A popular egg substitute is Ener-G Ener-G Egg Replacer, which is made from potato starch, tapioca flour, leavening agents (calcium lactate, calcium carbonate, and citric acid) and a gum derived from cottonseed. It's primarily intended to replace the leavening/binding characteristics of eggs in baking, but it can be used for no baked foods and quiches.

· Ingredients: 2 oz of soft tofu can be blended with some water and substituted for an egg to add consistency.
· Or try the same quantity of: mashed beans, mashed potatoes, and oatmeal or nut butters.

· 1/4 cup applesauce or pureed fruit (fruits must be used sooner and not stored)
· One tablespoon flaxseeds (found in natural food stores) with 3-tablespoon water can be blended for 2 to 3 minutes, or boiled for 10 minutes or until desired consistency is achieved to substitute for one egg. Flaxseed flour is an oil replacement also so the combination is great.
· 1-teaspoon soy flour plus 1-tablespoon water to substitute for one egg.
· Substitute for Eggs in Baking: Soy Flour can replace eggs in baked goods and casseroles. One heaping tablespoon of soy flour to one-tablespoon water to replace each egg. (Arrowhead Mills Brand?) (Even, corn starch)
· Potato starch, soy flour and wheat gluten wit algin (Algae) mix is an egg substitute. If you sensitive to fish product and wheat leave out the Algae and wheat gluten.
Egg Substitute: (for baking) before starting recipe for cookies, cakes, etc, combine 1 tsp. unflavored gelatin with 3 tbsp. cold water and 2 tbsp. -Plus 1 tsp boiling water. This mixture will substitute for 1 egg in a recipe.
Mayonnaise, even egg less, will work, but it will leave cookies moist for a while. Use during the Great Depression in baking.

MAKING OLD FASHION FARM BUTTER
Take milk fresh from cow, set over gentle fire until scalded but not boiled. Set out in cold away from cats and dogs. When chilled, skim off cream, put in earthen basin, beat with wooden spoon until butter hardens, along with you arm. Remove butter, work it with a little cold water to free it from remaining milk; drain water, work with tablespoonful fine salt to a pound, putting a small teaspoonful of sugar into the salt. Roll butter in a piece of muslin and chill.
This was in my children's grandmothers recipe box! Wow! Enjoy you fresh butter tonight and count your blessings. Organic butter is good for you! (Omega 9) Remember all the chemicals (drugs) are stored in the "fat".

Broccoli Pasta Salad

I usually am not much for pasta's. My mother never cooked such, but I do make exceptions especially when it compliments a good vegetable like broccoli, which has natural "sulphorophane's" family that are anti fungal cancer foods. In this one I uses Safflower oil. . The Safflower flower, herb is the substitute for Saffron, which help to eliminate the fat out of the body along with the uric acids and toxins. Helps with any pain in arthritis and diabetic neuropathy. Buy an Italian package dressing mix following the package direction using safflower oil. This page is to educate mostly, to use broccoli regularly in good diets. Make Cream of broccoli soup or find recipes to facilitate using it more in children's diets so they will like it. It's the (Mom's) that cooks and ruins their tastes for broccoli.
Broccoli Pasta Salad
2 cups rotini pasta
2 cups fresh broccoli florets (Watch carefully, do not over cook)
1 cup diced tomatoes or halved cherry tomatoes etc.
1/4-cup ripe sliced olives (or more it adds the salt)
1/3 cup Italian dressing (Follow packaged directions, use safflower oil. (More or Less)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan (topping) (and optional)

Cook pasta as directed on package, add broccoli to pasta during the last two minutes of pasta's cooking time; drain in medium bowl.
Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly, top with topping, and refrigerate and chill for several hours.
Garnishes:
*Or another topping, roast Pine Nuts at 325 for 5 minutes. Spray Pam on pan first.
*Save the stem for vegetable broths. Freeze in a veggie bag. Vegetable broths are good in-between meals, cutting down on hunger but not on nutrition. I have frozen bags like this in the freezer for all the odd vegetable used that month, and then used on a semi fast day once a month.
*Pasta: Follow directions on package. Be careful not to overcook.
Remember whole grains pasta products are complex foods and digest more slowly and are better for blood sugars.

Broccoli (Brassica oleracea)
Broccoli contains particular chemicals that are known to prevent cancer. (An excellent anti fungal if those properties haven't been mess with and mostly removed (GMO).

Six years ago, researchers found that men who ate two or more half-cup servings of broccoli per week had a 44 percent lower incidence of bladder cancer compared to men who ate less than one serving each week. Now researchers have isolated compounds from the vegetable that they believe are responsible for this effect.
They isolated compounds called glucosinolates from broccoli sprouts, which have been found to also fight breast cancer and ulcers. During chopping, chewing and digestion, these phytochemicals morph into nutritional powerhouses called isothiocyanates--compounds that are believed to play a role in inhibiting cancer.
In the experiments, the isothiocyanates hindered the growth of bladder cancer cells--and the most profound effect was on the most aggressive form of bladder cancer they studied.
While young sprouts naturally have higher concentrations of these phytochemicals than full-grown broccoli spears, eating the spears also provides health benefits.
This isn't the only broccoli compound that may have anti-cancer benefits; the researchers say there are at least a dozen other interesting compounds in broccoli that could affect various types of cancer. Not a broccoli fan? Broccoli isn't the only cruciferous veggie with health benefits, the plant's kin, which include cabbage, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts and kale, may all contain similar disease-fighting phytochemicals.

Gingerbread

Gingerbread (...instead of fruit cake for the holidays!)
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp ground ginger
2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cloves
½ cup butter, softened
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
1 large egg
2/3 cups molasses
2/3 cup milk
Gather all the liquids: In a large mixing bowl cream the butter and sugars together for about 3 minutes on medium speed.
While you are creaming the butter and sugars together, in a separate bowl combine, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ginger, and cinnamon. Whisk them together to fully combine. Set aside until ready to use.
Measure the milk and molasses together and set aside until ready to use. (I like to heat this mixture just a bit then stir them together.)
Once the butter and sugars are creamed together add the egg and blend thoroughly.
Alternate the dry ingredients with the milk until everything is fully incorporated.
Lightly spray a regular loaf pan with vegetable spray then dust it with flour.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and place in a 350 degree oven for about 1 hour or until a toothpick or dry spaghetti comes out clean.
Serve and enjoy.
Garnish: Cream Cheese frosting with lemon flavoring or just home made whipped cream.

Corn Syrups Makes Kids Fat, Hungry and Sassy

Wonderful...Good Work! Pop Sales are coming down! Foods that triggering uncontrollable hunger? One product is "corn syrups" or corn dextrose i.e. Try noticing the next time you are out of control to see if you just consumed a product had corn syrup added. (This is not on the MSG as a its subject, but it does the same acting in the brain area.) More research is coming out to link corn syrup to high blood sugars.

Have you ever got to the point where you cannot be filled up? You have just eaten but still ...your hunger growls for even more. It is madding when you are out of control. It results from any food product with added " corn syrup" added to the food will cause an uncontrollable hunger! Moreover, it is in everything packaged.

I had someone do my grocery shopping and she purchased frozen Minute Maid Lemon Aide, which I drank on an empty stomach and nothing else to blame for the hunger. I was out of control with hunger quickly and became suspicious, as I have noted it before in the "store" brand whole wheat bread too.

Start looking in your garbage can. I found the reason why by reading its list of ingredients on the can. I was trying it keep stones with one of my short cuts. Obviously, I need to go back to real fresh lemons and old time beet sugar or with pear juice added from the health food store.
This "brand name" product was also loaded with high fructose sugars that also spikes sugar too fast and cause much the same.
When blood sugars get too high, any diabetic with experience will tell you, you become overly hungry that is a sure sign of high blood sugar. Corn syrups have been refined seven times (Its much too refined and it's one of the biggest cause of the highest uncontrolled, insulin resistant, blood sugar problems in our world today.)

They are far worse for you than other products taken off the market like "trans fats." This should be taken off the market too, if we want to get control of weight and blood sugar problems plague in our children. Corn syrups should be taken out of schools foods and out of their candies. It would be better to go back to plan vegetable sugar that at least releases more slowly and does not store in the brain, joints like aspartame.

Why do they feed corn to pigs...to make them fat? This can make you seven times fatter faster than any product on the market.
You can do this will other sugars, chemical medications, chemicals such as MSG etc. too. (I found out I actually gained weight on diet sodas by keeping a food journal for 3-4 years. Now, new research have prove this in rats.
The test: when you have cleared your palate, have not eating for a while, and are feeling normal this is the time to test. Add any food product with corn syrup as a sweetener and watch your hunger behavior the rest of the day. By the end of the day, you will have out of control, eating, with a feeling of NOT being full. If you ever have this feeling look in your garbage and read the label of what you have just put in your mouth.
If this does not convince you anything else, will.

*Corn Syrup is one fat trigger that causes inflammation. Our food supply is full of these kinds of triggers...avoid all packaged, box, processed foods. Eat fresh foods made in your own kitchens.
Keep a daily food diary at the end of the day make a note how you are feel, or any meal that’s can made you foggy minded.
Note foods that bring you out of this fog, like lemons, Chlorophyll, Brazil nuts, some berries, or vinegar i.e.
Every once in a while using go back and use a yellow high lighter mark the bad choices or areas over the year go back and see by repeating meals you've eaten that make you up. Noting feelings that have bad patterns of behaviors. Note changes weight and blood sugars at the top of the pages. Be sure to write down all meds including natural or herbal medicines taken during the day. I started mine just noting blood sugar and found by adding in the other notations I’m doing better at avoiding certain foods that trigger hungry (even herbs and drugs) and some my health problems.

These diet product isn't producing the natural” heat" burning of fuel that needed when tricked by the brain for energy. So it needs to more fuel (food, drink) the body needs in its furnace, leading to increase hunger. So, you'll feel the need to eat more to get a metabolic burn or energy to make use of the fake food in the body otherwise it will not burn.
An alternative suggestion, one is to try and find candy recipes that are using sugar (raw when possible) than corn syrup candies. (Sub.)

Broccoli & Cheese Quiche

BROCCOLI AND CHEESE QUICHE (Simple, basic, method recipe)
4 eggs
1/2 cup of raw milk or organic heavy cream
(about) 1 lb of steamed broccoli, crumbled into pieces
salt and pepper to taste
cheddar and garlic Colby cheese, finely cubed
1 pie-crust

Whisk eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
Steam broccoli until tender (minced) then add cheese into egg mixture.
Pour into pie crust and bake in a preheated 350º oven until an inserted knife comes out clean.
You can broil it for a few min. if not golden brown on top?

Fresh Marinara Sause

Basic Fresh Marinara Sauce
USED AS A BASIC SAUCE, SALSA AND CONDIMENT
3 Tbs. Olive Oil
1 Small onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 ripe tomatoes, peeled and cooked for 5 minutes. Or a 2 lb. can plum tomatoes.
1/4 cup parsley, chopped Or cilantro
6 leaves fresh basil
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
salt and pepper to taste.
Heat oil in a heavy pot. Saute the onion until browned, then add garlic and brown.
Drain some of the liquid from the tomatoes after peeling and pulse in the food processor to break up most of the chunks to your liking.
Add the remaining ingredients to the pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.

Bean Salad (Salsa)
List of Ingredients
1 (15 ounce) can of black beans, thoroughly rinsed, and drained (or 1 1/2 cup of freshly cooked black beans)
1 1/2 cups frozen corn, defrosted (or fresh corn, parboiled, drained and cooled)
1/2 cup chopped green onions or shallots
2 fresh jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced, or 1 whole pickled jalapeño pepper, minced (not seeded)
3 fresh plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 avocado, peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks
1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro
1/4 cup fresh chopped basil
2 Tbsp lime juice (about the amount of juice from one lime)
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 to 1 teaspoon of sugar (to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Make sure to rinse and drain the beans, if you are using canned beans.

In a large bowl, combine the beans, corn, onions, jalapeno chile peppers, tomatoes, avocado, cilantro, basil, lime juice and olive oil. Add sugar and salt and pepper to taste. (The sugar will help balance the acidity from the tomatoes and lime juice.) Chill before serving.

Simple Claim Dip For The Holidays

Simple and easy claim dip for the holidays
Methods:
1 can of chopped drained clams
Lauwry’s seasoning salt (about ½ - 1 tsp ...taste) Don't sub. if possible
1-pint sour cream (12 – 15 ounces ...varies today in the markets)
7 ounces of large curd cottage cheese (optional)
Drain the canned clams and mix, let set and chill before serving.
Be careful not to use too much salt in the dip because the clams and potatoes chips are salty enough. The recipe is basic, cheap and simple. Their has never been guest who did not like it and its my three daughters favorite. They all prefer the added cottage cheese.

Optional: To make it more festive for Christmas top with few pimentos, a bit of fresh chopped chives or parsley.

Their is no magic cure: Insulin Resistance is simply too much sugar intake in cells. SIMPLY STOP excess SUGAR intake!..OTHER THAN A TOTAL OF ELEVEN TABLESPOONS A DAY. Go to your library and see exactly what makes up a vitamin. It's the "blind leading the blind" mentality at most. Horizon's Dairy is Not Organic

OCA has Pressured USDA to Stop Massive Feedlots from Labeling Products as "Organic"
As discussed in previous issues of Organic Bytes, since 2006, OCA has called for a boycott of Aurora and Horizon's (Dean Foods) dairy products, due to these corporations' practices of cramming thousands of dairy cows onto feedlots, with little or no access to pasture, and then misleadingly labeling their milk and dairy products as "organic".

The Organic Consumers Association has filed a series of petitions, with thousands of your signatures, calling for an end to this label fraud and rampant violation of organic standards. OCA has also supported its farmer-based ally, the Cornucopia Institute, in filing a number of legal complaints with the USDA, asking them to decertify factory farm-style feedlots. Many of our network members have also joined in a nationwide class-action lawsuit, directed against Aurora and Horizon, as well as giant chains such as Wal-Mart, to force them to stop selling bogus organic dairy products. Serving as a guardian and standard-bearer for our 850,000 members, volunteers and subscribers, the OCA has pledged to continue to put the heat on the USDA and organic companies to behave ethically and maintain strict organic standards. In October the USDA finally responded to OCA and organic community pressure and issued new proposed federal regulations that would tighten up pasture and organic forage requirements for organic dairy farms, hopefully putting an end to intensive confinement dairy feedlots calling themselves "organic."

Cancer-Causing Ingredient Found in Falsely Labeled "Organic" and "Natural" Personal Care Products
A March 2008 study commissioned by "Organic Consumers Association" revealed the presence of the undisclosed carcinogenic contaminant 1,4-Dioxane in leading shampoos, body washes, lotions and other personal care and household cleaning products claiming to be "natural" or "organic". Although this toxic ingredient had previously been found in conventional synthetic personal care products, OCA's was the first laboratory study to find the synthetic toxin hidden in products consumers expect to be safe and natural. Laboratory tests showed that products certified under the USDA National Organic Program DID NOT contain this toxin, but most of the best selling personal care products falsely claiming to be "organic" (but not USDA certified) did contain the cancer-causing ingredient.

Reacting in part to the OCA study, the Attorney General of California filed a major lawsuit against these same body care and household-cleaning product companies. As a direct result of OCA's expose, a number of well known personal care and household cleaning product companies have begun to reformulate and detoxify their products, while other leading companies, such as Dr. Bronner's and Intelligent Nutrients, have gone all the way by releasing a full line of USDA certified organic body care and cosmetic products.
