Cinnamon For Diabeties


 I now use cinnamon extract it works better than the plain Cinnamon I buy it from Swanson’s Herbs and I have one every single meal I really tell about 25 units difference. Maybe that’s not enough for you.
 I had someone give me one that was a lot stronger that he got from Amazon but I didn’t like it because it didn’t work. Cinnamon does kill parasites it is fantastic and that is the key to getting rid of diabetes you got to get rid of the parasites those spots that I referred too,



Left and right irises could be chronic diabetic constitutions of yeast and other parasites that is the basic cause of this condition.
The blue is not. VS-Hopefully you can see the difference of marking/mappings by adding this blue clear eye for the most. These markings (left and right) will change if you add a parasitically herb and use for quite some time. It took time to get this condition, and take patience to clear all the toxins that hold the parasites in these organs. Eventually it will turn clear like the center blue iris with time.
Cinnamon has to be of the correct botany name, which grocery store brands will not have. This herb works because it will kills parasite IF STRONG ENOUGH AND ORGANICALLY GROWN, and given a chance. Note: The blue iris has a lymphatic problem (7th zone, rosary- meaning the blood-liver is over toxic) and she needs a liver herbal before she has chronic problems in the future.


Chicory Root (Liver)

Chicory Root (Chicorium intybus. L) (N.O.: Compositae)

This good famine herb from "Indian" herb logy is Chicory Root that grows all around us. Are we utilizing this wonderful plant nature has blessed us with? It's waiting to fulfill it's mission to man. It is a wild editable plant probably in your garden but may not be eatable if sprayed by your lawn care pesticides or road pollutants that makes it more poisonous freak. Too many pesticides are killing off these wonderful free herbs and the bees they attract in the US (Even the forced Japanese spraying of beetle i e. done by city fathers who are not educated by anyone other than the companies doing the spraying and the government who is?) Chicory Root. Common Names: Garden Chicory, Endive, and Succory. Naturalized in the US from Europe. Their perennial bears a heavenly shade with star-like petals of blue, with a violet cast that is so outstanding when in bloom it is restful to behold.

It flowers from July to October: shrubs reach heights of 1-6 feet with abrupt branches springing from the erect stem: leaves similar to those of the related dandelion. The fresh root, when collected in the spring, contains 36 % inulin; the roasted root a mixed to adulterate coffee. (Pero-brand name) Most of the US cultivated Chicory in Michigan State.
Medicinal Part: root
Solvent: water
Bodily influence: Hepatic, Laxative, Diuretic, and Tonic
Uses: Much the same as Dandelion root. The tender leaves can be chopped fine and mixed with salad greens. The tea from Chicory eliminates unwanted phlegm from the stomach that interferes with absorption and secretion of the internal system. In this way aiding in superfluous gall material - purifies the liver and spleen, is effective in uratic acid conditions of gout, rheumatics and joint stiffness. Tea made from the dried root is good for sour or upset stomach.
Dose: One ounce of the root to 1 pint of boiling water, and infusion of the fresh root in the same proportions used for gravel in the bladder and kidneys the bitter, milky juice flows from the rind, which is the medicinal virtues it possesses. The cold preparation taken a mouthful at a time two or three times a day.
Externally: The juice of the bruised leaves applied externally allays swelling and inflammation pain due to abundance of milk.
Homoeopathic Clinical: Tincture or trituration of dried root. --Amblyopia, Constipation, Headache.
Russian Experience: Tzicory (Chicory) is very popular in Russian Folk Medicine and clinical practice. It is a food supplement alone, or with combinations of ordinary coffee and other herbal teas.

Clinically: As antiseptic and astringent alone, or combined as a sedative of the central nervous system and heart conditions. Medically as Carminative, Tonic, Astringent, Digestive, used in cases of Liver inefficiency.

To start with the elderly need to have a bowel movement every day eliminating sluggish body toxins from their bodies, other wise not doing so will acerbate any disease. So lets start here.
1. Colon Care: Bowel movements are essential everyday to clear out old and newer toxins. Castor Oil can actually heal the colon and is still a good old-times remedy. (Add to ii molasses and/or prune juice on empty stomach. It can also be capped in 000 capsules and used as needed for evacuations. Meta Musil with Psyllium or use in another colon care remedy. Fenugreek is great for hemorrhoids. Raw organic sunflower seed with hull for constipation.
2. Colon: Milk of Magnesia, a laxative and antacid, if you only take one Tbs or less. (Adult) right before bed will stop frequent urination at night. (For children or adult adjust the dosage so it will not be a laxative. Magnesium tables will also work (adjust dosage) be sure you’re buying the organic cheated magnesium with amino acid or enzymes taken with each dosage. The Amino’s may be from an animal protein source. Psyllium seeds product on the market or 3 punes a day or Castor oil with molasses or prunes are natural laxatives. Seniors tend to be low in magnesium 1 tsp morn and even. Did you know fig will get rid of stones?
3.Watch for Fiber in everything even in candy-bars that has anti-fungal plus omegas is Almond Joy by Peter Paul. Buy 1 gram of fiber from a pill? No, just enjoy a candy bar once in a while that has 2 grams of fiber in it plus, with coconut (a anti-fungal) and, with almonds that is full of omegas. The bad part is the “corn syrup.” so limit this product. It’s a better candy bar to have on hand for emergencies in cases of low-blood sugars. (Pay-day’s another but not a anti-fungal. (Because most of the candy bars have corn syrup in them and, if you have out of control hunger and your over-weight skip the use.) For other senior who have no appetite this will help. 4.  Add in soups, senior need something easy and quick to eat choose the best buy. Like a more healthy products in TV dinners or canned soups. Do compare sodium; sugar and most especially watch fiber contents on the labels. If it has over 3 to 500 of sodium buy another brand it will be too salty and hold water in tissues. No trans fats. Example: If cream of mushroom soup has one gram of fiber and another brand has 0 fiber buy the more fibrous brand. Think it through…less fiber less mushroom and more water. Avoid Mono sodium Glutamate (MGS) it affects the brain cells (Alzheimer’s-memory.) It has been found to make us gain weight.
5. Diet: Avoid eat “fast foods” such as, KFC that has too much trans fats in their oils do not buy till they change. Seniors eat out a lot because they have a hard time cooking. This company does not use “organic grown chickens Patronize companies that do and have discounts for their seniors. This is only one example they’re others healthier fast-food restaurants. Avoid-too much animal “protein” if kidney is a problem with especially the senior stage of life.
6. Warm jello water is best for any upset stomach problems like in a 24 hr. virus. It will stop any throw-up as long as the jello stays on the stomach and the rest passes on.
7. Organically grown dried fruits such as papaya, pineapple i.e. are excellent natural enzymes for the stomach and colon a few at every meal. Dried banana chip gives excellent potassium when needed. They’ll need water with them.
8.  No sugar juices. Try cranberry juices excellent for the old plumbing just mix with apple juice, pear juice or white grape i.e. (no sugar). A lemon in distilled or purified water is a must in the morning to clear out toxins bringing the body back to a natural pH. It will give seniors the best start for the day. How much fruit juice is natural?
9.  Lemons and kiwi is an excellent natural diuretic every day for any fluid retention, but not close to bedtime. (Lots of different fruits and veggies have the same properties, papaya, watermelon, or celery i.e.)
10.  Greens (chlorophyll , especially gets older bodies back 6-7 PH level or alkaline) is a must every meal is a must for senior because they do not get enough nutrition and have been strip of many nutrients because of the over-use of drugs and incorrect habit of eating. Most vitamin and mineral supplements are not formulated correctly and are a waste of good money. But if you must use vitamin and mineral supplements use the ones that are chewable or in a forms like liquids that are digested before they reach the colon. Eat fresh fruit and vegetables every meal. (Rebuilds-neutralizes the body ph) Ginger Root
11.  A good organic, non-GMO, yogurt is necessary to keep a good flora going in the colon if you’re taking any drugs most especially anti biotic’s but not together. Drugs wipe out the balance of good flora in the gut. A must once a week buy yogurt for your best health. Never use products with Rbgh hormones.
12. Have some legumes 2-3 times a week. They are full of fiber, natural serotonin for the brain, and the colon followed with a green salad. Read more in the scripture in Hebrews. Too many seniors ignore foods for the brain, including nuts.
13. Use good whole complex organic grains especially whole wheat that still is the staff of life. Don’t skip a day without eating some version of a good grain product. (No GM white or bleached-out grains only the very best at this time of life and you will achieve more quality years ahead.) Don’t forget to start the day with a good hot complex cereal with lots of fiber. The GM is the cause of many allergies because they are no longer in a natural balance as nature sent them in the beginning of life.
14. A must every day is an organic, (in season or raw) simplified, basic milder foods. Watches the glycemic index, for using complex fibrous foods. Especially, if you have diabetes add omega oils that will slow the digestion process down. Meats, or animal proteins will corral up the sugar in the system making it hard on the organs and getting the sugar out of the body. Water help here too. Water will dilute the poisons, (sugars). Grains and vegetables that use fiber as it rounds it all up then clearing it more efficiently out of the system quicker than protein that holds this process up.
15.When toxin become too much, everyone can work up to a 24 hour fast once a month. First, try starting with “mild foods, vegan, then go to a semi fast vegetarian…a vegetable and fruits, for 24 hours with foods, juices or water. No grains if possible and, especially no animal products. This is the best cure-all listed. Then graduate to two meals of the 24-hour fast i.e.
16. Diet: A fast is nature’s operation for a healthy body and will reverse all disease. Animals in the wild have instincts to fast when sick, injured or in pain. It the best remedy here. Make a fast work for you…use water diluting any poisons that are clearing out the liver and blood. Juice is not effective because it eliminates toxins too fast.
17. lots of warm body temperature water, which is utilized immediately. Make use of good teas, fresh lemon aid or coffee (decaf?). Coffee can jump start up senior’s body in the mornings especially with mental disorders such as Alzheimer’s, senility and dementia. Don’t over do this or you’ll have a sleeping problem at night. Chamomile tea, baking soda, or any chlorophyll will keep your body the right PH. Soda Pops actually leach out minerals especially the venerable pregnant mother, children and out of the elderly.
WATER PILL:  A natural diuretic is "potassium pill"....or foods with lots of potassium in it. (Drugs such as diuretic will rob your body of potassium. So, will sodas and other drugs.)
18. Exercise at your own level or pace at least five days a week. This may be simple and cheaper form of exercise such as yoga or lifting small weight, or walking (low impact). If you don’t move the body and blood gets too stagnant, and adds, as we get older, more disabilities to deal with.
19. Faith: Be active in a good faith based church intermingling with people. It’s a time to pass on wisdom to the next generation. Show your faith by being it.
20. Flue: Flue shots may make it worse. Don’t believe it all unless you can’t take care of your own needs. Or you eat unhealthy then nothing going to build you back up in strength. Rotate fun gals (parasite herbs read below). Wild Oil of Oregano, Olive Leaf Extract or Airborne i.e. are good fun gals. Flue shots have chemicals such as mercury and e coli in them making many conditions worse. After 70 they are not recommended anymore. Listerine everyday it's a good anti fungal and good to soak denture in over night.

Heath Care: Health Care Professionals such as Doctors, Hospitals, All Home Care deliveries, Oxygen, Wheel Chairs and equipment, i.e. are the new piranhas to government rip offs at the seniors expense. These middlemen are as just manipulative crooks. Watch out for any Doctor, surgeon, who has a "take it out" mentality. Or, geriatrics doctor’s that just uses your SS no. But, actually don't doing anything for seniors except give out another prescription, who’s not keeping up on medicines side effects. Or, our stock market making hospitals that seeing at the end of the month they’re not going to make monthly quotas profits so they added use you to add extra stays or therapies, or even surgery at whose expense? The new strategies to therapy for seniors to exercise equipment, swimming pools, dietitian counseling, i.e. unfortunately are only for the richer class whose insurance are smart enough to pay for it our governmental insurances won’t.
24. Home Care: First rule, It’s about you…personalize care in your unique home and individual needs. Learn to keep it “all-professional.’ Second, lock up all medications and anything that can be hocked or used for drugs. Third rule: get an agency that represents you and not mostly untrained college girls that you’re suppose to train with your energies. Start a “Senior Care Groups” to voice needs more fitting for senior to your allot government money...(SS, Medicare, Medicaid i.e.) Voices are needed by SENIORS lobbying state government for needed changes to home care. Most of these Health Care Professionals are only looking out for their interest using your SS no. Fourth rule: Watch out for abuse even in privacy issues and keep talking till you find someone to listen!

Cancer Drug Causes Permanent Brain Damage
David Gutierrez A widely used chemotherapy drug has been found to cause damage to the brain that can last for years after treatment is completed, according to a study new conducted by researchers from the University of Rochester. Recycling Newpaper to Fire Logs

Recycling Newspapers to Fire Wood, Making Tinder From Lint, And Small Tuna Burner.
*This is another part to my Emergency Survival series from my blog. I hope this might be helpful for some home recyclers. I’ve learned these techniques in one of my "food storage" preparedness classes. The process is a great way to recycle your old newspapers, and tinder to start fires or to make a burner in tuna cans as a tuna burner. Do test you home made products out before doing more to get them just right for your stove. Be inventive, use your imaginations, go farther with an idea.
Fire Wood (made from recycled newspaper)
In rougher times and even for convent sake recycling newspapers are a great idea and a fun home made product that can include any member of the family. Many live in areas where there is not much wood about to gather to make a fire in a disaster or emergency. What to cook with or burn for fuel to start your fire? It beats buying wood plus is environmental friendly. (From wood to paper to wood again.)
The tuna burner used leavens, and/or lint from your clothes. Even if you do have wood in their area, you still can use this all the time instead of tear down the forest and/or instead of searching for smaller tender to start a fire.
Fire Logs
1. Starting with pretty much the way given to you. Just use the rolled up paper. Or, take your used newspapers folding all back as it came, in half, and refold it again rolling it from the center to the edge. (The edged ends of the paper are up on the outside because it is easier to start a burn this way.)
2. Then tie off with rubber bands etc that will burn easy. You can practice on a new newspaper until you get the roll tight enough, and with some practice burns to time the burning time. The thicker and/or tighter the paper is the longer it will burn. However, you may not want to burn all the paper logs at the same rate. Varying it tightness or thickness may be wise. Also, if your strong enough two papers can be added together i.e. for a longer burn. Magazines or colored pages do not burn well. However, it can be occasionally be put in to slow down the logs burning. Sunday papers are very thick but can be broken down to several logs
Tie it down in about two-three places with saved rubber bands as when the rolled newspaper when it was delivered.
3. In a basin or dishpan have dish soap water ready to soak your newspaper. Leave until all the soapy water is absorbed. (This adds fat in the log and makes it easier to start. Experiment with the amount of soap made from fat to add. If the soap is not made from fat, it will still keep it together but may not burn well. Have you ever made paper? It’s kind of the same principle
4. Drain well, and set outdoors to dry “completely” and stack, as you would fire wood for the day you will need them. Keep dry and store well. Test the length of time of your logs so to store the right amount of fuel in an emergency.
Making Tinder (re-cycled dryer lint)
1. For tinder, use anything to store dryer your lint in to keep it in tact and dry. Then when you have collected enough bring the bag out along with your stored empty tuna can i.e. Compress the lint tightly. Pour over it a little leftover fat or even a bit of wax in your tuna can. Save this for starting your fires. I knew a woman that took this on her vacation camping every year starting their outdoor fires with her saved dryer lint.
2. You can also wrap lint tightly in the "dryer" sheet etc. binding it down with rubber bands burning them in this way too. This can be very flammable if kept close to the fire.
3. Store in big plastic bags to keep dry
Tuna Burner (re-cycled can and newspaper)
1. Use a black and white page of the newspaper and a tuna can.
2. Fold it accordion style to fit the can and its thickness or width is the size of tuna can, or other such style of cans. Make a folded long strip into an accordion style of continual fan foils. (Like making a hand-fan.)
3. Cut it to fit the tuna can. Remember to allow some space for air ventilation or oxygen. If it is too stuffed and tight it harder to keep it burning, because it will need oxygen that you will try and control in the making of the burner. Do test your burner out before so you will get the amount of fire needed for the desired length of time before you do more. Then remember just how much paper to use and how tight to pack it in your can. Again, some papers will not work for this like magazine and colored heavy paper
4. You can add a bit of your melted candle wax, paraffin, or just leftover fat from bacon i. e. to start the fire in the can. It stores well. The length of time depends and how it burns depends on how you packed your can.

Weight Loss By Adding Foods

Negative Calories Equals Weight Loss Diet?

Lost 11 lbs in one week by beefing up on some of these basic ideas. First, don’t be too carried away with the term “negative calories” but do try its plants base ideas for dieting in-between, or before meals. (All the vegetables are free, don't count calories. (Lots of these meals every 3 hours, never too hungry and eat organically grown fibrous grains with good oils) Remember, Health starts with the next meal, no need of extra herbs, vitamins if you eat correctly, although they are foods too. So use them fresh at every meal for natural flavorings. Idea is not to starve the body, or in other words make the body feel like it's starving. Adding 2 TBS of pine nuts after 5 or late night snack will stop hunger.

"Add Negative Calories that are plants based foods to burn up more calories in the process of digesting them than are actually contained in the foods themselves. The idea is certain foods take more energy to digest them than they actually provide if very popular. Foods such as asparagus, beet, broccoli green cabbage, carrot, cauliflower, celery root, celery, hot chili peppers, cucumber, dandelion, endive, garden cress, garlic green beans, zucchini, apple, cranberries, grape fruit, lemon mango, orange, pineapple, raspberries, strawberries, tangerine, lamb’s lettuce, lettuces, onion, papaya, radishes, spinach, turnip, bananas, i.e." yatta, yatta, yatta.

Example: Low nutrient, high cellulose foods like celery consume very slightly more energy to digest than they provide. (Need-less-to-say: Stay away from additives that increase hunger like aspartame, and corn syrup products.)
Vegetables

Ideas's such as fennel, aubergine, gourd, broccoli, leek, cabbage, lettuce, carrots, marrows, cauliflower, peppers, celery, radish, chicory, spinach, cress, tomato, cucumber, turnip.
Fruits

Apricot, mandarin orange, blackberry, melon cantaloupe, blackcurrant, peaches, clementines, plums, damsons, raspberry, grapefruit. Rhubarb, guava, strawberry, honeydew melon, melons, tangerine, lemon, watermelon. This includes most fruits and vegetables (non-starch types.) This will even including herbal teas (green tea) with no cream or sugar of course.

Neg. Cal. “No Such Thing”? OK call it "eat more calories free until fully satisfied!"

Anyone knows if you would, just lots eat vegetables i.e. until full, with no meat, and dairy, you would lose weight. It’s called a plant base diet...(mild foods) or try adding in a small amount of complex carbs (organic whole grains, beans) if you get too hungry. Both produce serotonin (appetite surpressent-depression) and some organic whole grain bread...”staff of life”...yatta, yatta, yatta.
I use what I've termed as "MY scrap plastic freezer bag" of cleaned peelings, odds and end i.e. of monthly veggies. (Add fresh seasonings such as celery (for natural sodium), carrots for natural Bata carotene, and parsley, onion, and garlic i.e. from your garden, with some salt, pepper to your taste.) Brown them in a cast iron skillet on med low with some olive oil until some get crispy and a bit brown. (or in oven) Add about 4 cups of water and simmer for 2 to 3 hours. Strain and throw away the all produce.
Add v8 juice i.e. or leave plain. Drink this before or in between meals. I also use this recipe on “semi-fast Sundays once a month for at least two meals that have no dairy, meat.
Heat cannot destroy minerals (matter), this is better than any vitamin or mineral on the market. Soups are an excellent way to eat a lot and easily loose weight, especially before a dinner meal. 

(At least once a week) I keep a bowl in fridge and/or cup it, when cooled down, in plastic bags then lay it flat in freezer, take out frozen and microwave a bowl. So you only need to make it once or twice a week. If you keep doing it you'll develop a variety to choose from.


Remember the cows are plump. Too much of the wrong kind of grain, (not enough grass fed), hormones, chemicals, and anti biotic, i.e. make them beefier passing it all into your body. If you give cows their own meat protein in their feed they get mad cow disease. That should tell us something. Some animals are just not meant to eat meat! Cows, horses, goats, lamb i.e. Their fed are full of anti biotic and chemicals, as well as, giving them shots to fatten them  up when ready to slaughter.
 The “holistic” view to health is to treat the whole body. How are you programming your body for its future functions at its maxim? Don’t get too far off, but don’t believe and do everything you hear or you will have nothing, but confusion.

Other negative calories are exercise and water.


Starchy vegetables are not considered here so to stick to my subject. It’s the choicest of vegetables loaded with fiber. You do need to consider I do not use aspartame, MSG or corn syrup products because they make you gain weight. Do enjoy a variety of salads, don’t stress out, and eat until fully satisfied and comfortably full. Use negative calorie foods with, before, and in between meals or before bed. POSTNOTES: 1. My ballerina youngest daughter told me of a book I purchased since writing the above on Neg. Calories. It's called Volumetrics Weight-Control Plan by Babara Rolls and Barnett. It's basically the same idea, although I don't agree with its "special languages" and any book totally. I don't believe in any authors specials BIBLES we have to figure out how our personally needs in weight lose. The truths are always SIMPLE.

*The other picture example (A) was two deli sandwiches one 625 calories just bread and meat basically. (B) was only 452 calories but loaded with sprouts, all kinds of veggie that are practially calorie less, but B's 452 calories, in volume was 2-3 time as much as the consentrated A with just basically meat and bread.


Then top this with the before a mostly veggie dinner soup and a fibrous apple for desert and you'll feel full and satisfied and will weigh less that week. I've lost 6 more lbs.(One, week!)


2. Diane Thornocks book, 2000 Calories + had the same idea ,but again, peddled her concepts in her own style, for her own reasons. It's now on theft store shelves because she too got carried away with the new "fads" low-fat, a little truth (word of wisdom and stretch out the meat or protein idea, was about volume that made it successfully in our area, but the fat concepts went too far. And her diet plan really didn't fit all if your were sick, too much meat, and not a good diabetic reversal diet. However she did prove, as did Susan Powder, it wasn't about calorie counting. Many did very well on her diet. You had to eat over 2000 calories every day to lose and I did lose, but the fat thing seem to be a problem for me after time passed? She did die young of cancer.


However, I wouldn't mention these books if their wasn't a lot of good knowledge in them that's needed to be considered to lose weight. She was right about the amount of calories needed to lose weight, as she loaded it with the volume or negative calories.


3. Another good book, now in thrift stores, is Susan Powers book, "Stop the Insanity." She too got carried away with fads and her carrying the low fat idea too far. I figure it out better, don't every buy anything over 30% fat calories in the first place. However if you do eat something over 30% just dilute what was eaten...at the time of eating it just add in more fiber or no fat complex whole wheat bread etc in that casserole stomach. I got down to a size 18 and that's great for me. But I went insane too because the fat was too low.


4. I learned a lot with that by the diet bible of all bibles Zone Diet. But he did teach me about being foggy after a meal means your too low in fats i.e. And, he was never FAT or had diabetes and too much meat in this diet. The other was, don't repeat that meal if you were too foggy etc.

However, adding in volume if the right basic plant foods is a good approach. Never eat a desert without a meal...too much sugar...dilute its volume to a plant base meal. This is one of my most important subjects for any cure to any disease because killing the parasite is basic for curing any disease. To cure any disease we need to get rid of the parasites involved within that disease and all diseases carry a “vermifugal,’’ virus, germ, bacteria, fungi, or in another word they produce “micro toxins.” These micro toxins live off these toxins in the body. In addition, I might add here, the right kind of unmodified plants are not the Genetically Modified GMO are missing their reproductive important parts (seeds) and therefore are not good parasitic herbs.  They are sick mutilated plants which are freaks of nature not for any healing purposes. It's their seeds that can multiply and replenish as all life are commanded to do that makes them healing and a blessing to mankind.
Parasite herbs can wipe out parasites, virus, bacteria, or fungi along with their diseases that will move out afterwards (toxins), other wise the disease can be cut out, but will return because of the parasite they fed inside the body. You can cut out cancer, but the parasite will travel to another weak area and feed and destroy that tissue too.
Fasting, along with liver herb (blood purifiers, for toxins) opens “hallways” through the blood, liver, kidney, and bowels, facilitating cleaning the dirty house after parasites are gone. Treating symptoms? Do we care the name of the disease? No. It’s the drug companies, Doctors and Hospital ways of getting new drugs, money and money from insurance to pay for the new diseases by making it a label. It is only valuable to the medical profession to invent a new disease. All diseases are the same and in turn form mucus the parasites feed on and a home. The point here is disease is toxins and the name of the disease is where it’s lodged and most all diseases can be reversed by getting rid or elimination of the Micro toxins, (parasite), and re-building tissues.
All diseases are laded with parasites created by bad eating habits that’s rotted body tissue and where is decides (genes)lodges in the body will be the name of your disease. “Rotted” tissue is destroyed or cancerous decaying tissues. In come parasite as vultures to clean up clogs debrey in the colon and system to where ever you’re inherent weakness resides particular to you. Weight Issues: Three Food Additives That Increases the Appetite
Do you want to gain weight? Then, to ahead consume corn syrup, MSG and/or aspartame. By the way Aspartame (many spellings) will cause depression in about three hours of taking it, because the drug/chemical effects the brain is the same. But, that's not my subject indirectly.


These products increase the appetite with a later "out of control hunger" until they are eliminated out of the colon. (By the way it take three months to get aspartame out of the system, before you feel less pain i.e.)


Corn Syrup has been re refined seven times and is G-Modified food. Now research has connected it to the rise of obesity and diabetes. It is in everything, (usually detected because your more hungry after eating) and may wonder... check it our by your own test. What did I just eat? Even a little in a whole wheat roll effected me and my diabetes. Sap into your body's signals after eating these products. Test it out for yourself! These companies are on the run with TV campaigns showing how confused the stupid public is perceived when deciding on buying their product. Very ineffective advertisement's which cost them millions to put together.


My blood sugars are 3 times as high if corn syrup is consumed with its "out of control" eat, eat, eat, because your hungry until its totally out of the system. Sugar (Try finding no GMO, organically grown sugar beets) is actually better product. We will not rid society of the obesity and/or diabetic rises to health problems until we consumer “VOTE” them out with your money buying power. And as we consumers stop buying into their lies to foods with these products in them. Actually to put it more strongly, as an herbalist I could not help any client using these products. I wouldn't waste or detour my time, energy and mean to anyone who can't stop the use of these chemicals and would refuse to treat them for any ailment.


Notice the signals when taking MSG or Aspartame products the foggy mind, stupor of thought, forgetfulness, hunger and depression. These chemicals act on the hypothalamus gland in the brain that affects weight. Read "Better Brain" Book. MSG and aspartame (This is spelled many ways on labels, don't be fooled.) is chemical that alters brain genes by adding chemicals its connectors. Research has found Alzheimer and diabetes is more closely connected than thought! The same chemical invasions.

Bottom Line: It maybe very difficult for some moms in these peril times to make more of your own food at home. That's why I have so many recipes in my blog concerning candy. Here’s a years list of basic supplies "frugal" food supplies needed to sustain life for only one year for one person survival. We also never know when a "Burma or Myanmar","Tsunami" or the other such disaster that maybe our trial next. However, I will only do only the BASICs here. Home Storage for about a year (Per Person)
1. Grains 300 lbs per person (Stores better in sealed smaller cans) there's no rotation involved if you use the larges sealed cans. (? Mix & Match with other organic grains such as wheat (spring), corn, oatmeal, rice i.e.) This means whatever is your basic grain
2. Salt about 10 lbs per person. (How much do you use? Keep track) I don’t use more than two a year
3. Water 30 gallons (1-2 gallons a day- Rotate or store-distilled water in good glass or non-plastic where possible containers. Remember water can be boiled for 20 minutes to rid any bacteria. This is the hardest to store. (Reverse Osmosis)
4. Oil: 4 gallons (Keep track of how much you actually use) Or, Canned-lined Vegetable Shortening maybe easier.
5. Sugar or Honey about 60 lbs. (If you store honey be sure to get in containers that you can re-heat (very lowest F.) it in the container and smaller to melt it as needed.
6. Vegetables about 30 lbs. (Record- how much per week, month and then year)
7. Herbs about 20 lbs (includes medical teas)
8. Milk, especially for babies is about 50 lbs (dairy-soy or formula source of protein)
9. Legumes 75 lbs
10. Rice 100 lbs or/and potatoes this depends on cultures
11. Baking items about 10 lbs 2-3 baking powders, 3-4 corn starch etc.
12. Soaps, estimate your needs of bath, laundry, shampoo (Pick soaps that can double-up for all purpose needs) (Corn starch has many natural remedy's)
*Other items might be medications and such as 12 bottles of H202 Hydrogen
Peroxide (learn how to use this product...it's so basic of a healthy remedy for so many ailments and can do many kinds of healing and disinfecting.
And, 12 bottles of rubbing alcohol.
The H202 or Peroxide can be used as a rug cleaner when outdated.
*And, White Vinegar is a must (12 gal.) (Check the pages in my blog for more depth as a e coli killer i.e.)
Remember the storage containers are just as important as the food, do your research get the best for your probable disaster in your area of the world.
View of the suggested sites may give more suggestions in this area of study and add to these lists. Too much dehydrated food can be  boring and unpalatable, been there, done that and never again. I gave away about two years supply of the tasteless food.

To get a better idea for your own households needs keep a monthly grocery record on a calendar of how much of a basic item is used in one month then multiply that time one year. Be sure to store wisely, organically grown food such as grain or the best quality will have the entire nutrient inside the grains that GMO foods are lacking.Image result for storing beans
